Across the Ocean

[Ayen]

Ayen caught the look Yuna gave him and heard the growl by the girl on the floor and then said nothing more as the two continued their exchange.

"Are you here by yourself, MJ?"

"Yes."

Ayen tried seeing if he could find anything out himself from MJ's thoughts but the only thoughts swimming at the forefronts of her mind was her infatuation of Hotaru, Yuna and her inner hatred of him for standing in her way of claiming Yuna as her own. Ayen turned his eyes back on Yuna.

“Don't you think you're avoiding the obvious question?”

Then turned his head back to face MJ.

“What are you?”

[Yuna]

Yuna looked over to Ayen when he asked his question, not sure she understood until he finally turned to ask MJ what she was. Now that she thought about it the woman had behaved rather strangely, but Yuna had no reason to believe she was anything other than human until now. Believing that MJ was unlikely to answer anything Ayen asked her Yuna decided to back him up.

"Answer him."

[Hotaru]

The Soldier of Silence may start liking this girl if she was going to growl every time Ayen addressed her. She heard the question the blonde asked and for once they were on the same page as Yuna backed up the question and the Senshi waited to see MJ's response.

[MJ]

"I'm a werewolf," MJ answered simply, looking between the three to observe their reactions. "And in case you're wondering..." MJ looked up at Ayen. "Yes. Yes to everything you're thinking about."

MJ smiled and made it crystal clear to Ayen that she had planned to bite Yuna and strip her of that oppressing human skin and watch her turn into a beautiful predator so together they could roam freely, looking at Yuna now as she was still entertaining the idea in her mind.

[Ayen]

"Answer him."

"I'm a werewolf."

“A werewolf?”

"And in case you're wondering... Yes. Yes to everything you're thinking about."

Ayen's eyes narrowed over MJ, seeing the thoughts that was now surfacing in MJ's mind and becoming enraged by them. He lifted up his hand and charged a powerful blast of electricity strong enough to kill in the palm of his hand ready to release it on the werewolf.

[Yuna]

"Ayen, no!"

Yuna threw herself in front of MJ and held out both her arms wide to shield MJ from Ayen's attack. This probably wasn't the best idea around but there was little time to use her staff and Yuna had faith that no matter how angry Ayen was he'd never strike her and if that wasn't the case they'd find out shortly that he wasn't someone they needed to have around.

[Hotaru]

While Yuna blocked Ayen's shot, Hotaru grabbed MJ lifting her up off the floor and positioned behind her, lifting up the Silence Glaive and holding it out ready to produce an invisible barrier to protect from Ayen's attack just in case he didn't stop on the sight of Yuna.

[MJ]

MJ smiled at the reaction she got out of Ayen, ready to pounce from her position on the floor and defend herself from another attack but before she could finish it Yuna got in her way and Hotaru pulled her away from them both. MJ only growled at all three of them. She didn't need protecting and especially not from a fool who liked to shock people.

[Ayen]

"Ayen, no!"

Ayen stopped his hand and dispersed the electricity about to come out of it before lowering his arm and taking a step back, away from the group.

“I'm fine. Just lost my cool there for a second.”

[Yuna]

Yuna was relieved Ayen lowered his arms and backed away. She turned around and looked back at MJ who was being shielded by Hotaru and the High Summoner could tell by the look on MJ's face that she didn't like being protected. At least she had the option of not liking it, Ayen had wanted to give her no options at all.

"It's okay. No one is going to hurt you."

[MJ]

"I don't need your protection."

Said MJ to Hotaru before pushing her over to the side and moving closer to where Ayen was standing, the only thing standing between him and her being the High Summoner. Because of that all MJ could do was growl some more at the blonde male before turning her attention back to Yuna.

"I can take care of myself."

[Ayen]

"It's okay. No one is going to hurt you."

"I don't need your protection. I can take care of myself."

“You keep telling yourself that. Well, I'd love to stay but – that's a lie and I'm sure you all know it. If anyone needs me I'll be in the lower deck. Bye.”

With that said, Ayen walked around the three girls and proceeded down to the lower deck and to their rooms to get some much needed sleep.

[Yuna]

"I never said you couldn't. I was only-"

Yuna was cut off by Ayen, who decided to take his leave and return to the lower deck. The High Summoner wasn't going to dispute that, now that he was gone perhaps tensions can calm down and Yuna could get some answers from this girl.

"If it's not too much trouble... I would like very much to speak with you some more."

[MJ]

MJ watched Ayen leave through narrowed eyes good riddance she thought, glad to see the man finally go after the confrontation. Her eyes returned to their normal shape and looked back at the High Summoner who still wanted to salvage whatever she could from this discussion, though the werewolf honestly didn't know why. She half expected to be told off by the girl now after making her lust for her body clear only a few moments ago.

"About what?"

[Yuna]

"Whatever you feel comfortable with."

Yuna offered MJ a warm and kind smile to show her that there were no hard feelings between them and that the High Summoner only wanted to talk. Something that was going to go a whole lot smoother now that Ayen was no longer present on the upper deck.

"Where are you from?"
