"A ritual we named the Final Summoning was rigged to where Sin would be resurrected each time." Yuna wouldn't go into much detail right now otherwise they'd be up all night listening to her story. It was a long one and a lot of ground had to be cover to fully understand. Especially if you didn't come from Spira and was unfamiliar with the terms. Like Tidus. "I don't condone Saturn's actions either but maybe if you were nicer to her she would have no reason to be rude to you."
Yuna then looked over to Lori in surprise. She said it, she actually went and said it without even realizing how inappropriate it was. For an evolved species of humans they sure were naive.

Saturn looked between Ayen and Lori, gobsmacked in her own little way at how forward the girl was being about wanting to bed the boy. Why she would want to bed him was beyond her but whether they had sex or not was hardly the Soldier of Silence's business or concern. Unless they were actually stupid enough to try it while they all shared a single room...
Given recent events Saturn wouldn't put it pass them.

"The Final Summoning is a ritual where a summoner on their pilgrimage sacrifices someone they love to summon a creature powerful enough to defeat Sin. It was revealed that that same creature would be reborn as the next Sin." Yuna could sacrifice herself to save her people without a moment's hesitation but she could never ask that from another and she was glad that she didn't otherwise the cycle would have continued and Spira would have never known a life without Sin. Yuna frowned at Ayen's stubbornness before finishing her meal and standing up from the table. "If you'll excuse me I am very tired." Yuna walked over to one of the beds and laid down, leaving Ayen and Lori to their discussion.

Saturn had nothing else to say, having finished her meal she stood up shortly after Yuna and headed for the bathroom to wash up.
"I'm calling it a night as well, don't wake me up."
That would be their only warning before entering the bathroom and freshening up. Taking the bed next to Yuna and going to sleep afterwards.

Ayen was surprised, he knew the people of Hallowton was highly evolved but he never would have guessed they could be so blunt.

"Why would you want to put an activity in front of it?" asked Lori, tilting her head as she looked at Ayen. Not understanding why he didn't want to have sex with her if he was already sexually attracted to her.

"I'm curious as to both the physical aspect as well as the bond that forms after people sleep with each other. I was hoping to experience it first hand." Lori started to lean in towards Ayen for a kiss to see if that would spark his interest.

Before Ayen could say anything in reply he noticed the girl leaning in for a kiss. Despite his confusion and personal belief that you didn't just jump into sex out of the blue, he was still a teenage boy. He allowed the kiss to happen unchallenged and began kissing back while brushing a hand through her long brown hair. |

There was a spark all right, a literal one. The kiss came to an abrupt end when a small jolt of electricity formed between their lips and forced her back, making the hairs on her head stand up. Lori's eyes widened and she covered her mouth barely able to contain the excitement she got from the sudden jump. "Wow!" Was all she could manage to say as she brought her hands to his cheeks and went in for another kiss.

Ayen groaned at the sudden spark that separated them.
“I'm sorry it–”
Before he could even explain himself Lori was already lip locked with him again this time both of her hands running against his skin as he swore he felt some tongue in there but just as things were starting to heat up Ayen broke the kiss and pulled himself away. Keeping his hands pressed against Lori to hold her back from sneaking in a third kiss.
“Lori, I-I can't. I'm flattered and all but I just can't.” |

Lori smiled into the kiss and found herself wanting more of Ayen the longer the kiss was on. She started moving to his lap and to wrap her arms around his neck before he pushed her away after breaking the kiss, catching her off guard. Lori, I-I can't. I'm flattered and all but I just can't. It took a moment for Lori to understand where he was coming from but then she looked over to Yuna and Saturn in bed and naturally, "You're right. It's rude to do this with people sleeping nearby. I'll go down front and get us a private room." got the wrong idea.
