"Someone got through? Are you going to use that to find him?"
“No. I was going to use it to blow my nose,” replied 201 sarcastically, finding the question odd as it should have been painfully obvious.
Imai approached the two but before she could even ask, 201 gave her the map.
“I figured we can't let a hacker go unpunished.”
“I figure we can't. Maybe we can find something useful from them. Get–”
But before Imai could finish another alarm went off.
“What could it be now?”
“My guess is Grimm.”
Two guards ran up to the scene and saluted the two before one of them said, “Captain, the guest known as Grimm request yours and Aminee's presence at the infirmary.”
“Called it.”
201 motioned for Aminee to follow, and with Imai by their side, they entered the infirmary to find Grimm and some unknown woman surrounded by guards, and a strange portal nearby still hanging open and with God knows what on the other side.
“W-what the hell is that!?” yelled Imai while pointing at the portal.
“Put your guns down he's with us.”
The guards stood down and 201 made her way through them looking at the scythe-wielding Grimm and the woman now standing next to him.
“Aren't you going to introduce us?” she asked Grimm.
“You there!” shouted Imai at the stranger. “Did you do this? Close this thing right now!”
“You better do what she says, she has a nasty temper.”
“I do not!”
“See what I mean?”

Grey chuckled at the expressions on both women's faces; one even looked terrified. He bellowed out loud at 201's question "Aren't you going to introduce us?"; even casually clapping as he caught his breath; and then his sister gave him yet another good smack on the back of the head, which shot him to his knees.
"She's serious you moron!" Lia screamed at him, but Grey simply fell to the ground, laughing his head off. Grey finally managed to get up, with Lia's face the expression of pure exasperation as he stood, and Grey's scythe disappeared in a flash, his eyes revealing the playful and happy mood he was in.
"Oh boy, you haven't changed a bit, Li Li." Grey said to the woman, smirking, which was replied by a rather comical kick to the face; and excellent show of Lia's flexibility as the foot came up and kicked him toward the wall. Grey chuckled madly as he got back up and hugged his sister and then lightly patted her head; which really didn't help Lia's annoyed expression.
'Hmm, short and scared isn't here, and neither is the miniature . . . oh well. This is my sister, Lia. Lia of the Eclipse Knights." Grey said proudly, and Lia seemed to lighten up a bit in the introduction. "Probably one of the most beautiful women in Altericia, and my teacher in both fighting and social skills." Grey leaned forward and winked a little, "Guess which part she can't teach for the life of her!" he whispered, rather audibly mind, to the many in front of him. This comment was received by the pummel of Lia's sword hitting his back lightly. "Stop being a pain, you idiot. The day you find a suitable girl that can even begin to handle you is the day I get married!" She muttered. She stepped forward from her brother, and gave a low curtsy; by far already her manners were more pleasant than Grey's.
She sighed, placed a foot on Grey as he chuckled on the floor still, whispering "Shut up you fool! You're an embarrassment you know that?" and then took her foot off.
"Please excuse my brother. He's . . . difficult at best. Hardly the knight he used to be." She said playfully, and Grey stopped and got angry, but Lia cut the man off.
"I apologize in advance for my sudden interruption, but Grey is my brother, and I was worried as he seemed a little weak when I woke. Hence the reason for my appearance." Lia said, her green eyes scanning the people now surrounding them. Grey seemed comfortable with them, but then Lia remembered Grey had loved hanging around unsavory types before.
"What a nuisance." Grey muttered under his breath.

Aminee didn't take too kindly to the sarcasm but before she could say anything Imai approached them. The Pop Idol merely watched as the two exchanged words and then an alarm went off. Beautiful, more problems. Guards came up to them and just as her gut was telling her, 201's too apparently, this was all related to the person she found back on the streets of Isafaro. 201 and Imai went on ahead, Aminee struggled to keep up, coming inside just in time to see the portal that was opened and Grey being knocked around like a government mule by some woman she's never seen before. How did she manage to breach security and get in here so easily? If people could just warp in anytime they choose then that was going to be a problem.
"What the fuck?" Came Aminee's automatic response as she now stood between 201 and Imai, looking at Grimm and Lia like they were insane. 201 no longer held the prize for most insane person in the building, and that was saying something.

Grey sighed; and his whole self seemed to suddenly shift from completely nuts to rather well mannered; though cold and rather annoyed. "You're late, Miss Aminee. We've sort of been waiting on you." he said, climbing out from under his sisters foot. He turned to the portal, and shut it completely; his expression grim and more than strangely serious. Now that fun and games were over, and he was ready to work, he turned to 201, and bowed as he had done before. His sister also bowed, and then Grey spoke.
"On behalf of the Eclipse Knights, we would like to offer our services to the liberation of Isafaro. The only term is that need to move this base; it's been compromised, and that puts you all in a large amount of danger." Grey finished, and stood straight. Shaking his head, he looked to Aminee, smiled warmly; not like the usual smirk. "I need the ring back, if you don't mind. And if you could find my jacket for me, that'd be lovely." Grey said, chuckling lightly as he scratched his chest.
Lia narrowed his eyes harshly at Grey. "You gave them your journal?" She almost screamed, "What were you thinking? What if they learned all your weaknesses? You have put both of us at-" But Grey sighed, and poked her head rather immaturely. "You worry too much, sis. We are helping them; no point holding out on information when it's going to be figured out anyway."
Shaking her head, Lia scoffed at him and went to a corner, sulking a little. Grey's proud stance indicated that he had won this round against his sibling.
"Anyway forgive my sisters sulking, but will you take us, 201?" Grey asked, directing the question at the most important person he actually knew. He looked nervous; even performing would have suited him better. His eyes glared rather intensely, and even his whole body seemed to simply freeze. And for him, it seemed the whole world just dropped from under him; the silence rather intimidating for the tall and brave Grey Everlost.

