Hallowton is a Victorian-style settlement across the land from Isafaro and near the Crystal Expanse. Despite the Victorian lifestyle they live, the natives of Hallowton are greatly evolved to where they have surpassed human’s violent nature, containing an evolved sense of understanding. As a people they favor intelligence over brawn and greatly frowns upon acts of violence from outsiders.
