Isafaro… Daylight… And busy pedestrians… Men and women and children alike, they hadn’t the faintest idea of what was in store for the very near future… But then again, neither did the black clad demon who stood on the roof of one of the taller structures. He had broken free of his bond to Sir Integra, he had fallen at last to the Essence itself. He had accepted it, exploited it, and now he was no longer truly bound by contract to anyone… The role he'd played in the transformation of an angel into a fallen angel; it had brought his reality back. Or was it even reality? He wasn't even alive, thus could this really be considered real? Whatever this existence was, he couldn't care less. However... Where he stood now... In Isafaro... This was reality... And the monster had every intention of turning it inside out. Why? Because he goddamn felt like it by this point. Besides... His former master had wanted vengeance against Isafaro for what it did to Hallowton... And this would be how he brought it about. Her ultimate goal was peace for Hallowton, she had never ordered him against releasing utter Kaosu upon the perpetrator. As the contract was his creation, he was one who ultimately decided how the said contract would end. And his deal with Integra would end his way... The human would not be allowed to dominate this deal. He could carry out her ultimate goal, and then move on. That was why the symbol upon the back of his left hand remained; he was simply speeding up the process of achieving Integra's ultimate goal for her, not turning against her and throwing away the bond. He was far too loyal a dog to commit such dishonorable notions. The mark was dull colored and lacked that violet glow, signaling the near end of the contract. But he was still a Faustian Demon, the repercussions which should have come to him for breaking his own contract hadn’t acted. And he knew why… He had used his own manipulation and knowledge of loopholes in his contract to make it turn in his favor. And he was highly satisfied with these results. Freedom sure tasted sweet… He planned to indulge himself until he found a new master. He had been abased, taunted, fooled with, and treated as scum by a lowly human being… By his adamant former master. And that savagery had been carefully kindled and held under tight control… He longed to vent, to express his displeasure. But as he stood there on that roof, breathing in the acerbic stench, something held back his wrath… No, it was not a craven sense by any means. It was more of a state of agitation or excitement… The entertainment which was to come… It would be far more satisfying to finally unleash the horrors if he waited for the opportune moment. His irrevocable final judgment… The second purpose for his return to Isafaro was a desire to better understand this Nightmare which Legion had set upon him. Absentmindedly, the crow raised a gloved hand to stroke down the diagonal gash in his chest; or what had been a gash. Whatever the Essence had done to his regenerative abilities, it was no longer in effect. Perhaps because he was now free, free to be the true and unrestrained upper-class demon he was. And as his true nature shone through, his true abilities also began to grow again. The countless wounds he had suffered in Hallowton were nearly healed, that lesion in his chest little more than a thread-thin scar. Legion had told him about the Nightmare when she found him in Hallowton, but she hadn’t answered all the questions he’d had, due to his departure from her before he could ask; because of Maricul’s arrival. So now… Here he was… Back in the corrupted city of misfortune. He was seeking both Legion, as well as further entertainment as he reveled in the suffering and pain the denizens went through. And of course, to grant Integra's terms of their deal. That Vulture… If he could have met the leader of this corruption… That would have proven to be yet another pleasure to him. Oh how he loved to see humans when they fell to their deepest desires… The greediest and among the most dangerous creatures alive; it was always a wonderful amusement to study those who had truly taken a path of corruption and tyranny. But Vulture was dead; it had been easy enough to learn that bit of information. The crimson eyes of the dark figure would rise to fix on the sky, seemingly nonchalant and indifferent. But in reality, that kindled demonic desire to cause more pandemonium; to know his hand caused the torment… He wanted nothing more than to hear the screams of people fleeing in all directions; pursued by their own Nightmares and certain death. To ravage the place with all manner of foul things… To see a city lost in anarchy and be tormented still further… What a delightful treat… His tongue poked out of his mouth and ran over his lips as a quiet purring growl rumbled in his throat. Perhaps a bit of fear would be good for the place… It might even draw out the demon child he was hoping to meet here. Yes… Some dark activity going on could very well bring the one he wanted to meet before him. And if bringing Legion to him was at the expense of others in this city, it mattered not. This city was destined for destruction anyway. He could care less if they all simply dropped dead. They all had vile and unattractive souls anyway. His hunger would have to wait to be satisfied… And of course, there would be no way for Isafaro people to know what