Going down West, Sincara and Zora would come across remnants of the darkness that was created by Veran when he served his judgment to the damned rebuilt city of Aircano. One could only wonder what the Arashi would do in retaliation for rebuilding two cities that were lost but Sincara was tired being at the whim of gods. Especially an indecisive god who can't make up his mind what his will is. The whispers of spirits surrounded the area and Sincara felt goosebumps go up and down the back of her neck as she continued for the source of the disturbance.
"Do you feel that?"
Sincara asked, looking at Zora now.
"Left overs of the First Aspect; the Arashi known as the Lord of Terror. Keep your guard up, nothing but death awaits."

"Do you feel that?"
Zora jumped, the wand in her hand unsteady as her entire hand and arm shook. Terror ever present in her eyes and on the rest of her facial features as she kept turning around to make sure nothing sneak up behind her or attack her from the front. Needless to say the young witch has transformed into a nervous wreck the closer they reached the source of the disturbance.
"Left overs of the First Aspect; the Arashi known as the Lord of Terror. Keep your guard up, nothing but death awaits."
“I-I'm not afraid! Bring them on!”
Sincara would find Zora right behind her, shaking in her boots as she spoke.

Despite her words saying otherwise Sincara knew Zora feared what was to come and while she didn't know, that was a good thing.
"I see you have enough sense to know when to be afraid."
Moans soon reached their ears as up ahead came the legions of undead. Men and women who were once citizens of Crystal City, now twisted and horribly disfigured thanks to Veran. Craving only their flesh.
"Now let see which action you choose."
Sincara held up the Six Shooter and began blowing back the undead, picking them off one by one as there was no hope to save them now. All Zora and Sincara could do were give them a quick and easy death.

"I see you have enough sense to know when to be afraid."
“I'm not afraid!”
"Now let see which action you choose."
“What?”
Zora saw the zombies coming for them and held up her wand shouting, “Everte Statum!” She knocked back several zombies with this spell, making them ripe for the picking of Sincara's muggle weapon.

"Yes you are."
Zora knocked them into the air and Sincara blew them apart as if they were bottles being catapulted into the air by the witch.
"You're terrified."
Another .356 magnum charged by black magic exploded into another zombie shot into the air, and crimson rained down soon after once there were nothing remaining of the body.
"You're just too proud to admit it."

"Yes you are."
“No I'm not!”
Zora began blasting back the zombies harder this time, the allegations being made by Sincara riling her up and thus she took it out on the only targets she could. The undead.
"You're terrified."
“Shut up!”
The spells coming out of Zora's wand was no longer Everte Statum, the energy shooting out of the wand was causing the zombies to explode in a single hit instead of simply knocking them backward.
"You're just too proud to admit it."
“You think I'd be standing here blasting zombies if I was afraid!?”

"Why didn't you use that spell first?"
Sincara asked, noting Zora change from knocking the zombies back to blowing them up all together. Of course the child's hunch was that it came from being pushed, both by fear and her own words that angered the witch prompting her to cast a more stronger and effective spell.
"Or can you only do it while mad?"
More blood would stain the streets of Kari as Sincara blasted off the head of an undead that decided to get too close. A loud moan would be the last thing heard of the creature before its head rolled about the ground and the headless body collapsed by their feet.

"Why didn't you use that spell first?"
“Why do you ask so many questions?”
"Or can you only do it while mad?"
“Watch it, muggle. Or else it'll be your head rolling on the ground next.”

Sincara aimed the Six Shooter a few feet away from Zora's head and fired a single shot towards a zombie that was sneaking up on the witch's position while she was busy yelling at Sincara. His head blew up and blood would land on the witch as another one bit the dust.
"Never turn your back."

"Never turn your back."
Zora was froze in her spot, covered in blood thanks to that last stupid zombie as Sincara continued to lecture her. Seeing that that was the last of them, in this area at least, the young witch took several steps forward gathering a reasonable amount of distance from between them before turning back around with her wand at the ready.
“All right that does it! Neither one of us is going any further here until we settle this. Ready? I don't want you making excuses when I beat you. Expelliarmus!”

Sincara pulled the trigger, sending the spell straight back at Zora.

The red jets of light bounced back and hit the witch dead on causing her to be launched through the air and crash right into the cold dirt-covered ground as she lied there; defeated. The match had lasted less than a minute and already she laid against the ground in defeat, her pride torn to pieces as Sincara had put her in her place and the witch was too ashamed to even pull her face off of the ground and look her opponent in the eye.

"I win."
Sincara lowered the Six Shooter and walked right on by Zora, moving out to find the rest of the disturbances throughout the western part of the city before stopping a moment to look back at the witch.
"Come on! We haven't got all day."

"I win."
Zora could only growl in the ground at Sincara's declaration of victory.
"Come on! We haven't got all day."
“You are not the boss of me!”
Zora got up to her knees and then pulled herself up to her feet.
“You may have beaten me, humiliated me, but I will NOT let you tell me what to do!”

"Used to leading?"
Sincara asked after stopping in her tracks to turn her head back in the witch's direction.
"Save your protesting, I'm not giving orders, I'm telling you to hurry up so we can continue our sweep of the area."