Imai blinked blankly at the scene before her. It was like something directly out of an Anime. No doubt both of them came from an entirely different world, and that was beginning to be the norm around here. Just how many rebels that actually were born and raised in Isafaro was here? It wasn't a primary concern but it did scratch at the back of her mind as there were always the chance she lost more than half her soldiers when this dimensional crisis was finally resolved. If it was resolved but right now there was a more pressing matter.
"On behalf of the Eclipse Knights, we would like to offer our services to the liberation of Isafaro. The only term is that need to move this base; it's been compromised, and that puts you all in a large amount of danger."
“We can't just up and leave, it would take hours just to move everything and even then we'd have nowhere to go. We've already begun preparations to track down the hackers and grab them before they can report to Vulture.”
"I need the ring back, if you don't mind. And if you could find my jacket for me, that'd be lovely."
“What ring? Aminee, what is he talking about?”
"You gave them your journal? What were you thinking? What if they learned all your weaknesses? You have put both of us at-"
"You worry too much, sis. We are helping them; no point holding out on information when it's going to be figured out anyway."
201 was amused at the siblings argument while Imai, needless to say, was completely lost at the event unfolding in front of her eyes but at the very least that portal was closed.
"Anyway forgive my sisters sulking, but will you take us, 201?"
201 turned to Imai.
“Well, Commander? Can we keep them?”
“Why do you want to join us?”

"Well exCuse me!" Aminee replied, not caring if she was considered late or not. The Pop Idol grabbed the ring that Grimm had given her prior to their entry into the base and handed over it to him. "Sam is still in the kitchen so you'll have to get his half yourself." Then she turned to Imai to respond to her question. "It's a long story, I'll explain later."

Grey took the ring, and seemed to focus on it for a second, and nodded. He sighed and looked to his sister still sulking in the corner of the room, though she seemed to be chatting up one of the soldiers, which always led to her normally calm mood. Grey walked up to Imai and knelt down, his scythe flashing before him, his gun balanced on the blade of the deadly melee weapon. He spoke softly, and seemed to struggle a little in the words he chose; confusion struck him as he seemed to remember something. "I'm looking for someone." Grey never spoke more than that on the topic, and he remained on his knee, his head hung down low. "If you are the one in charge, I believe you must understand that I could be a great asset; I have a place we could go, even, in times of trouble." Lia then also joined her brother, her left glove removed, and her long sword flashed into view, the glove balanced on the silver shine of the blade. "I also seek to aid my brother. He is impulsive, and worse, he's stubborn, but I know we may aid you. I just don't want my brother to get hurt." She said softly, and raised her head slightly higher than her brothers.
Both then spoke in unison, completely synced in voice and pitch, Lia the higher octave and Grey's deeper voice the lower. It almost seemed alien, but still the question was the same. "Will you take into service Knight of the Eclipse, till the liberation of the city?"

"I'm looking for someone."
“Who?”
"If you are the one in charge, I believe you must understand that I could be a great asset; I have a place we could go, even, in times of trouble."
“And that place would be...?”
"I also seek to aid my brother. He is impulsive, and worse, he's stubborn, but I know we may aid you. I just don't want my brother to get hurt."
“That's all well and good but–”
"Will you take into service Knight of the Eclipse, till the liberation of the city?"
“Now that's creepy,” said 201, noting how they spoke in unison.
“All right. I accept your offer. Welcome to the resistance.”