had caused this bit of trouble… The ruby red eyes flickered to the trademark slit pupil fuchsia, and the light breeze which had been blowing suddenly stopped. A dense black fog would begin to spread into the city, restricting vision tainting the air with evil; spreading across the ground as light began to fade... Light would be erased in the darkness, attempts to blow it away would only increase how fast it spread... As if it wanted nothing more than to swallow all these pitiful souls, to drag them into the hellish regions of the damned… The light of day would vanish even faster as dark clouds rolled in rapidly across the sky. But these weren’t just any storm clouds… There was no moisture in them, there would be no rain. They were not grey with traces of black; they were opaque and black all the way through. His creations… Satan himself, previous masters had said about him… That wasn’t entirely untrue. Lightning would flash, starting off small and with little thunder. But as the light from both suns was blocked out, the lighting would branch out into jagged bolts, barely seconds between each strike. Yet the forks never touched the buildings, and they didn’t curve to meet lightning rods as lightning should have. They were simply... There… The only source of light from the sky as the city was plunged into darkness. No rain fell, no wind blew; nothing but huge white rips in the sky and roaring thunder. And still, standing on that roof, stood the lone phlegmatic creature; gazing down into the streets as panic ensued. His eyes would revert to crimson, and he continued to wait and observe… If Legion didn’t show up, then he would simply cause other problems; push the city toward its ultimate end. Perhaps a great fire, as he had done in the past... Such a technologically advanced location would no doubt be able to fight off flames with ease; they likely had so called “fireproof” technology. But nothing… Nothing was truly immune to fire. If an inferno was hot enough, then everything could melt or be incinerated… And if such flames reached the multiple nuclear reactors... Yes… Some hellfire could be vastly entertaining… But he would hold that back for now, perhaps even not use it at all… One thought ran through the demon's head as the storm continued to grow in violence, as a sadistic smirk spread across the flawless features: [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]________________________________ In the [stillness] of the shining skyis your [ home] of return Beyond the [darkness] Thoughts ► "It's time for some fun..." And everything he had done came to a complete halt and there was silence as nothing moved around him but the demon butler could feel the boogeyman watching him. Sebastian may not know fear but he knew the scent very well, something that Alucard made everyone feel at least once, and if it wasn't fear it would be excitement. One could relish in godhood and still feel the hairs on the back of their neck stand up at his presence. And then he showed himself and everything began moving once again."Hehehahaha."He stood above everything on the largest building near Sebastian standing at the highest point a single lightning rod. His arms were extended at his sides as the lightning crashed around him and the echos of his laughter could be heard across Isafaro. Their demon had returned in a different form, no longer would Gabe triumph over them instead a new darkness had shown himself one that would only remain for a short while and would bring complete destruction with him. "So tell me Butler are you feeling like a dog now?"The lightning above him crackled and sent thunder across the sky he was gone in an instant only a trace of him left within the mind of the butler with loud sinister laughing. The next flash across the sky and he would be ten feet in front of Sebastian his face stretched with the toothy fanged smile and his skin pulled tightly exposing more troubling insane features as he pulled his arms back and moved forward the red eyes wide keeping sight on the target. "So tell me Butler, are you finally free? A dog without a leash? Am I to assume that you've failed to consume such a pathetic woman? Does she scare you? Or are you still intrigued? Tell me Butler, how it feels to have the weight of failure on your back?"

Of course he could feel the presence, that heavy stench in the air made it even more obvious. Then there was that strange stillness, which he hadn't caused himself. He hadn't often been near the strange vampire, but the few times he had... The raw power the creature radiated was a point of great interest to the Devil. The Crow Demon remained stationary, giving no sign of awareness. There was no fear to be felt, there was no vengeful desire to set upon Alucard; he had no reason to turn on the monster. That eerie calm, that display of utter indifference remained. Unless of course... The purpose of the brute's arrival was on Integra's orders, to bring back the demon who had slipped away from her complete control. But something told him that wasn't it... Alucard had come for reasons of his own... And he would likely learn those reasons soon enough. The crimson gaze would zero in on that dark figure which stood on the lightning rod, balanced as the electricity continued around him; seeming to respond to his mere presence. The Devil merely inclined his head to other in greeting, waiting for him to move