Night. Beautiful night. It was all Isafaro knew and all it was destined to know. The massive and tall buildings served as the only lights in the otherwise pitch black city-state, an appropriate look for a city that bred corruption through the name of Vulture. A mad man who did whatever he wanted to the unsuspecting citizens that had no choice but to live in this place. But on this night the citizens of Isafaro would look upon the face of true madness. A darkness unlike anything they have ever seen before as the lights in Downtown Isafaro went out abruptly. Bringing the section of the city into the abyss the whole city was just inches away from.
Isafaro tech was quick at work to repair the damage that has been done to the power but every time they've managed to get close to the source of the problem, something else happened to further delay their repairs. As if a supernatural force was preventing them from fixing the issue. But still they insisted none the less, getting nowhere fast. Meanwhile screams could be heard from one of the many apartment buildings in the Downtown area, followed by a loud gunshot from a large caliber gun. The .454 Casull was still red hot from the last shot it unloaded as blood were splattered on the walls and floors of the apartment building hallway. And there he stood at his full height of 6'2, the Crimson Enigma, putting on a show to make his presence known. He walked over the bodies of the innocent civilians he had slain without so much as a second thought, coming to a stop at the end of the hallway and turning around, a smile on his face, just waiting for the first challenger to approach after being drawn in through the sound of heavy gunfire.
And so he waited.

A stealth vehicle would pull up in front of the source of the gunshot with Kragen and Garrus inside. Stepping out of the vehicle with his HK in hand, Kragen looked back over to the turian and nodded his head before being the first one to enter the building knowing that Garrus would not be far behind. They slowly moved through the levels of the apartment, not letting even the smallest of details slip them by unnoticed as the smell of death reached their nostrils. The ex-soldier signalled for Garrus to the take the right side of the next hallway as he stood near the left. Pressed up against a wall he turned the corner to see Alucard standing at the end of the hall, as if he has been waiting for them all along but that was impossible. Noting the gun in his possession, Kragen took further precautions while holding up the HK at the chest of the man in red. "Drop the weapon. Identify yourself."

The upside to this blackout was that the stealth vehicle practically was invisible now in all this darkness. They knew that this wasn't a move made by the resistance and that it would take quite some doing to power down a whole section of the city before it was reactivated in just a couple of seconds. It pegged the question exactly who was behind this blackout as the duo for the night was lured by a loud gunshot towards a nearby apartment. The two didn't have to think twice about it as they drove down by the source and the archangel drew his M-15 Vindicator, prepared for anything. Reaching the middle levels of the apartment, Garrus moved to the right of the hallway they were now in, slowly moving forward as the lights on his weapon guided him through the pitch blackness that now made up the entire sector. Spotting the man in red alongside the ex-soldier and making sure the M-15 was on him, ready to squeezed the trigger should the man not comply, and he was definitely used to people not complying in the units he served with. There was something very strange about this man, straight down to his choice of wardrobe, weapon and the carnage that laid waste directly in front of him. Something wasn't right about this but the archangel wouldn't let it show on his face. Garrus Vakarian Kick it over here, slowly.

Through the yellow sunglasses on his face, the red eyes of the Crimson Enigma stared down the two that had finally appeared to investigate the genocide beginning to stink up Downtown Isafaro. A man in a gas mask and an alien clearly out of this world. He had expected this place to be flooded with Isafaro soldiers or even police but instead he got two men who had no noticeable affiliation with the Crimson Vulture. He wondered how rewarding these two would be. Hearing their commands Alucard smile only grew in size as he began to walk slowly towards them.
"Or you'll what? Shoot me with your itty, bitty, little guns?"
Alucard mocked, showing no fear towards neither the double action semi-auto nor the unfamiliar weapon of alien design compared to his world. He was more than confident that the .454 Casull would be enough to take both men down, cost them an arm or a leg, blow off their heads and further paint the apartment in blood. They were simply an insect to be stepped on by his heels. Nothing more. Advancing on them still, he raised the .454, ready to fire.

The man in red refused to heed their warning and advanced on them with an unknown weapon. With no other alternative Kragen chose to defend himself and began squeezing the trigger, firing off shot after shot of .45ACP into the man's body with every step he took long before he had the chance to raise his weapon on them. One bullet shooting the silver weapon out of his hand while he continued to fire shots at the target.

Garrus Vakarian Don't move! He didn't listen. No one ever wanted to listen anymore. Kragen began unloading shots into the man and Garrus would soon follow suit, unloading a five round burst into the man's chest which would prove to be deadly at this range and with the hallway as narrow as it is it made a gunfight extremely dangerous for whoever didn't fire first. And they fired first.

The .45ACP sunk into his torso, the Casull being shot from his hands and hitting the ground beside him before the five shot burst hit him right in the heart, knocking him back through the air as blood spilled out to join with the others. Smile never fading. His corpse now lied on its back on the hallway floor in front of Kragen and Garrus, that sick smile still upon his pale features as if laughing at them from beyond the grave.
Then he really did laugh.
That laughter filled the halls of the apartment and soon consumed the whole building and the outside of it as the blood on the walls began to move of their own accord, going into the corpse laying on the ground as his body rose back up with his feet firmly planted on the ground, the .454 Casull returning to his hand by an act of sheer will as the grin on his face now threatened to tear his very skin apart. Through impossible means the Crimson Enigma, Alucard, stood before them a brand new man, possessing none of the wounds previously inflicted on his body as they all closed up just seconds after all the blood returned to the body.
"You insult me. Your ammonium isn't even blessed. You have no idea what you're up against."
The barrel of the Casull was now aimed upon the two men, resting against the forearm of Alucard as he lined up his shot.
"Allow me to fill you in."
The hallway was soon flooded with custom-made explosive .454 rounds all aimed for the human and alien, packed with enough power to blow very large holes into their targets, if not blow them up altogether. The weapon was neither made for nor to be used against humans, but today the weapon has surpassed its original use at the command of its wielder, who wished the two men standing before him dead.

