Special Abilities: As a player of SBURB, Dave has climbed his entire echeladder and achieved God Tier, making him very powerful. He's got some sick skills with a sword - or, most of the time, half a sword - and can hold his own in a battle, but his real powers come from his aspect (as a Knight of TIME) and from his God Tier ascension.
To start, as a Knight of Time, Dave is capable of utilizing time to "Defend" others, or defend time itself. He does this by time-hopping, going back and forth through the timeline, helping his friends and stopping badguys and generally being a cool guy. It was once mentioned that Dave has an entire three days length in a single day, and it's no exaggeration. He can utilize time in other ways too, such as returning his broken swords to a point in time when they weren't broken (loopholes, man). It's unknown if he can do this, but Aradia Megido (another God Tier, Time-Aspect player) was capable of using time to temporarily freeze Jack Noir in place for a few minutes. It is possible that Dave has a similar power now that he is God Tier, but it is not confirmed. He uses a pair of TIMETABLES to travel back and forth through time.
(To make things fit the RP snuggly and to avoid accusations of god-modding, unless it's allowed, I'll tone down Dave's time powers a bit. He has the ability to stop *Freeze* people in time for a short duration of time, much like the "Stop" spell, but does not have as much time-traveling freedom as he did before. He will be able to create alternate timelines, but he CANNOT affect the main timeline at all, which means he can glimpse past or future failures but cannot actually stop them from happening if they are meant to happen in the current timeline, nor can he travel there to aide at all. An alternate timeline would be defined by a truly dead non-alpha Dave.)
God Tier does have it's perks, though. Perks that aren't super comfy pajamas even though that is one of the perks. For example, Dave cannot die. Well, he cannot be killed - at least, not in specific ways. The only way a God Tier player can stay dead is if they are killed in a JUST or HEROIC way, otherwise they come back to life moments after being killed. He can also fly, and his Time Powers are amplified.
Dave's inventory is a Sylladex, and not only that, but it is a DECIDEDLY INCONVENIENT Fetch Modus. A Hash Map Modus forces numeric values onto the names of items in his inventory with each letter, with consonants equaling 2, and vowels equaling 1. The sum is divided by the number of cards, and the remainder becomes the index. For example, a BOX (B=2 + O=1 + X=2) = 5 % 10 = 5, and would be placed in the 5 card. There are ten cards, ranging from 0 to 9. If an item is already in his modus under the 5 card, then that item is ejected forcefully from the modus, flying off in one direction. He can also contain things inside of the same card if they can match together and equal the same value, such as a BOX (5) and FIREWORKS (5). Y can be a consonant or a vowel but only noobs use that "cheap trick", which Dave has used at least once. Because of this, he has to come up with new names for mundane items if the card they would normally go in is full. The sylladex also tends to react to certain words Dave says, if their numeric value is the same a one of the cards.
It has a few settings, and the above example is the most basic. Dave can also swap the value of vowels/consonants, another values letters depending on their position in the alphabet, and another sets their values to the values of letters in SCRABBLE.
The weapons he has are stored in his Strife Deck, and do not go into his Fetch Modus.

A special sword that's half-broken, it doesn't seem like much. But using his time powers, Dave can return the blade to a point in time in which it wasn't broken, restoring it to it's full potential.

An even more special sword that is also half-broken. Just like with Caledscratch, Dave can revert it back to a point in time in which the blade was not broken. It is possible that the sword can amplify Dave's time powers even further.
History: Dave was created through ectobiology on a meteor in the outer ring by John Egbert. From there, he was sent through time on a meteor during the reckoning and crashed onto Earth, where he was found by Bro. Bro raised him from a baby, even giving him his own pair of sunglasses (very important). Dave looked up to Bro as if he was (and through ectobiology and paradox cloning sort of is) his father, following him in everything he did even when it was really creepy or covered him in lots of CHOICE SMUPPET ASS. Eventually he noticed his Bro's odd behaviors and hobbies and realized he probably wasn't the practical god that Dave thought him to be, with the help of John.
When the thought of playing the game first got to Dave, he didn't want to do it. Mostly because he didn't have the time - he had like, six blogs to run, not including his ongoing comic SWEET BRO and HELLA JEFF. He's a pretty important guy. But after some fumbling around, he does manage to be convinced to join the game, but a goddamn crow steals his disks. After some MORE fumbling around, he gets the disks back and kills the crow, but is challenged to a duel with his brother for no reason aside from it generally being really awesome. Dave's ass is kicked and his sword is cut in half, but Bro's puppet Lil Cal is also torn to shreds. Bro let him keep his game disk anyway and flew off on his totally rad flying skateboard. Dave connected to Rose through the game, while the fires around her threatened her home.