closer; as he no doubt would. The demon didn't so much as blink at the sudden disappearance and reappearance of Alucard. He looked on without expression at the dark figure, a pleasant smile spreading across his face. The words spoken did little to change his features. If anything, his smile simply became bemused. "I have always been free, Alucard. I cannot be tamed or truly leashed. I chose to work for my food, to lower myself. It adds entertainment, and make the meal all the more worthwhile in the end. I do not messily sample every single soul I come across, unlike most of my kind." A quiet chuckle rippled in his throat as he clasped those gloves hands neatly behind his back. "To answer our other questions... No, I do not fear her, but I respect her on my own terms; to an extent. I am certainly intrigued by how she managed to hold you so long. She truly is pathetic at heart. Without you, what is she? Nothing more than any other arrogant human being. I chose to spare her soul, I could have taken it whenever I felt the urge. But I relented, because she is far too much fun to observe. For her to fade away so soon; it would be a waste of rare entertainment. Is that not why you remained with her for so long?"Another chuckle sounded in his throat as he turned slightly, no longer facing Alucard directly. It only showed to exemplify how at ease he was, how he didn't seem to care that a powerful being was here; possibly with hostile intent. He was arrogant in his own way, which led to how little he cared if he placed himself in danger by turning away from an enemy. But of course, he was alert and prepared for any sudden moves on Alucard's part. Powerful though he was, the red-clad figure had his own differences in weakness from the Demon. That fiery gaze cast its stare about below in the streets. This darkness was easy for his vision to penetrate. Yes... Vile creatures, the lot of them. Had their souls not been the most attractive of any creature to him, then he would not have bothered to walk among them. They were far beneath his notice, they were not worthy enough to even rest their greedy eyes upon him. That is why they felt such fear when their eyes glimpsed his true form, his true divinity. They could sense that he was a being beyond their understanding or ability to comprehend. It was an instinct on their part to shrink away, to flee, to cower at his feet; as was their rightful place. They were fascinating indeed, but they were still merely insects to him. "Humans are different from devils in that they possess mean and complex malice: They lie; they struggle desperately and kick others down; they rob and are robbed in turn, all the while repeating their excuses; yet they still aim for the yonder over the hill... The impossible future... They are easily tempted. When they are perched on the edge of hellish despair, and a spider's thread of silk presents itself; they will undoubtedly grasp it in a vain attempt to not fall. That is why I find humans so amusing. Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing is no different from the rest. You are that spider's thread she clings to, and now here you stand... Which leads to my question for you, Alucard." He didn't turn to make eye contact, simply continued to stare into the depths of the streets, watching the inferior beings trample each other in their panic. "What brings you here to stand before me? Are you here on orders to search and destroy? To eliminate the demon which she never truly controlled? Is it simply damage to her pride that her slave slipped away? Or is there another reason for your arrival?"[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]________________________________ In the [stillness] of the shining skyis your [ home] of return Beyond the [darkness] Thoughts ► "How interesting to see you here..." He allowed Sebastian to talk, he figured the demon liked to hear his own voice since he had so much to say. Even Alucard who taunts his enemies to death has little to say in terms of a long monologue, just like a cliche movie villain to talk his heart out to bore the enemy to death. He wished to interrupt several times but remained silent knowing that as long as he allowed Sebastian to talk he wouldn't have to wait for the inevitable clash. When Sebastian finally asked his question he was met with a long and hard stare. What followed was insane amounts of laughter. After what would feel like the longest twenty seconds ever he finally came to a slow drag still chuckling under his breath as each word left his body, "So, she's worthless to you? Is this why you were driven to madness when you thought her gone? Is this why you set plague to Hallowton? I know more than I should, but I keep an keen eye on all that walk through and out of that mansion at all times."Alucard finally stopped laughing and took a small breath, "Humans are stronger than both you and I for a reason. It takes a human to kill a monster and we will never fully understand why. This is the reason I followed Integral for so long because she is fearless in the face of you and I, because she can do things that we cannot, she can enjoy life. She can enjoy a life that you and I can no longer feel. Emotions? What are those to us?"And this brings me to your question."He pulled the .454 from his coat and pointed it in Sebastians direction. "I'm here as a punishment for what you have done to an entire city."

