From what I understand it Aper's power is supposed to be unlimited correct?
This is the problem I have with things like this, if there's no limit to what he can do then what stopped him from just restoring the balance in the universe when he woke up? I understand what the ooc reason would be (lack of fun) but I'm not seeing the in-game reason.

Aper's power is based around destruction and with that he never runs out of juice. I imagine if the universe wasn't just one big infinite loop he would eventually destroy it. I absolutely love this chapter and how well it syncs up. Everyone is great in this but of course the characters that mostly stick out to me are Aper, Miracle and Maricul. Miracle especially. Her bible verses are perfectly chosen and there are times I forget that the girl is only 12 years old. ;D

I find it amazing that three months down the road there are still people, new people mind you, that are talking about this. It really gives you a warm tingly feeling.

Nice to see some innovative thinking on behalf of our city's defender in the fight. e.g Amoura's third eye, Maricul redirecting the arashi's energy back on him and Solomon's using the destruction to create a new escape route for the survivors. A part I really enjoyed was when the city was finally destroyed and the only thing left standing was the altar and how it aspired Miracle to stand back up and stare down Aper. I could really picture that in my mind while reading so it enhanced the moment for me.
Only thing I felt slowed down the pacing was the part where Amoura was explaining the blood to Dante. I was just thinking "fuck Dante and just throw the blood in his face!" I don't know maybe I'm just being nitpicky at this point but it felt out of place to me.

Amoura misread a part of Dante's post while replying but I think she did a good job in editing it to where it doesn't slow down the thread too much.

Going into this I expected the humans to be treated as underdogs as they normally are in any supernatural related forum, but that's really not the case here. Miracle is able to match Aper move for move and Solomon, mad props to Solomon, the guy just rushes this thing fearlessly and lives to tell about it. The badass intensity increases with the less power you wield IMO.
If possible I would really love to see the English translation to Aper's Latin dialog as I'm not well versed in Latin and I don't put much salt in online translators as most of the time they just mess up the original translation.

Move for move All I saw was a group of people throwing everything they had only to get knock back twice the amount until they had no other choice but to RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!

Which is why I can feel underwhelmed a lot of times The thread was pretty damn huge, and an interesting start. Now everyone suffer the way I do: Read all of Aper's lines in a Dudley Do-Right voice.

That's one way to look at it I suppose but I saw some triumph between the lines. Miracle for instance, she was fighting Aper through her spirituality, using her mouth as a sword and I don't know about you but being able to stand up after your city is destroyed, and gravity is literally holding you down to the ground is a victory in my eyes.

This thread may interest you as I managed to translate some of Aper's line through Google Translator which to my knowledge is heads over heels better than a lot of online translators out there.

I could bring some corrections to that translation, Ayen. You did a really good job translating it though; it's very close to what I had in mind when I wrote the verses. In Beelzebub's thread, the Arashi's origins are explored a little further - he explains how the triumverate of them are basically the creator's equals in their own right. That said, they are basically the anti-thesis of creation itself. Veran, the first Aspect, was the herald of the Arashi, announciating the fragile state of the different realms before leaving it's emissary (Amoura) with the Nightmare; a conduit of its own power and constant reminder of the steps that had to be taken in order to prevent the realm's undoing. After the universe eventually lost its balance and the realms began to merge, Aper awakened in the original world (Genesis) by coming in contact with the conduit and went on a path of destruction for its mission as any element not belonging to Genesis would have to be eradicated before they could further damage it. Aper would first go to Aircano to kill all refugees and then pursue to the Downward Spiral to destroy it, and cut off all possibilities of merging within Genesis. At the battle of Aircano however, Maricul opened countless rifts, threatening to single-handedly destroy Genesis herself. Aper thus had no choice but to relinquish his physical body to let loose the entirety of his power. The effect was an explosion that covered half of the crystal expanse and created a second sun - it was only stopped upon reaching all the rifts and pouring itself through them, essentially sealing them shut and preventing thousands upon thousands of universes to merge into Genesis. Aper killed trillions of beings across different dimensions to save the original realm, but his mission remained incomplete as the Downward Spiral still gave access to a multitude of universes. Ergo, after the first gave his warning and conditions were not met Aper was sent to rectify the wrongs of creation and now that he has failed comes in the final Arashi; The End.

I could bring some corrections to that translation, Ayen. You did a really good job translating it though; it's very close to what I had in mind when I wrote the verses. That and I had a feeling you didn't just randomly have him say, "The!" before cutting off to an entirely different sentence.
