Dante didn't make a drastic move, he simply slipped the punch before back flipping into the air avoiding the creature's uppercut just as Dante himself pulled his sword from his scabbard and released a helm breaker powerful enough the crack Nightmare's helmet if it landed.
Daikus slipped and dodged each punch before dropping low, a flick of his wrist and a hidden blade popped out. The blade itself was enchanted with holy energies as it was thrust towards the left floating rib of his enemy. Positioned in a way that it would pierce the guys heart if it met it's mark.

Aminee lept forward, rolling across the ground and getting away from the shokan just in time for it to come crashing back down right into the trajectory of the auto-turrets and the other soldiers with Aminee blasting him full of holes the moment he came back down.

The auto-turrets changed energies and unloaded even stronger projectiles at the shokan, tearing them apart at point blank range before their arms could come down for the kill. The M1 tanks spreading out across the field as air support came in the form of the Firehawks releasing more missiles down at the demonic forces below.

Kyrle was forced into the air and then slammed back into the concrete. When she looked up from the ground her eyes had turned into a pair of dimly lit red orbs. Her devil side starting to come to the surface as she stood up to her feet and abandoned the staff in favor of a lance made entirely of light. Crying out in her own rage as she charged at the beast and thrust the lance towards his chest like that of a spear that would release her demonic energies into the beast if it landed.

Nightmare roared in pain as he felt his helmet cracked, it was quite a powerful blow, he had never felt anything like it before except in a few cases. However that was not enough to faze the Azure Knight, he simply shook his head to force the pain out, before he then went and tried to cut Dante in half using Soul Edge as he brought it down upon the demon hunter's head.

Kyrie's cries were drowned out by the monster's roars as he swung his left arm batting the lance to the side, if not sending flying out of her hands altogether, and then brought down his head for a headbutt against the half devil who didn't know when to quit.

The specter dropped down to a crotch and held up his arms to block with his wrist bands made of solid steel before spinning around against the ground, his foot extended to trip the hybrid off his feet.
Burning hot searing flames came out of the shokan's mouth and in the direction of the soldiers firing at him before turning back to Aminee on the ground and unleashing a fire ball upon her form in order to blast her.
The shokan was ripped apart and the rest of Scorpion clan and the Enera were at the mercy of the auto-turrets. This forced the demon army to open up portals in different locations. Taking up vantage points in several places on the field as one set of Enera flank the auto-turrets from the side in order to destroy them.

A flick of his wrist and Dante unleashed an upwards prop shredder. His own sword blocking the soul edge and knocking it upwards. Before the rotation of the sword finished, Dante caught the blade and thrust it forward into a powerful stringer towards the breast plate of the monster which didn't take long to turn into a million stab.
"Dude, you don't have the cup size to be wonder woman." All Daikus had to do was change his arm's position and raise his legs as the sweep went under him. Scorpion's technique would be his undoing, the crouch put him low enough to where Daikus didn't need to exhaust a lot of energy as he came down, his arm positioned to drive the wrist blade into his opponent's forehead between the eyes.

Aminee rolled out of the way, having to deal with dust and debris from where the fireball hit the ground as she rose up to her feet. The terrible smell of burnt corpses reaching her nostrils as she realized that she was the only one left to engage this shokan apart from the auto-turrets themselves. Taking advantage of the dust and debris for the shokan to have no idea where she was as the noise of battle drowned out the roars from her twin pistols now aiming for the chest area of the shokan.

The auto-turrets turned to the side and fired upon the part of the army that came to flank them. The turrets weren't defenseless, they were capable of turning left and right and tracking down enemies that came near them in an attempt to take them down. The M1 tanks spread throughout the field helping to gain the defense more ground as the foot soldiers moved further into the area.

The lance did indeed go flying, straight into a battalion of demon soldiers as the lance exploded upon impact wiping some of the battalion out as the Kari defenses did the rest. Meanwhile Kyrie held up her other arm as white as snow angelic wings wrapped around her body protecting her from the in-coming headbutt and allowing her to move back away from the Incredible Hulk.

As Kyrie moved back, the Incredible Hulk moved forward, hunching down and closing his right hand into a fist pressing it up against the ground, leaping forward and then bringing down both his arms into a double axe handle to break through the wing-shield.

The wrist blade dived in, blood pouring out of the wound created as Scorpion could feel a burning sensation explode throughout his skull. Forcing him to pull back, quite literally, out of the blade and rolled backwards. Getting up to his feet as Daikus managed to rip through his human guise and unveil him for the monster skeleton he was as the fire was starting to go out.
More demons came out of the portals, looking to overwhelm the Kari defenses in sheer number. Each fallen soldier twice as powerful as they were when they fell the first time. The Hulk would hear distant voices in his head, the hive mind telling him to abandon his fight with Kyrie in favor of taking out the opposing tanks and auto-turrets so Scorpion's men could make it through. A shokan approaching in order to take his place as Kyrie's main opposition.

The shokan finally went down and the Pop Idol rondevu with the other Kari soldiers now moving further into the area with the help of the tanks out in front of them clearing a path. Unloading the twin pistols into the Shirai Ryu, enera and shokans that managed to get past the tanks in an attempt to overrun them. Clips falling out of both pistols leading her to holster them and take a spare rifle from one of the soldiers fighting alongside her that tossed it to her so she could continue fire of the Netherrealm forces.

The auto-turrets also increased in strength and gave the Netherrealm no time to adapt as they open fired again on the resurrected battalion clearing out large chunks of them as the 120mm cannon of the M1A1s did the rest. They were joined by the 280mm cannon of the Goliath and .50Cal Machine Guns of the MotoTank. The Kari soldiers hitching a ride on the back of the tanks and firing from the side of them as they mowed down the demons in their path.