The demon spared a sideways glance toward Alucard, and a long hiss of a quiet chuckle escaped from his throat as the words were spoken. He would continue to display that indifference, that carefree attitude as he considered different thoughts which ran through his head. After a few moments of silence, he would speak again, a trace of bemusement evident. "You may have a keen eye, but you may wish to work on your hearing. Did I not say all too clearly that I left her soul because she was entertaining to observe? That I am intrigued by her? She is pathetic at heart, just as any human. But the qualities which you have spoken are what sets her apart from others; they are what made her stand out, and caught my interest in the first place." Alucard wasn't too impressive just yet, but the demon knew all too well what this creature was capable of. And he was ready. This would be a battle to remember. Neither of them had a life to lose, so there would be no clear victor no matter what the results. But that would make this clash all the more interesting. And to think that such a grand duel would only occur because of his brief affiliation with Integra... "I acknowledge that they are stronger than us in many ways, that they can feel and do things we cannot. And that is why I so willingly make deals with them. Sir Integra is far from worthless. Her soul is a highly desirable one, a soul I would have enjoyed taking one day. To see such a rare human dead, that is a true loss in my eyes; and not only because they contain quality souls. It was anguish at her death which brought about the actions of the Plague." He lifted those eyes to the black sky above, watching the mass of darkness roll about as lightning continued to splinter through the air. What a stage for such a clash of great powers... The Devil against the the strangest and most powerful vampire in existence... "I cannot help but notice your word choice in 'Life that you and I can no longer feel.' You sound as if you once lived. I can envy you for that much at least. I have never felt such a thing. What you know as 'life' never existed for me, thus is cannot be taken. I assume you have no life to lose, either""I'm here as a punishment for what you have done to an entire city."The demon once known as Sebastian once again made no move. One might have though he hadn't even noticed that he had a firearm aimed at him. "You almost sound as if you actually care what happened to the said city." Came the quiet chuckle. He severely doubted Alucard would have come here of his own free will, just to bring his judgment upon the perpetrator of Hallowton's Plague. So... It only made sense that he was here on Integra's orders. He suspected Alucard would more likely have simply found the epidemic to be amusing, a temper tantrum thrown by a demon who didn't get what it wanted. Something black would alight upon his shoulder, another large crow. But the demon hadn't summoned this one; and his eyes would narrow ever so slightly as the beak opened and closed by his ear, as if talking to him. "I see..." He murmured under his breath. It seemed this black bird was of far more importance to him than the gun aimed in his direction. Finally, after what felt like a long moment, the black clad demon inclined his head once again to Alucard; and then turned his back entirely upon the enemy. Fearless? Stupid? Or just downright crazy? He didn't know, and he didn't care. At this moment, he had better things to do than face the vampire. Besides... He suspected Alucard wasn't going to allow him to walk away, in any case. He was simply waiting now, waiting for the other to do something which would undoubtedly prove to be vastly entertaining. This battle would happen, but when, he wasn't sure yet. The demon stepped off the edge of the building and plummeted 97 stories below; not even bending his knees to absorb the impact of his feet on the street below. Silently, he walked through the pitch black streets, lit only by the brief flashes of lightning above. Confused and frightened pedestrians fell back when they collided into what felt like a steel wall which was the demon. The great black bird hopped down onto his forearm, ruffling its tail feathers as it apparently continued to relay news to the Crow Demon. "Heh, no life to lose, that's why they call me the No Life King," he watched as Sebastian dropped from the building, "I do not even exist. So if I was to do something like this it would have no negative repercussions." Alucard knelt down and put his hands on the building side and darkness shot through the foundation until the very bottom level exploded outward. All 97 floors of the building gave away and began to fall in the direction of Sebastian. Alucard simply considered this the first act of violence in this coming storm. He was no longer in sight of the building as it fell instead he appeared in front of Sebastian and extended his arms to either side of the street causing ripples of explosions to utterly decimate the buildings on both sides of them causing them too to collapse. He knew all too well that this city had more to gain from a resurfacing project he wouldn't hold back just because a few lives were lost. Better they die tragically than slowly. "The world around you crumbles, I am just here to see you off," the buildings slam into the ground and Alucard was gone as the pillars of debris and dust showered the area. Laughter insane laughter, hundreds of eyes opening through the darkness the lightning had stopped as something more sinister entered the air. Had it been day a meer matter of minutes ago? Was that a bloody red moon shining in the sky, an illusion perhaps, but those bats flying through the sky in massive flocks were indeed the real deal. His voice came from everywhere, "So what'll it be dog? Will you walk away or take the bait? I'm itching to see what Integral saw in you that I cannot see." Looking straight up standing above the dust cloud on a shattered remain of a building he stood. Still speaking, "Show me! I am curious to know!"

