That one was too over the top for me and I didn't find the reader's entertainment value in it. I hope this made sense. Made sense to me and I agree. This was actually the first Arashi related post I really didn't like. |

This was actually the first Arashi related post I really didn't like. Good. You are not supposed to like Veran. While Aper was this divine warrior with a mission to save the world from corruption (and a badass character at that), the First Aspect is a messenger of death. He destroyed one of the most powerful being's psyche utterly and entirely for the simple sake of prophecy. You are not supposed to like him in any way shape or form. He is an abobination. And will stop at nothing so that it is heard and feared. Remember; it is the brother - the ying to the yang. The anti-thesis of Yahweh. |

Also, the process by which I write my posts for this character is simply put; if I am myself disturbed by what I have in mind... I have to put it down on paper. I can sorta relate to that. I used to write things I found disturbing or personally made me feel uncomfortable to grow a tolerance for them so they wouldn't bother me as much. A couple of years ago I would have never been able to subject my characters to rape or anything similar. Kudos. |

That's the whole point. But there's a limit. There's pushing the envelope then there's just crossing the line. Veran's post was the latter and I really can't see what's there to be proud of. How are you supposed to respond to something like that? Zira didn't. Maricul had to come in and get Zira out of there. If the message was "don't fuck with the Arashi" then message received.
