During my study hall in school today, I was in the back of my art room looking up some information when I noticed that the person next to me was researching tarot card decks as inspiration for an art project she was doing. Suddenly interested, I browsed around and found plenty on interesting Tarot Card Decks running all about the internet. My creativity sparked, I have thus decided, over the course of the next few months, to slowly work on a Tarot Card Deck that features characters from Dead on Arrival. Why? Because I'm a hopeless nerd like that.
But before I can begin, I need to have an actual list of the characters that I would be featuring on each of the cards. So here is a list of the different Major Tarot Cards... and I need people to volunteer characters (whether it be their own or somebody else's) that I would feature on said card. Note the names below aren't what I have set in stone, they're just ideas.
[/b] Clash The Magician: Dorian The High Priestess: Miracle The Empress:: Luca Valentine The Emperor: General Vulture The Hierophant:The Lovers:The Chariot: Celty Sturluson Strength: Superwoman The Hermit: Tajina Wheel of Fortune:Justice: Maricul The Hanged Man:Death: Veran Temperance: The Devil: Lord Beelzebub The Tower: The Downward Spiral The Star: Amoura, Animnee The Sun: Aper The Moon:Judgment:The World: Genesis[/ul] So, suggestions, anyone?[/size]

Lord Beelzebub for the Devil and Aper for the Sun since that what he literally is now. A second sun. Dorian would work for the Magician.

Justice: Maricul, especially in light of what's been revealed about the character. Her whole trial to find the Shroud and give Amoura the chance to finally fight the Arashi. Everything Maricul has done was in the name of humanity's right in being given a choice outside of the divine plans of Yahweh and the Creator.
The Star: Amoura. Stars have always been seen as signs of prophecy or guidance. It embodies her character perfectly in light of being the herald of the Arashi prophecy, and linked to Genesis' cruel fate since her first encounter with Veran.

Yay~ And for those who don't know (cause I didn't know this until about three seconds ago myself,) A hierophant is a person who brings religious congregants into the presence of that which is deemed holy. In the deck, it is sometimes called "The Pope."

Not that he's yet much of a significant character here, but I like the idea of Kazuo as The Moon. Some aspects of The Moon are... "Lack of clarity, tension, psychological conflict, deception, confusion, anxiety, obscured vision, fear, doubt..." His mind is a world of psychological conflict and lack of clarity, lol. He and his behavior as a whole is very confusing and doubtful; his distrustful nature keeps him in an almost constant state of anxiety despite his often relaxed demeanor. The imagery in The Moon suggests an unsure if not somewhat ill-fated future - Kazuo's future he rarely ever puts mind to, perhaps to avoid thinking about the likelihood of its being ill-fated. The wolf, dog, and crayfish represent animal instinct, carnal cravings that repeatedly crawl to the surface only to be put down. Story of his life. xD

Seeing as how Aper is the Sun and both are always seen as opposing ends of the same coin (which both characters are as well) it would be fitting of the third Arashi to be considered such. The only issue is, you know, she isn't even in play yet *facepalm* Edit: OMG how did I not even think of this!? The Lovers: Sazan & Michael. The only characters to get married on the forum, not only that, but their Marriage represented a turning point for DOA as a whole - the Aircano denizens beginning to doubt Miracle's judgement, the union of two demons on holy soil, the re-emergeance of the Arashi and the descent of Veran's nightmarish powers upon the Crystal Expanse. Their union is by far the most fated of the whole, and the most significant.

Well, goal; to put her in play before vacation.
Amoura is due to kick some Arashi ass, and the hysteria surrounding the End is at it's peak currently. Best use this to effect.