Yes, of course... The No-Life King loved to put on shows. He had felt the darkness ripple through the stagnant air as it made its way down the building, that sense of power behind him would quickly be joined by the crashing of splintering building and what felt like a small quake would begin as the structure hit the ground. There were countless screams of fleeing civilians, shrieks of those who had been buried beneath the components of the impressive edifice. But the solitary figure which had been at the center of the inevitable collapse had disappeared before being caught. The mixture of concrete and steel was strewn about the ground, groans of the injured and laments of the mourning filling the impenetrable darkness which had fallen over the city. And moving across the surface of the rubble were those highly-polished tuxedo shoes. Each foot was placed silently as he continued, and the crimson gleam of those eyes would glow in the darkness, unimpressed and even bored. The Crow didn't stop his forward movement until the target appeared before him yet again, and more detonations would sound as the city seemed to fall around him. Stationary upon a rather large piece of rubble, he would wait until the collapse was complete. Standing amidst the floating dust, untouched by the flying shrapnel, a quiet laugh would sound deep within his throat as a hand rose to caress his chin. He was looking down at Alucard from his platform of debris, showing the first signs of slight interest. So he wasn't planning to hold anything back... He couldn't care less about the death of the people in Isafaro. Perfect... That would make the battle all the more fun in the end, no matter what the result. It was amusing, really; that Alucard was here as a form of vengeance against Hallowton's destruction, yet he so willingly destroyed a city in turn. Was Integra really so desperate to perhaps, 'put the demon in his place?' But there was another possible reason for Alucard's attack... Integra had fallen ill with the Plague which was created by his hand. Of course the vampire might feel a need to avenge such suffering upon his master, and that would also explain why he was ready to bring down Isafaro in his attack. The malicious smile returned to his face as lightning lit up the darkness yet again, casting a strange light upon those glittering fangs which protruded from his jaws. "The world around you crumbles, I am just here to see you off,""How very kind of you, Sir." He returned in a silky voice, a slight hiss evident in the soft words. The massive bird on his arm would suddenly take flight, vanishing into the dark fog itself, becoming one with it, which was wreathed around everything. The battle field was transforming, he could see the countless eyes and the red gleam of the light as it shone through. The fluttering of bat wings sounded loud and clear, and the demon's eyes locked upon Alucard's. They would shift their color then, slipping into that swirling fuschia and slit-pupiled appearance which defined an upper class demon; a more experience, more powerful, and more dangerous than the lowly scum. Once, he may have been considered royalty back in hell; but those days were far beyond his memories. The red moonlight would be swallowed by darkness again as wing beats sounded, thousands of beady black eyes gleamed with malice and hunger within the feathery mass which rose from what remained of the darkness. Bats would be torn apart and consumed, dislodged feathers would flutter upon the destroyed section of the city below. Flecks of crimson would rain down from the writhing mass of black as snapping beaks and harsh cries filled the atmosphere. And everything rapidly slipped into utter darkness once more, lightning would resume reaching jagged fingers across the heavens. "You wish to know what Sir Integra saw in me..." He chuckled again, the head shaking ever so slightly. "The woman saw in me as nothing more than a potentially useful tool; which I was for a certain amount of time. But of course..." Strangely, a purring noise would begin to echo through the darkness; reverberating around them as the feast in the air above began to come to an end. True, crows weren't a natural predator of bats. But they would devour whatever they could get their beaks on; one of the many characteristics which so interested the demonic superior. "Tools need to be maintained and well-cared for, or they will lose their usefulness. They might even become a hindrance or a danger if not utilized properly. Tools also cannot run on their own, another's hand is involved at some point; whether it is to flip an on or off switch, or manually used. If the tool does something unwanted, then the blame falls upon the hand which controls it. The error is not the fault of the tool." The thrumming sound in the shadows around them continued, and the glowing eyes would begin to be swallowed as shadows took hold once again. "It is a pity, really..." He said in disinterest as he lifted his gaze to rest on the target now standing on what was left of a building. Useless vermin they posed only a side show for the crowds below as more than millions of these winged rodents heeded the calling of their master. Crimson? No a swarm of black was more like it as fur and feathers engaged above blocking out the sky completely. The dust began to settle now that the three buildings had all fallen leaving the street completely broken killing hundreds.
He could no longer take the demon serious. This was more a laughing matter and he most definitely couldn't hold himself back as he chuckled and laughed at Sebastians words. "Are you serious? You're going to keep talking instead of acting? What more do I have to do? Drop a city on you and demand you show me your full power? I am starting to miss my old enemies, at least they had balls to retaliate, they were kind enough to destroy all of London just because I asked them to show me their best. Instead I'm given a worthless dog like you who only knows how to speak."
Alucard smiled widely. "C'mon dog, shake."