Garrus was correct to his own dismay, there was something off about this man and it reared its ugly head when he recovered from shots that would have killed any other man. The turian was quick to push Kragen to the ground when the high-caliber gun went off, his shields taking the worst of the explosive round that hit powering down the shields as Garrus rolled onto his knees and held up the M-15 to Alucard while talking to Kragen. Garrus Vakarian Get out of here and call for backup. I'll hold him off. Turning the weapon on rapid fire Garrus began to unleash a fury of burst shots towards the mad-man, using his shoulders to break down nearby doors so he would have a means to avoid the high-caliber pistol in the man's possession while moving up and down the hall, keeping no less than a twenty foot distance between himself and Alucard at all times.

Kragen was tackled to the ground and avoided the bullets before he could even react to what was going on. Upon hearing Garrus, Kragen nodded and fled the hallway backwards with the HK still aimed at Alucard should he need to fire. After retreating down to the floor below Kragen pulled out his radio and contacted HQ. "Kragen calling HQ, unidentified man with abnormal power at Downtown Isafaro in apartment building 20.4468. Assistance required."

"Calling for the cavalry already?"
Alucard stood before Garrus Vakarian a broken and bloodied mess but immediately regenerated from the damage inflicted upon him by the rapid fire as his Casull appeared to be gone, both hands unarmed and out stretched almost touching the walls on either side of the hallway as his glasses and hat vanished from sight before his body disappeared entirely.
"I'm just getting warmed up!"
The turian would hear footsteps above him before the Casull was fired off again, .454 after .454 blasting through the floor above Garrus and raining down atop his head in a fiery frenzy that threatened to blow up his very skull. The cavalry couldn't arrive any sooner.

Garrus rolled into one of the apartments he opened up and raised his weapon upward where Alucard was. It was difficult to calculate his exact position above him but through following the sound of his footsteps he was able to unload more shots with his M-15 at the man's feet while never staying in the same spot at once. With the radio attached to his wrist Garrus kept in radio contact with Kragen at all times. Garrus Vakarian He's above us. It appears he has the ability to transport as well, how far is uncertain. Stay on your guard. Reloading the M-15 Garrus headed out of the apartment and down the hall to rondevu with Kragen but never lowered his M-15 should Alucard attempt to rain down high-caliber bullets towards him again.

Another stealth vehicle parked outside of the apartment complex, on the opposite side of where Kragen and Garrus had parked. Stepping out of the vehicle wearing night vision goggles, Imai looked up and down the building trying to get a quick feel for the place and seeing what she could see from the outside. So far she could see nothing and there was no indication of a battle going on other than the sounds of gunshots between what sounded like a high-caliber pistol and Garrus' M-15 going off. Not good. If Vulture soldiers were lured here by the sound they could all be in serious trouble.
“HQ to Kragen, what's your status? What's going on in there?”
Imai held the radio in her right hand and looked back up to the complex, already thinking of what to do once she got inside. Just what “abnormal” power were they dealing with here? Was this thing another bioweapon created by Isafaro scientists or something much, much worse?

"Affirmative," replied Kragen to Garrus as he switched from the HK45 to the HKG3 rifle deciding he would need something bigger. Slowly turning around the corner he was in into the level below Garrus, Kragen kept a watchful eye over his surroundings knowing how deadly simply the walls around you can be if you weren't careful but then the sound of Imai through the radio alerted his attention as he took cover in an apartment in order to speak to her. "The target is three floors down from the top of the complex. Firing at Garrus on the floor above him." Kragen knelt down and picked up one of the stray bullets from the .454 that made it down to his level, seeing the large hole that made it. "Bullets are custom made. Silver."

Kragen was correct but Alucard had moved to the rooftop of the apartment, hat and sunglasses still gone as his crimson eyes looked down to the woman off to the opposite side of where his current adversaries arrived. A look of disappointment quickly passed through his features before returning to their usual cold expression. He was expecting so much more but all he received for his efforts were the bare minimum. Were there no one in Isafaro worthy of hearing his weapons song? Meanwhile as Alucard continued to watch the woman Garrus would run into an indestructible wall blocking his path to Kragen and trapping him in the hallway he was in.
The wall matched the design of the apartment but was made through Alucard's power, which was causing the whole apartment to take shape and change to his whim. Garrus would see the doorways to the apartments on his floor seal up, becoming nothing but solid, indestructible concrete. And then, these walls started to close in on the turian. Threatening to crush him. Alucard faded away from the rooftop and reappeared on the hood of the stealth vehicle Imai drove up in, looking down upon her small, fragile human body.
"Is this it? I was expecting armed vehicles, choppers and soldiers storming the building from every side leaving me with little chance of escape. Instead all I get for my trouble is a little girl?"
Disregarding the disappointment for a moment, Alucard flashed a grin when he finally gave the woman a real look over.
"At the very least you'll make a fine snack... Are you a virgin?"

Imai turned around at the sound of Alucard's voice, looking up into the sick, twisted expression of his pale facial features as he asked the strangest and most unexpected of questions. Whoever this man was he was some kind of lunatic. Narrowing her eyes over the man in disgust the leader of the resistance spoke.
“So sorry to disappoint you.”
Suddenly a powerful energy field colored in a blue hue erupted directly in front of Alucard throwing him off of the stealth vehicle and hurling through the air while inflicting massive damage to his body.
