Luna had been completely surprised when the man seemingly knew that she was from Hogwarts, surely no one should know about such things? Did that mean that someone from her world had arrived here? Was it Harry? Hermione? Or Neville? However the man then told her that it was a girl named Zora C. Manson as he asked her if she knew about her as Luna shook her head, "I am sorry to say that I do not know her, the Slytherin, which is the house she was in judging by her description of uniform, did not like me very much and tend to avoid me as much as possible," Luna said leaving out the fact that they also bullied her and occasionally hurt her because of who she supported, that is Harry Potter, "however I am pleased to hear another person from my world has come here, I would like to meet her sometime," she said with a smile.

"You aren't the first one to come to my desk and request to be able to study the Downward Spiral," Kain told Luna Lovegood. "Not too long ago we had an American scientist request to study the tower and I'll tell you the same thing I told him, "The tower has been active for over a year. You don't think we've already studied it thoroughly in search for a way to harness its power and send people home? What makes you think you can do any better than an entire continent of scientists?"

So the Slytherin girl was traveling, well that made things easier for Luna as she didn't have to risk being bullied again in front of people. Though she did hope that one day she would be able to be friend with the girl, surely she would be able to let go of old prejudices correct?

I merely wish to study it, help your scientists if I can, do you have magicians that have studied the tower?" Luna asked softly.

Luna smiled inwardly when the man gave her permission to help the scientists with the tower, she was glad that she would be able to have the chance to study the tower, it would prove to be an exciting venture. "Thank you Mr Kain, I will try my utmost best to reveal the tower's capability," she said to him as she then followed Sazan to the elevator.
“Did you want to meet with the other scientists now or find a place to stay first?”
"I think I'll go meet the other scientists first, then find a place to stay. They'll probably give me a place to stay since I'm a researcher here, but if not then I'm sure I can find a suitable accommodation for my time in Kari," Luna replied.
