Pass the long dirt road, down a hill and around a corner sat a large red and white building that integrated the Junior High students with the High School students. Moon Valley High; the main source of Moon Valley's education that Aminee was currently trying to get her into.
"The school itself is called Moon Valley High. Looks like it's closed now so I can't show you the inside. Uh... you do know what a school is, right?"

"Um... I think the humans back home have a school." she mentions. Didn't that Kenny Kamishearingsawdust half-yokai girl have a school house or something. Well, regardless...
"Um... We never went to school. I mean, I can read and do a little math. But most of the other fairies can't." she told her "I think it's a place where people learn to do stuff though."

"Yeah, it is. Come on, there's one more place I want to show you before we meet Aminee at the Razor's Edge."
Passing the school district and taking a right at an intersection she led Cirno straight to a dead end where the recently rebuilt City Hall was located and right next to that was the local police station where law enforcement worked.
"This is City Hall. Every mayor who've been elected works here. I was only around for two of them. Our last one was forced to resign on account of not being eligible since she wasn't a native and the one before that met with an untimely passing. And right next to that is the Police Station. These are the people that patrol the streets and help us ensure that everything is on the up and up. If you ever need help with anything this is a good place to go to. Any questions?"

Townhall and the Police Station were actually familiar with her... sort of. The mayor was the leader, right? As for Police Stations, they were ... sort of familiar. The usual police did know some yokai extermination techniques, but they usually relied on someone like Reimu in order to deal with the more powerful yokai, like Cirno.
"Nope!" she mentions, not having the barrage of stupid questions she did previously.

With a smile on her face Utena turned around and led Cirno straight across the intersection this time until they reached a medium size brown building with a red neon flashing sign above it that said 'Razor's Edge' and faint music can be heard coming from inside of it only getting louder whenever the entrance was opened.
"Here we are; the Razor's Edge. This is the main spot that most people go to when they need to unwind, a little song a little dance. They have some good refreshments inside too."

As Cirno approached the Razor's Edge, she began to hear music. It wasn't bad, but it did surprise her. Granted, even she knew it probably wasn't the Prismriver Sisters making it. At any rate, it didn't take long for Encyclopedia Utena to explain it. It was a good thing Utena didn't use the word 'chill' when describing it, or Cirno might have misunderstood it.
"Ooh! Sounds like fun!" Cirno mentioned, as she started going inside.
