Sazan entered the large futuristic metropolis, her eyes scaling up the various skyscrapers that stood within the city akin to the ones found in Isafaro. The main difference being the colossal tower that stuck out like a sore thumb among the many buildings in the city.

“Here we are.”

Said Sazan with a smile as she turned to observe the girl's reaction to being in such a place.

“Be sure to stay close. As you can clearly see by the size of the city it's easy to get lost here. I'm on my way to see the leader. You can accompany me and from there I'm sure someone help loan you a map so you don't get lost. Sound good?”

Luna's eyes widened at the sight of the futuristic city, even in her wildest imagination she never imagined that cities such as Kari would exist, her eyes were taking in the city with every detail and her mouth was smiling nonstop as she loved the city itself and she regretted not bringing a notebook with her, she would have detailed everything she saw here for those she would share the information with, and perhaps with her friends if she ever got back home.

"Oh yes I understand," Luna said, "this city is truly marvellous. Not even the ancient cities of magic can compare to what I'm seeing here...so this is what the city of the future would look like."

“About as close to a preview as you're going to get I imagine.”

Sazan continued to walk, stopping at a map found at the center of the city for people navigating it. Memorizing the map the hybrid continued on in the direction where Kari's HQ was located. Her eyes gazing up towards the tower that after all this time they still knew so little about.

“And that's the Downward Spiral. A Genesis relic. It rose up out of the ground one year ago when our worlds started merging with others. From the little we do know about it it acts as a gateway but sadly we have no way of knowing how it works and it would take a lifetime to unlock its secrets.”

A gateway to a thousand worlds, perhaps the reason why Luna was here in Genesis in the first place, it sounded like something that was out of a story book. Something that Luna would imagine, but here it was in the flesh and she nodded at Sazan's words, "Perhaps I can stay here then for a while...perhaps I can help uncover its mysteries," she said smiling dreamily at Sazan, "after all Ravenclaws are known for their intelligence and I am often said to be the epitome of what it means to be a Ravenclaw."

Sazan looked towards Luna with a hint of envy in her eyes. Remembering back in her heydays when she was that optimistic and fascinated by archeology, the paranormal and pretty much anything that involved hours of research. Sazan had lost a part of herself ever since the destruction of her home. It was a part she'd never get back and a part she missed the most.

“I'm sure you can always volunteer. What all have you worked on in the past?”

"What have I worked on in the past? Well...I suppose I've helped my father with his work as well as being an explorer I suppose. My father runs the Qubbler you know? It's this newspaper that's not like the Daily Prophet, we try to tell people about all sorts of things that they don't know. Like that Sirius Black was Stubby Boardman, and about fantastical creatures that no one has ever seen yet, but I'm sure if enough people looked for it then they would definitely be found," Luna said enthusiastically. "The Quibbler was also the only newspaper that was willing to report on Voldemort's return since the Daily Prophet refused to do it because of Fudge," she added dreamily.

Sazan recalled those events in the books she read making sure to keep her masked expression on as to not give Luna any indication that she was familiar with her past. They finally arrived to the front entrance of the HQ where armed guards were stationed. Recognizing Sazan they allowed her through entering the lobby inside and making way to the front desk.

"Can I help you?" asked the woman behind the desk.

"I'm here to request an audience with Mr. Kain about a relationship between our nations."

"Head on down straight to the elevators."

"Thank you."

Sazan resumed leading Luna down the lobby while asking, "Have you ever been in an elevator before?"

"Have you ever been in an elevator before?"

Now although Luna might be a pure-blood wizard, it did not meant that she was unfamiliar with what an elevator was, she had ridden one once with her father when they were on the hunt for one of the more elusive creatues. One that hid within the Muggle world, of course she had been excited about it as did her father, which drew strange glances from the Muggles who looked at them strangely. "I have once, with my father when we were at this place Muggles call a 'mall' to hunt one of our more elusive creatures, it was a fun experience, I didn't know Muggles had that kind of technology," Luna said dreamily.

"That's good to hear. You're about to ride another one."

Sazan stopped at the front of the elevator and clicked on the down button on the outside panel. She waited and watched the lights up above show that it was going down to the ground floor before the doors slid open. A couple of soldiers came out and nodded in Sazan's direction as she passed them. Waiting for Luna to enter the elevator before pressing the top floor button on the inside panel, watching the doors slide close again as they jolted up to the top floor where Kain's office was located.

Being on one before Luna knew what to expect, however as always she was fascinated by how Muggles have created things that were the same as magic. She sometimes dreamed of seeing all the inventions that the Muggles had created and how similar they are to magic, she smiled at that thought, as she looked at the numbers slowly increasing, "This feels nice...it's almost like flying on broomsticks," Luna commented, "where does this elevator lead to?" she asked Sazan.

[Ayen]

“Every floor in the building. We're currently heading to the top floor where Mr. Kain office is. He's the leader of this place.”

She finished just in time for the elevator to stop and the doors to slid open revealing the entrance to Kain's office. It was guarded by two soldiers who already knew Sazan was coming and gave her easy access into the office, opening the door and stepping inside with Luna as she looked over to Kain from behind his desk.

“It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Mr. Kain.”

((FYI: Kain is played by Aminee Starlight who should reply as soon as she can.))

"Sazan."

He took a moment to observe the woman and the child to accompany her, recognizing the robes from what Zora wore only slightly different as she wore a blue and silver tie instead of a green and silver one, and the symbol was different.

"Why have you come here?"

"Sazan. Why have you come here?"

“I'm here on behalf of Hallowton in the hopes that our nations can establish a relationship with each other. As you no doubt know we both have a common enemy in the form of the Vulture and it was the Queen who sent you aid during the Netherrealm's invasion. We also hope that in time we'll trust one another enough to study the tower together and one day learn its secrets. And on that note this is Luna Lovegood. She would like to stay in your fair city for a while and assist with the study of the tower if you would allow it.”

Luna walked alongside Sazan as they reached the top floor, they went inside to see that it was guarded by soldiers. This man must really important if he was being guarded by soldiers, it made Luna a little nervous as to how things will work out. However she mustered her courage and followed Sazan inside where a man awaited them, he had a scar over one of eye and whit slicked back hair, Luna knew that this man was not someone she should joke around with. She straightened her robes and tried to act like she wasn't nervous as Sazan began to explain what she was doing here. When Luna was introduced she stepped forward, "Good afternoon Mr Kain, my name is Luna Lovegood, it is a pleasure to meet you," she said politely.

[Aminee Starlight]

"What do you want, then? Supplies? I doubt Hallowton has much to offer us."

Kain's eyes then went over to the blonde as she greeted him.

"You're from Hogwarts aren't you?"
