She's even shown to be capable of cutting down a vampire soldier attacking her head on, despite the fact that the heavily armed and battle-hardened mercenaries of the Wild Geese couldn't stand a chance against such enemies.
Her aim with a pistol is deadly accurate, as well. She is seen shooting through the same hole on a practice target with what looks to be a Walther PPK. Such a degree of control with any pistol from anything other than a fairly close range is incredibly impressive, if not impossible. Another piece of evidence to suggest this is her ability to shoot Jan Valentine six times with the same pistol, with the bullets forming a cross on his face.
Very intelligent, Integra was able to determine the route Leif and Jessica would take and who their next targets would be by following their patterns, and she devised a strategy accordingly. She was also the first to guess what Jan's mysterious clue, "Millennium", was actually referring to. Given her years in service to the Queen and that she has taken down all of the foes presented before her, she is a battle hardened leader.

After the Events of Hellsing.
The ten years that followed the invasion of Millennium. Integra and Seras rebuilt Hellsing without Alucard and Walter. Integra went through many butlers and Seras hired many people to fill the places of the fallen Wild Geese. There was emptiness in Integra after all these years. London was a very safe place now, in the last ten years Hellsing had cleaned the streets of the vampires and abominations that crawled and lingered in the darkness. It was by chance that dark monsters began to rise once more in the heart of London and Hellsing came back into full service. The Army of Anubis, these abominations called themselves. Integra was fully aware of the war that spread across all of Europe with this organization.
It seemed they had built a ghoul army large enough to challenge the nations with no trouble. They employed artificial vampires and even a few full blooded fangs. Iscariot and the Vatican launched a full scale assault on the Anubis Army and the Queen followed with the Pope by sending Hellsing in. Seras entered the battle with the Wild Geese alongside several Vatican regenerators before they were defeated by the twins.
With Seras defeated, Integra had no option but to retreat. The Iscariot order moved in to take their place. The rumors were indeed true, Hellsing had become considerably weaker over the last ten years, and their trump card was far from their original one in power.
The Queen called an Audience with Integra. They met at the tomb of Jeanne D’Arc where the queen introduced her to ‘the’ Joann of Arc. With a new Trump Card Hellsing reentered the battle. When Integra returned to the mansion she saw Seras fully healed and blazing with rage and fury. She was gearing up all the troops Hellsing had to offer and they were reentering the war. Integra sent Joann and Seras off and returned to her office. She put her elbows on the desk and crossed her fingers together.
In the week that Seras and Joann took to arrive at the Iscariot line Integra flew in and met them. Iscariot had been pushed back to the boarder of Germany. Heinkel Wolfe joined Seras in the push for the end, Integra herself joined the battle under the guise as a soldier. In battle Seras and Wolfe both began a massacre but Seras had to save Joann who uselessly stood there until Integra ordered her to fight. However, Joann became unreliable after a few moments.
She was belittled by the battle hardened Seras and Heinkel Wolfe. And then Integra heard the Queens voice over the ear piece she was wearing. She repeated after the Queen, “The voice of our Lord and savior God guides and commands you in the service of the Royal Order of Protestant Knights, Hellsing, under the leadership of Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing!”
Upon hearing her orders Joann stood up and her sword took on a golden design down both sides of it which glowed. Her eyes turned golden instantly, a holy aura surrounded her that warded Seras to move far away from her and left Heinkel in awe. She walked around the corner where the Vampire soldiers were waiting and raised her hand. They opened fire and each of the bullets curved around her being forced to miss, she walked forward with her palm extended outward at them before lowering it and raising her sword to the sky.
The dust in the area picked up as the holy aura exploded around her rippling off her body as she gained more and more power. The bullets that were shot at her just couldn’t penetrate the holy aura that acted as a barrier. Her body turned away from them and then used the momentum of her turn to face them again, this time she was slashing her sword straight down into the ground. The holy power shot forward in a massive wave that killed all the vampires it touched instantly, those near the wave upon impact were burned nearly to death. The wave of energy left a 20 foot trench that stretched a mile long.
Integra was amazed. However, she had a job to do. She tasked Seras and Heinkel to execute all remaining ghouls and vampires. She then sent Joann into Germany. In a matter of a days’ time the war was over. But the damage left behind cost the world everything. Germany began sending aid to the Cult of Anubis secretly to get revenge over the Vatican, Iscariot, Hellsing, and the Queen. The money itself increased the technology, the gear, and the process of recreating one of the Priests of Anubis.
Five years had passed from the end of the war when the priest was sacrificed to raise Anubis, the God of Death. Joann had become Integras personal body guard and Seras continued her job as the Wild Geese commander. Anubis began killing nations and raising the former dead of the world, Tyrants, Murderers, Dictators, everything. They were fueled by rage, and Anubis brought the world to its knees.
Integra gained contact with the Vatican and got Iscariot to join them yet again against Anubis. Integra sent Joann against Anubis when he began openly showing himself among his priests. However, Joann was defeated and the plot to kill the Pope succeeded on Anubis’s end with Iscariot not protecting him anymore. The Vatican fell. Soon behind it nations began to fall as their leaders were killed, even the Queen. Hellsing was on its own. What was left of Iscariot joined with them in one final push to kill the God of Death.
Joann faced him a second time. This time she called upon all of her power with each blow. But it wasn’t enough until Seras and Heinkel joined the battle and began taking down the flocks of undead that were slowing Joann more and more. With no more destractions Joann defeated Anubis. The unstable reality collapsed in on itself and it was only Joanns power that Hellsing survived and arrived in Hallowton soon after the war of Isfaro. Integra took the chance to scout the entire city for an empty abandoned mansion. And in the ruined side of town she found one.
Hellsing began again as it was rebuilt in the weeks following, her soldiers (Hellsing and Iscariot combined) aided in helping the people even sheltering some of those that were homeless for the time being. The Mansion flies the Hellsing banner, and Integra sits in her office even now, smoking her cigar, waiting for the Queen of Hallowton to approve of their existence.