Jade connected to him, and he started playing the game for real. She placed the dead crow into his kernelsprite and the two messed around with some other game mechanics before making Dave's entry item, which was an EGGY-LOKING THIGN. Before he could grab it, his Crowsprite steals it and brings it up to it's nest, which is constructed out of shitty swords and soft, plush puppet rumps. He climbs all the way to the top of the telephone tower to get it before he is knocked down by the sprite, causing the meteor that threatens his home to get dangerously close. But Bro saves his pathetic ass by cutting the meteor right the fuck in half - and as it turns out, Dave only had to wait for the egg to hatch, and when it did, he was thrown into the Medium. He appeared in his land, the Land of Heat and Clockwork.
To continue on, Dave needed to prototype the Kernelsprite a second time, and decided to use Lil Cal. Since his guide was now useless and annoying, he went back in time (oh and also because John and Jade were dead but who really gives a shit??) and stopped himself from prototyping Lil Cal, instead throwing himself into the sprite instead. Using this method, Dave became his own guide to his past self, and will henceforth be known as Davesprite. Because of Davesprite, Dave got a lot of high-level gear very early on, giving them quite an edge in the game.
Dave then convinced John, who was in Rose's house (it was okay because Rose was asleep. It's not creepy.) to get the codes for her journals. He retrieved the genetic code "MEOW", and then Rose's dream self threw a yarn ball at Dave's dream self, waking him up and forcing Dave into a deep sleep. Naturally, the two had a dream dance party. While he slept, Jade built up his house and he made copies of Rose's journals. Dave then promptly lost those journals to a Dersite Agent, but considered going back in time to stop him. Turning his head, he could see the dead body of a nonlinear version of himself had already tried that... Still, he continued on to the First Gate, transporting him elsewhere on his planet.
From here, Dave starts really showing off his powers as a Knight of Time by establishing stable time loops. Each loop needed to be consistent and stable, and soon many Daves started to appear. If loops weren't stable, then offshoot timelines would be created, and they could only be stopped with the death of the dead timeline Dave. Dead Daves are bad. The Dave that followed the normal timeline is Alpha Dave, the rest are all other Daves. The other Daves in a single timeloop will or have already been the Alpha Daves before or after them, but their actions were important to continuing the game. During this time, he talked with Terezi Pyrope quite a bit, bonding with her over shitty cartoons and bad GIFs. He was unsure whether or not he could trust her until a Dave from the future appeared and gave him a thumbs up. Keep on trucking, Dave.
After a bit of adventuring, Dave obtained a broken Caledfwlch, and talked with Equius and Gamzee, unknowingly setting the clown off the hook. Shortly after, he fell asleep, looking into the furthest ring as his Dream Self and discussing a plan to destroy the green sun with Rose. Upon waking up again, he and Terezi hatched a wicked plan to exploit the LOHAC stock exchange to rake in the sweet loot. Dave became filthy rich as well as powerful. He received a Boonbond from John and used it to further his scams in the stocks, and went back in time to give himself a thumbs up to trust Terezi. During his adventures through time, he discovered Bro's body in the aftermath of a skirmish with Jack Noir, but decided he wasn't too upset about it (he was pretty upset). He tried to break Bro's sword, which was sticking out of his chest, with a horizontal kick - but ended up doing an acrobatic fucking pirouette right off the handle. He discussed things with Terezi before the Aimless Renegade contacted him, and he repeated what AR told him to Terezi, confusing her.
Shortly after John became a God Tier, Dave was prompted to kill an alternate timeline version of himself on his quest best by Terezi, but he couldn't do it. He traveled to the Land of Frost and Frogs to help Jade, becoming her server player as John could no longer help her. He used time travel to speed up the frog breeding process for Jade, until Jack showed up and killed him by transporting all of Jade's bullets into Dave's back, which was a pretty not okay thing to do. He awoke as his dream self on Derse, where he helped Rose in her plan to destroy the Green Sun. Karkat mentions that, from this point on, Dave does no more time traveling until the end of the timeline (at least, until the Scratch).
Rose tried to trick Dave into staying on Derse while she took the Tumor to the Green Sun, but he eventually joined her to dispatch the Draconian Dignitary. they discovered their quest beds deep in the heart of Derse, and stood there until the Tumor exploded - creating the Green Sun instead of destroying it, and killing both Dave and Rose. But because they were on their quest beds, both of them arose from the Green Sun as God Tiers, gaining new echeladder ranks in the process.
He spent the next three years on a shitty meteor with some Trolls and Rose, where he produced sick raps, goofed off with Terezi, and became pretty much best bros with Karkat.