He was shaking his head yet again, there was a clear glint of disappointment in that fierce gaze now. Alucard knew only to destroy. "My my, rather eager aren't you? I merely answered your questions. I am quite the pacifist, you see... In any case..." He raised a gloved hand and gestured toward the other, his smirk growing wider. Pacifist? He was anything but. He was simply difficult to genuinely upset or provoke. "It is only proper to allow my enemy the first move." He would cast his gaze around the destruction, tasting the death and torment on the air, savoring it. This was where he was most entertained. And he had an enemy would would actually be a challenge to take on. He would have no reason to hold back... And that freedom was what he so looked forward to. "But this battlefield is too cramped for my liking, to full of impediments... I'm sure you wouldn't mind a larger ring either now, would you?" As if he were doing a favor... Yeah right. He simply wanted more chaos and destruction to take over this city. More dark clouds began to appear, rising up from around the base of his feet. These shadows were thicker, more dense, and a sense of power flickered off of them which the rest of the darkness lacked. "Let's widen this space up a bit..." Shake... Oh yes, he would shake everything... The ground seemed to rend itself in two. An unearthly roaring sound of the very crust of the planet shifting beneath his feet; a long jagged split extending from beneath his feet and down the road, passing Alucard, then turning sharply to the right as more openings spread out in all directions. Screams would rise up again as several more buildings and people teetered precariously on the edge of the deep trenches, and then their support was collapsed and they would fall. Rubble exploded into the air, buildings leaned toward each other before falling as gravity took hold. The sounds of the destruction would seem to echo for years... By the time all was silent again, and the dust began to clear; the demon and vampire stood in the center of a perfect circle which had a floor made up of numerous splits in the crust; and the remains of the surrounding buildings which had been within 100 feet of them. Not one of the building had fallen toward the two fiends. By now, a strong wind had started to pick up as the black storm above continued to rage; no trace of bird or bat. Dust and small debris would be carried across the desolation, and that eerie silence pressed in on everything. The thunder had stopped, it was now only violent and constant lightning which disturbed the sky. He had done such a thing before, when he faced that Spider Demon; only it had been an entire mountain which had been reduced to a mere pile of scattered rocks and pebbles... "As for seeing my true power..." A bemused expression crossed the demon's features as he raised a forefinger in a "wait" motion, tilting his head as his hair shifted to cover one of his eyes. He remained where he stood before unmoved by the shifting tides around him. The smile remained on his face and even under the sinking mass of ground he didn't allow his relaxed stance change. When all was said and done he remained on a flat surface the smile had faded from his face and he was simply frowning now clearly not amused anymore. "So that's it? All that just to make space," he asked and sighed as he finished his sentence, "Pacifist my ass, you just like to bark more than bite. I've made the first move and dropped buildings on you and you repay me by making the ground flat? I'm fucking insulted.""I'm done here, this has become a waste of my time. Enjoy slaughtering pointless innocents. I thought I had theatrics and talked a lot but you upped the ante," he had turned around and put his weapon away and was walking away, the red moon in the sky began to fade away behind the black clouds.

"Oh? Disappointed that a building falling in my direction isn't enough to draw out my true powers? It seems to me as if you are merely envious that Sir Integra has seen what I can do, and you have not. You are not worth the display of my capabilities if you are too cowardly to even send an attack with the intent to kill on the spot. I thought you were more violent and had more purpose than that." He laughed softly, and raised those eyes to the black sky. Alucard had barely taken a few steps away, when the harsh cry of the returning original crow ripped the eerie silence. The bird would rest on the demon's forearm again, snapping that jagged beak. "Well done, my friend; you've finally found it... It is rather disappointing you'll have to give up your life for it." He seemed to genuinely care for the bird, if nothing else. Without wasting a moment, the gloves were removed from his hands; and left one closed its fingers around the large crow's neck. The fuschia eyes gleamed even brighter for a moment, then the bird began to distort; its shrieks cut off sharply at the sound of a snap from the neck. It was dropped on the fractured ground below, writhing and twitching, it's distortion accelerating as the surrounding darkness began to be drawn in toward it. There was something more sinister about the shadows as they compacted around the feathery mass; the demon could feel it... That power... That pure demonic energy which was one of the most damaging things to his kind, one of few full proof ways to kill a demon... Alucard would no doubt feel the presence of that evil, that raw power; simply because he too was a creature of Hell. With a bit of a frown on his face, Sebastian extended his hand; reaching into that rolling mass of black and green cloud, and his fingers closed around something hard... Slowly, he withdrew his hand; and a strangely twisted sword emerged, blood red stones set in its hilt. The clouds which had been drawn in seemed to part before it... The smooth lips distorted into a sneer as the darkness cast by the storm clouds seemed to be illuminated with its own inner green glow. The sword in his hand felt both familiar, and unfamiliar; heavy, yet light... This was the demon sword whose name had been forgotten over the countless years since its creation, since the very first demons had ever come into existence. It could only be wielded by the most powerful demons, ironic really... As demons were its main prey. It was an ancient weapon which feasted on the powers of the beasts it slaughtered, demon or not. It took the aura of its victims into itself, and shaped that aura into a weapon of its own. The sword had fed for millions of years, stored the powers of so many; that was why it was so effective. He had thought it lost after his last encounter, but no... Such a weapon couldn't be destroyed... And now he had it in his grasp again, because the sword was hungry again. The Spider Demon hadn't sustained it long... And now... It had come to him in the hopes of getting a proper meal... The crow demon locked his gaze on Alucard, and didn't bother to see if the vampire had felt the presence and turned to see what it was. This sword was far more powerful than the purest holy energies... Wounds inflicted by it would never heal, or so it was with demons. He wasn't sure what its effect of Alucard would be, but he didn't much care about that either. He simply knew that this starved sword would serve as a far more useful weapon than his talons or sheer strength against the Vampire. He had waited long enough, expecting the sword to show itself, so it could be used in the coming battle. He wasted no more time in raising the strangely pulsing weapon in his right hand, then his body flickered and seemed to vanish from speed as the demon streaked toward the retreating target. He would lash out with the ancient weapon in a diagonal uppercut, aiming for the lower left back so as to rip up toward the neck and right shoulder. He hadn't handled this weapon often, yet he still displayed the grace and accuracy of one who had used only that sword for thousands of years. "I thank you for waiting." Came his voice, the tone making his disappointment in Alucard's lack of patience evident. "Now... The test shall begin..." His voice echoed again in the surrounding darkness. "Still talking? Is that honestly all you do? You talk about having to be worthy to see your full power and all you honestly do is talk. I'd sooner waste the bullet on myself than on the likes of you," he had stopped and looked over his shoulder he watched the display with mild interest was Sebastians preparations finally over? Was he finally ready to fight?