Grey stood and bowed respectfully, and began answering the questions with images summoned with his mind; sending it directly to the view of others, the large halls of the Library revealed to all, a massive, almost overwhelming assault of heights affected many soldiers as the visage sailed to bookshelves taller than many mansions, and perhaps several towers even. The large tree at the center was revealed, it's canopy set rather low, and the surrounding area well lit and an earthly glow.
The large door opened way to a darkness now surely familiar with everyone who had witnessed his sister's rather abrupt arrival, Lia herself seemingly humming a small tune as the visage played before all their eyes.
It retreated from the door, the invisible camera now exhibiting a large corridor of rooms, each having a bed, a wall of books, and an odd assortment of wardrobes. Suddenly a massive kitchen was revealed, invisible hands tending to meals, and the halls all kept immaturely clean.
"The Library is my home, and I am happy to lend it to the resistance in times of need. Time occurs differently there, mind. Slower. What feels like hours may well be mere minutes here. The difference is not truly that great, however." Grey explained. The illusion ended slowly, and 'reality' was placed back as the infirmary was brought back into sight.
"And as for who, milady, even I don't know. I know her to never smile, unless it was a rare occasion." Grey said, deeply in thought as he mulled over possibilities. "I know not her age; or even her existence. I search still, however, to find out who she is, and why she holds so true to my mind." Grey seemed to mumble, now lost to thought and confusion.
His sister, Lia stepped in. "It is best we make to move to recruit new knights for the Eclipse Order, brother. Best we gain number to aid the resistance, and still maintain a sizable force in which when this war should be over." She said, rather stoically, and seemed curious as to hear the opinion of the officer in charge of the resistance. "You don't mind if we recruit new knights do you? It's only logical we should want to restore our order once this silly civil war is over." She stated simply, and Grey shrugged, and looked to both 201 and Imai, half expecting an objection.

Aminee's eyes grew wide and she took a couple of steps back as the images projected in front of their very eyes, images of a great building that made up the library Grimm has mentioned previously before they came to the base. When the illusion finally came to an end the Pop Idol was relieved, the illusions having been a bit much for Aminee to take. "Wait, you don't even know who you're looking for?"

Grey sighed, seeming melancholic with the fact he knew so little. He paced around a bit in silence, and then seemed to recall something. "A black rose. That's what I remember. From what I read, black roses mean many things; death, hatred or even guilt. But in Altenia, where my sister and I were raised," Grey paused, and looked cautiously to his sister to make certain he was right, and continued as she nodded, "I'm pretty sure the black rose has a significance to royal and higher born weddings. Something like the engagement rings I've read about. A man and a woman uses thier chosen tool or weapon to write on the petals of a steel black rose, because black represents eternity." Grey explained, almost exactly like a book. He seemed to screw up his face however, and looked to Lia, who now talked to the same guard as before. "Did I ever give or recieve a black rose, sister?"
Lia's response was cheerfully given, though her tone darkened slightly as she spoke. "Yes, not long before the ripping of our dimension, and the creation of the Great Library. But, I expect the girl died. She was ill suited for you in any case." She remarked, and continued her quiet discussion with the soldier; she seemed to enjoy talking to commoners almost as much as talking to Grey.
Grey shrugged then, and smiled at Aminee. "Well, there you have it. The young lady must have been something similar to a betrothed." Grey's face was screwed up in sudden torment, and a small violin strangely began playing a rather depressive tune. "I wish I remembered more. But, since waking, I only know Lia, and what I've read in the Library. Lia is even mentioned there, and that's how I knew she was my sister." Grey nodded proudly at the last part, and the violin stopped.
"In any case, this digresses from my sisters request to recruit new squires, which would then become Eclipse Knights after at least some training. We will gladly take volunteers, and "spies" from the resistance, into our company so long as they are useful in some way." Grey finished, and he stood before Imai and 201.
"Hmph. In any case, you can decide that in time. What are our orders?"

"The Library is my home, and I am happy to lend it to the resistance in times of need. Time occurs differently there, mind. Slower. What feels like hours may well be mere minutes here. The difference is not truly that great, however."
“This is amazing. How are you doing it?”
“We know who to call if our holographic projectors ever die out.”
"And as for who, milady, even I don't know. I know her to never smile, unless it was a rare occasion. I know not her age; or even her existence. I search still, however, to find out who she is, and why she holds so true to my mind."
“That's strange...”
"You don't mind if we recruit new knights do you? It's only logical we should want to restore our order once this silly civil war is over."
"Wait, you don't even know who you're looking for?"
“An old flame, perhaps?”

“You needed to read a book just to know who your sister was?”
“Brutal...”
"In any case, this digresses from my sisters request to recruit new squires, which would then become Eclipse Knights after at least some training. We will gladly take volunteers, and "spies" from the resistance, into our company so long as they are useful in some way."
“Of course! We could use all the help we can get.”
“Are they all as smug as you are?”
"What are our orders?"
“Begin recruiting squires ASAP. We're going to deal with the computer hacker who breached our security.”

Grey nodded, bowed low, as did Lia, and left through the door; well, after Grey had found his jacket and placed it squarely on his small frame. He smiled at Aminee with surprising fondness, even tipping his head and lightly patting her shoulder as he left, turning the ring back into a book; placing it into his jacket. He called back and smirked to any of the soldiers in the room.
"Anyone care to try and past the tests for Eclipse Knighthood? Be more than willing to give anyone a chance. But there's no way I'd make it easy." he called as he stood there, waiting for a response.
Lia sighed, and opened another portal; stepping through, she waved good-bye to just about everyone in the room; her destination the strange city that had just been risen in the Crystal Expanse. No-one seemed to bat an eye-lid at the closing of the portal; perhaps it was already accepted, or perhaps people were still to amazed to respond.
Whatever the case, Grey eagerly awaited the response from the assortment of soldiers there. Giving a small singular grin to 201 specifically, he shrugged and began to walk out. "Hmm, cowards then."
