It's going to be interesting to see how the other wedding guests react to this latest development. I had just about forgotten this thread existed. You guys can't do much without playing the Arashi card can you? Not trying to be rude, this is simply the impression I get by observing your threads. You know, every time you mention the Waking Nightmare you're doing the exact same thing right? |

You know, every time you mention the Waking Nightmare you're doing the exact same thing right? I do but my character was infected by the nightmares before my opinion on the Arashi fully formed and I can't just make them poof like magic cards. |

You know, every time you mention the Waking Nightmare you're doing the exact same thing right? I do but my character was infected by the nightmares before my opinion on the Arashi fully formed and I can't just make them poof like magic cards. Seriously, if it bothers you that much then don't read threads concerning them and don't reply to threads concerning them. It's not that hard I do it all the time with things I don't like. |

Ok I'll bite, why all the Arashi hate? Inquiring minds would love to know. Simply put they're overused. Overexposure of anything can be bad and the case with the Arashi is really no different. For some of us the same reoccurring themes can be tiresome and really put a strain on expansion. We've had months of build up now to an apparent end and no sign of a pay off anywhere in sight. |

Complaining about the Arashi is far more overdone than the Arashi themselves. If you really take issue with it then I encourage those that do to PM either Gui, Ginny or myself about it. Until then this topic is to discuss the RP at hand, not your personal feelings on the Arashi Plot as a whole.

Actually, we have done plenty in the past without the "Arashi Card" as you so dubbed it. This whole shindig has been building up for about two-three years now (it stayed as a minor detail that heavily affected only two-three characters but wasn't mentioned much) and it's finally getting closer to the end. Naturally it's going to be mentioned a lot since it's reaching that point. We're trying to push it along so it can get there. |

Because if not that's just creepy. He wrote part of it but with how long the two have RPed with each other they probably could duplicate the other's style if they really wanted to. |

I understand that but your personal plot has overtaken the forum, leaving the rest of us with very little to do as a result and the supposed plot that was to involve the majority of us is running at a snail's pace but if the staff has an issue with my expressing this in public then I'll stop. Goodnight. Dianne, you don't read a lot of threads outside your own do you? Let recap real fast if I may, Aminee Starlight is battling her own personal demons in Isafaro. Kragen, Garrus and Kira Young are getting involved in the subplot that's building there and Aminee is on her way to being included in that while Hami Morgan is talking with the nation's dictator. Jherrazad, Clash and Mariya has just been recruited into Ranko's army (Well Mariya was more or less drafted). Moon Valley, Superwoman is getting into the superhero scene, Utena is struggling with her own insanity and Amoura is undergoing an investigation that doesn't so much as reference the Arashi. Crystal Expanse, Darius is fighting to end the cycles, that's a subplot all its own. Crystal City, Sheclash and Jaden are being introduced to Miracle. Hallowton, Zira's been told she's going to die, Bane and Superwoman are both put on the map via Invasion and two new characters are introduced during it. Amoura and co. are involved and again, the Arashi are not mentioned even in passing. Downward Spiral, Tajna and Validus are plotting something and new people from different worlds are being dragged into Genesis. Utopia, another Clash is getting laid, Fukari found peace and the cycles subplot is being further developed. That's 17 things right there that the Arashi plot hasn't so much as touched and you claim we're left with very little to do? As for the topic itself, how long do you guys figure until Crystal City kick Amoura out? |
