While Ranko led the Tarkatan in a straight path for the land of Kari Scorpion took off down the road that split off to Isafaro and Kari, flanking it from the side with the Enera trailing close behind that of his revived ninja clan. The Kari troops would see a storm of yellow and gray head towards them as spears shot forward, followed by waves of hellfire surrounded with smoke. The ninjas of the Shirai Ryu was strong enough to withstand the bullets being fired by the Kari troops while the Enera turned to their shapeless form and attacked the firing troops. The specter himself tearing off the head of an opposing soldier and holding it high in the air as his force began pushing against the barricade. |

There was a loud audible snap of the finger before the area grew very, very cold and large spikes of ice flash froze and rocketed upwards within the large armies before giant electrical serpents broke from the pillars attacking any enemy around them. " Gotta love ground control." A young, nicely dressed white haired male stood next to a much older looking man with the same hair color and drastically darker dress. The older one replied with a low, drawn out whistle. " Pretty, though you could leave some for the rest of us." Dante and Tony working together for the first time ever, " Well, I'm pretty sure there are a lot more just waiting for us that've already breached the defenses." " I suppose you're right..." There was a calm smirk of cockiness across both their faces as they drew their swords, " Let's rock." " Let's." The pair instantly bolted past the troops to take front line and began cleaving through the hordes of enemies with their newly designed techniques for the sword master style. |

Nightmare marched alongside Scorpion, his Soul Edge trailing behind him, the various condemned souls screaming around him as his Soul Edge took all souls that had the unfortunate end of being sucked into his sword as he was itching to get more souls. He needed more souls to feed Soul Edge and the more souls that he possessed the more power he would gain and soon there would be nothing that could stop him. However the frontlines ran into problems as Nightmare looked at the front of the army as two people seemed to be fighting against the horde of Enera as Nightmare roared and charged headfirst into the fray as he jumped up and tried to slash at Dante with Soul Edge.

The Pop Idol was among the soldiers firing at the Scorpions and Eneras coming their ways, equipped with .45ACP Twin Pistols modified to accept blessed ammunition on top of regular ammunition. Upon discovering that the Eneras could transform into smoke, Aminee ceased fire alongside a couple of the other soldiers around her and rolled out of the way of their charge. Staying out of their range and waiting for them to become solid again before resuming fire.

The eneras would be hard press to dodge the activating auto-turrets as they attacked their energy directly. The M1A1s joining the scenes and unloading with their 120mm cannon towards the leader of these forces, Scorpion, while the auto-turrets did the rest.

A white blinding light filled up the battlefield as the White Mage Kyrie arrived with her extractable staff in hand. When a member of the Shirai Ryu charged at her she swung her staff, the short staff extending in length at the same time it jabbed the ninja in the chest and pushed him back into position for her to twist around and slam the shaft against his skull knocking him to the ground having plenty of cover from everything else around her that was open firing on the demon army.
"Kill them all. Let the Dark Knight sort them out."

A loud roar filled the area after the blinding white lights, the Incredible Hulk crashing down on the battlefield leaving cracks underneath his feet and leaping into the path of the turrets and the tanks. The bullets colliding into his body causing him to grow angrier and as a result stronger as he slammed his hands into the ground and sent a powerful shock wave towards the tanks, turrets and Kyrie who was nearby his position.

Scorpion spotted the silver haired duo as one of them eliminated a large chunk of his forces before the others closed in. Seeing Nightmare engaged them directly, keeping them in the corner of his eye the specter rolled out of the way of the tank canon just in time for the shokan to intervene.  The four-armed vicious tiger like shokans went after the opposing tanks and auto-turrets while Scorpion himself approached Daikus. "You will go no further." |

"You have got to be kidding me!" First it was people who could shoot spears out of their hands and turn into smoke, now it's a four armed tiger skinned humanoid things twice her size. No point in complaining. Aminee held up both pistols and started to open fire on one of the shokans head.

Daikus didn't even take the time to look towards Scorpion before aiming his gun and firing a volley of bullets. Electricity flowed around them, magnetizing the silver to the metal that Scorpion had on. "Oh please, like I'm scared of a jackass who dresses like B-rated ninties video game character."
"Of course I get the big ones..." Dante himself only dipped beneath the behemoth's attack before spinning around and swinging his sword towards the back of the Azure Knight's knee, adding a little of Adrap's acquired strength to add some hurting power--enough to cleave through the chainmail and joint--should the attack land

The shokan opposition would come in swarms of stingers being set off into their path by the M1 tanks. Hit or miss any distraction gave the turrets all the time they needed to continue to wipe out the main parts of the Netherrealm forces, the shokan included.

Kyrie held up her staff and produced a barrier of light in front of her to repel the shock wave while at the same time temporarily blinding her opponent, her feet sliding backwards against the ground and gritting her teeth while holding her ground against the devastating force of the green behemoth that came before her. Once the shock wave subsided Kyrie charged Hulk head on and swung her staff, the staff becoming larger at the last second to cause more damage upon the blunt side of it if it landed.

The Hulk brought up both his arms to shield his vision from the light, lowering them just in time to take the blunt side of the sudden large staff in the woman's hands, but he barely nudged. The only thing that shot managed to do was make him even angrier than he already was before, bringing up his right foot and slamming it down with enough force to send Kyrie and any surrounding people up into the air, leaving her in the worst position possible as he closed his right hand into a fist and brought down his entire forearm to smash the woman in white back into the ground.

Nightmare saw his attack had missed as he quickly turned to face the swordsman, knowing that he would have to us his inhuman endurance and strength to beat this fast warrior. He used his oversized sword to block the attack as it clanged upon Soul Edge before he then threw a punch towards Dante's face before lifting Soul Edge with one hand in an uppercut.

The shokan that found himself on the opposite end of Aminee's bullets launched his body high up into the air and them came crashing down feet first to curb the Pop Idol into the ground.
Scorpion charged right into the volley of bullets, not able to avoid them due to the magnetism and he didn't bother to. Instead he withstood the shots and regenerated before closing in on Daikus' position and unleashing a quick three hit combo with his fists aimed for his face, backed with enough power to shatter bones on impact.
Many of the shokans were taken down by the stingers, allowing for the few left to catch the tanks by surprise and rip off the top of them. Using these as shields against the auto-turrets and ramming their way through foot soldiers as they got closer. Discarding the improvised shields as they barely resembled anything now and brought all four of their arms down to destroy the auto-turrets.