Alucard looked away against and once more pulled the .454 from its home at his side. When Sebastian had finally finished playing with his sword Alucard would turn only to his left side and fire his weapon straight into the air above his head interrupting the "Now... The test shall begin..." He lowered the weapon again and shook his head at the demon.
"Here I thought you'd be like any of my other enemies. I put all my power in one basket and they do the same and we see the outcome. I didn't know I was coming to face a politician, from here on out if you want to speak you have to earn it," he raised the .454 in Sebastians direction ready to fire it again if the demon spoke.

The blade was howling within, ravenous and impatient. The rubies in its hilt looked almost like eyes; dauntless and empty, cold and without any soul of its own, starved and longing to feel the vampire's blood. It would feast on whatever blood was spilled, and become an even faster, more durable, lighter, and more tainted weapon. Alucard was made up of millions of souls of his own, the demon knew that much simply from what he'd come to see in Integra's mind. The demon sword in turn was the same. He stood there before Alucard, sword tip aimed at the ground, and his gaze flickered up briefly to watch the projectile fly away into the nothingness above. The fuschia hues would lock upon the enemy's eyes, unimpressed. His expression was bemused, bored, and taunting. He would look across the barrel of the gun in a polite interest, as if it was a child's toy rather than a weapon designed to kill. Firearms, shot at short or long range in his direction, were entirely useless. With the uncanny level of speed an upper class demon could pull off; he could evade, catch, redirect, block, or deflect bullets. Not to mention that if a bullet struck, or multiple bullets; he could just as easily remove them from his false body, and the injury would vanish when he wanted it to. Perhaps firearms might have been useful, had one even been able to land a hit when he had so many options at his disposal. "You seem to enjoy talking as well, Alucard."He chuckled, watching every movement of his target. "Is there not a savage satisfaction which comes from taunting your enemies?" If Alucard fired his weapon again in retaliation to the voice, the green blur would move faster than an eye could follow; and the projectiles would be caught in the blade itself, only to be swallowed into the thing, as if it were made up of something with the consistency of mud. "Deliberately antagonizing them until they make foolish moves..." "You'll have to do better than that, Hellsing dog." The blade would raise again, and the demon fell into a sort of well-balanced dance; his fingers extending and curling into talons so that he could alternate between using the sword and lashing out with those razor sharp fingers. It was a flurry of attacks at a speed which would allow little or no counterattack. The target could be torn into pieces if he failed to move into his own evasive maneuvers. And throughout the pressing forward on his enemy, that same pleasant smile remained in place upon the pale face; if one could call such a sneer a smile at all. He was toying with Alucard now, not even bothering to give it his all. He doubted these direct physical attacks would do much, from what he knew of the vampire. But that was why this was almost like a game to him, he wasn't planning on striking to eliminate the target; seeing as Integra would be without her attack dog if he did. Besides... To destroy such a specimen as Alucard; that would have been a waste if it even happened. He didn't lower his weapon and remained facing left while his head and weapon were directed toward the demon. His warning shot had done the job and made things quiet for the moment, but he knew the demon would only talk some more as all demons do. It was a stare down for the most part, he prided himself with his weapon that grin slowly crept onto his face again as he knew his part in walking away had done enough to draw this fight in full motion.
There was a fun fact to Alucards weapon that many don't know because they were all dead. The weapon is simple in design, made up mostly of tubes and mechanisms such as o-rings, d-rings, a friction pad, the chamber to the weapon, bushings and many other things but at its core it was simple. What made his weapon amazing was the ammunition it fired. The .454 silver nitrite explosive core baptized rounds made it a party favorite of not only him but the Hellsing order in general.
This being said, the bullets of this pistol literally exploded when achieving stoppage. The silver nitrite was used for freaks, vampires and werewolves alike, the bullets being baptized was a plus against anything else unholy. Alucard didn't know if anything of this would effect Sebastian but through his observations he knew Sebastian didn't know about the weapon. Alucard wouldn't fire at the demon with it unless he was sure it wouldn't kill him or end the fight prematurely.
But then Sebastian spoke again and his smile did nothing but spread as he pulled the trigger releasing the chambered round, the shell of the bullet spiraled to the right of his gun tumbling slowly. The velocity of the bullet was fast but he knew Sebastians speed, just as Luke Valentine this bullet would not hit he would be firing just for the joy of hearing the gun go off. The bullet would make its way to its mark and he watched as the blade caught the bullet muffling the explosion behind it his secret would be told to Sebastian in the same instant the shell of it clattered to the ground.
"Just a warning shot you worthless demon, LET'S DO THIS ALREADY!" Sebastian would move at the same time he did it seemed. The first of the flurry hit air as it went through his phased body he turned and stepped back lowering his body and twisting his weapon around clashing it off the blade then followed it up by stepping back and firing his weapon close range the moment the blade had fully passed through him. He landed several feet back and began firing the weapon over and over again laughing loudly.

The moment the bullet had struck the sword, a loud snarling sound had risen from the very heart of the blade, It vibrated violently in his hand, shuddering as something happened within it; something which was well contained by the weapon's outer shell. But the explosion wouldn't be held back entirely, the holy energies around it were swallowed by the ancient demonic aura within. But the holy energy served to weaken part of the sword as its protective auras focused around the major point of impact. But the next moment, a piece of the sword was blown off the body. That shard ripped across one of the sleeves of his tailcoat, opening a long tear in the fine fabric. What a bother... About halfway down the blade, a green smoke was rising; the stench of powerful hell auras radiating in all directions which was no longer contained. "Impressive..." Was all he directed toward Alucard as he examined the gaping hole in the sword's structure. But of course, Alucard was still attacking. There would be a flash of green and glitter of red stones, and the sword was thrown straight up into the air at an unbelievable speed. It would vanish into the darkness of the black clouded sky. "What an awful thing to do to a perfectly good tailcoat..." He murmured, obviously referring to the tear in the sleeve from that lost piece of the sword. "I suppose I shall have to mend this now..." A moment later, he had stripped the tailcoat from his figure, the white tuxedo shirt and dark vest standing out in the dim lighting. He had a spool of black thread and needle drawn from a pocket, needle already threaded, within a fourth of a second; and he began to sew the tear in the sleeve. He seemed to be paying no attention to the many bullets flying his way from Alucard's firearms, and yet not a single one landed. He would blur to the side, evading the fired projectiles by his sense of hearing alone. He could hear them fired, hear them flying through the air; it was an easy matter for him to determine which direction they came from. And so it continued. It took very little time for the sewing job to be completed. By the time he'd finished, there was no trace of a tear remaining in the fabric. Good. Torn clothing just wouldn't do for a butler. Still avoiding the bullets, the thread and stitched sleeve were moved toward his mouth, and he cut the thread with his teeth; a satisfied smile fixed on his face. He returned the needle to its small box in his pocket, and slipped the tailcoat back on; neatly fastening the silver button at the front. What a laugh... Surely Alucard had more than just guns to use? The explosive bullet had come as a surprise, but now he knew that secret; and held no intention of being caught off guard by that surprise again. By that moment, the demon sword was falling again, and he caught it neatly in his right hand; frowning at the opening in the blade. It was no longer a clean hole, but resembles something alive; a blob with writhing tentacle-like extensions. It reminded him of a hyper-active amoeba. But obviously, the weapon was infuriated at the damage. That was when he became aware that the green clouds were pouring out of the blade in a mass; and taking up shapes. Before long, there were 4 enormous ghostly demons; looking solid, yet not solid, as they shaped themselves into the ancient demons they had been before being devoured by the blade. And these were ancient monsters; among the very first to be absorbed by the demon sword. They stood at near 89 stories tall, had fire for eyes; and bedecked in all a manor of scaly skin, and venomous spines, and talons seemingly made of pure demonic energies. They were ugly creatures, snarling and hissing at the one whom had damaged the sword. "Well now... Alucard... You seem to have upset some of the first victims of this sword..." Sebastian said in an unconcerned voice. Powerful and ancient as these beasts were, he had no doubt in his mind that Alucard would end them without any trouble. He didn't expect a show either in the destruction of these enemies. Obviously, this demon sword was extremely unhappy, to release some of the beasts it have absorbed before.
