Physical Appearance: Mask is a very tall man standing to be about 6 foot 3. He wears an akatsuki robe much like Itachi's, sandals, and a kite shield on his back as well as a staff. He has long spiky green hair that reaches down to his waist. He has ten rings each with their own gemstone within it. The stones are amethyst, opal, emerald, diamond, sapphire, ruby, bloodstone, garnet, onyx, and lodestone. Special Abilities:
Suishougon: Mask has the ability to form, manipulate, and destroy crystals with ease. The crystals he form share the same properties as natural as well as a couple of other effects. The crystals can form in air, earth, on his body, shield, and staff.
Chikyū no jutsu: This is his natural element affiliation, but he is not very strong in it. His basic abilities of it is that he can create pillars of earth out of his shield and the ground.
Summoning: Mask can summon one of 10 giants, each with a gemstone in their chest. Their power is the same as their respective stone.
[Stone abilities]: Amethyst- Created amethyst has an invisible forcefield surrounding it for 6 inches in a radius. This allows weapons to have sneak attacks, and armor protecting against weak attacks, and ranged attacks.
Diamond- Created diamond will slowly engulf objects. If hit, diamonds will slowly form and would hinder the opponent. Wears off after 3 posts.
Opal- Created opal alters luck depending on what type. A red opal causes bad luck, and a blue opal causes good luck. The luck is small but noticeable.
Emerald- Created emerald with the intent of Mask, will heal people physically and spiritually. If not, it will have reverse effects on enemies.
Sapphire- Created sapphire fades through physical objects and will hit spiritual objects, like ghosts, spells, and souls.
Ruby- Created rubies will engulf enemies in flame while in contact with it.
Bloodstone- Created bloodstone will give great strength to Mask, and it will slowly weaken his opponents.
Garnet- Created garnet have no abilities for battle, but when given to someone, they will become balanced.
Onyx- Created onyx has the abilities of the others but at a significant weaker strength. However, if worn for a long time (10 continuous comments) while needed, it will gain strength, making it at par with the others.
Lodestone- Created lodestone has a stronger magnetic ability that can be switched from attraction, or repelling.
With the different gemstones, Mask can create armor, weapons, and any item imaginable as long as it is physically possible. The item will have only the quality of the original item, the stone, and the power of the stone used. An example would be a diamond katana, the katana gives it shape, the diamond its hardness and color, and the ability of it.
Weapons: Mask can create any weapons excluding fire arms, and because they are crystals, Mask is very proficient with them all. He has a staff and shield that he uses frequently. He also has paper bombs, throwing knives, and throwing stars.
History: The child that would become Mask was born into a family villa. At a young age, Mask was socially awkward, staying away from his brothers and sisters. When he was 3, rouge ninjas attacked his home. Unfortunately for him, neither of his parents were strong ninjas, and were beheaded with ease. Mask witnessed this, while hiding under his bed. After seeing his brothers and sisters killed, they turned to him, knowing where he was. As they walked closer, he began to cry and scream. Right before the leader of the ninjas grabbed him from his bed, he sees two feet appear from no where, and slam into the leader. Mask closes his eyes, only to hear screams of anguish. He sees a hand reach for him, but he screams, and this time tries to get up, but slams his head on his bed, knocking him out cold. He briefly woke up to see a man holding him with a weird purple hue in his chest. He then went back in to an unconscious state again.
When he awoke again, he was resting against a tree. As he rested there, he saw a man wearing a dark robe and red clouds on it. The man had black hair. He reached out towards the man, but still could not get up. The man looks down, and sees a child with only rags for clothes and a mask. He was about to look away, until he saw a sparkle on the boys hand. The man leans in closer and sees a speckle of diamond on his hand. He picks up the boy and carries him to a near by inn. He places down the child in a room and begins to speak to him.
"I don't know who you are, nor why you were there, but I will say this; I offer to train you, and you can either accept it or deny it, your choice."
Mask looks at him, and could only shake his head.
"Ah good, well let me first introduce myself, then rest for now. My name is Itachi and you will be known as Mask."
Mask could only smile, and then fell asleep. When Mask awoke, he looked around for Itachi but could not find him. He then heard noises from the courtyard. He began to walk towards the noise, but stumbled a bit because he was so young. When he finally reached outside, he saw Itachi out there. Itachi saw he and told him he was to begin training this instance. Mask did as he was told until he was 8. On the day of his eighth birthday, Itachi stood by him and held out ten rings, each with their own stone within them.
"I got these for you Mask, these rings are quite special. When you put them on they will bond with you making it impossible to remove. They will grow as you grow so that should not be a problem for you. They will be both a blessing and a curse for you. As you know, you can control all different stones and crystals but you lack the ability to use them at their full potential. These rings will unlock their full potential, but only the ones within the ring. However, the other stones will become impossible to control ever again. I do not expect an answer now, but you have till midnight tonight."
Itachi stood their looking at Mask. As he began turning around, Mask jumped up and began to yell.
"I will do it Mr.Itachi sir..."
As soon as he said that, Itachi turned at blinding speed and hit Mask upside his head. Mask fell into a deep coma like state. When he awoke, he was in the office of the third Hokage. He looked around and he saw the third Hokage who looked back at him with a started face.
"Boy, what are you doing here?
Mask looked at him and realized that Itachi would not show up. So Mask told his story from the part where his parents were massicared to the part where he got the rings. Mask realized that he never checked his rings, and looked down to see the ten rings Itaachi had showed him the last time he had saw him.

Mask though for a second, and replied back.
"I think I will take a rain check on fight, so I guess I will join the ninja academy.
The third Hokage smiled and walked to his desk and began to write and mumble.
"Please admit Mask within the Ninja academy. He will have long green hair, ten rings, and a mask with him. Do take special care of him."
After finishing the letter, the third Hokage brought an escort for Mask and sent him to the ninja academy. There Mask trained with other students like Naruto and Sakura. Two others that he grew a bond with were named Momo and Kenji. On the day of the final exam, Sasuke was considered the highest, until Mask out did him. A rivalry grew between him. The next day when they anounced the team, Momo, Kenji and Mask were all on the same team, team Hokage. The third Hokage took great intrest with the group and decided to take them under his wing, just like the great sannin. On their first actual mission, it was clear that Mask would be their leader, other than the Hokage. Life was good for the group, as they were the only group on the fateful Chunin exam where the Hokage was assassinated to completely become Chunin. They completed countless missions together, building a very close relationship together. Life was good, almost as good as life with Itachi.
However, like all good things in the life of Mask, it came to end one fateful day 4 years after his arrival at the village hidden in the leaf. He was to complete an S ranked mission with his group and Asuma. Their objective was to neutralize and capture a member of the Akatsuki, though the specific member was not revealed. Mask at the time did not know who the Akasuki was, so he was going in blind. After countless days tracking the location of the Akatsuki, Asuma finally found a spot where they could ambush them. Momo and Kenji were to stay with Asuma and Mask was to stay further apart to act as back up. However, somehow the Akatsuki got word of the ambush and snuck behind the group. The closest to the Akatsuki was Mask. After waiting, one Akatsuki member went up behind Mask. As Mask turned around, he saw Itachi standing behind him. Forgetting the mission, Mask stood up and hugged Itachi with great strength, though Itachi did not return the hug. Mask was very exicted at the time and knowing that Itachi was a very strong fighter, he hatched an idea.
Itachi, I know this is sudden, and that we just reunited, but would you like to help me and my group capture some bad guys.
Itachi knew that Mask was talking about the ninjas from the leaf sent to ambush him, but he also knew Mask did not know that Itachi was apart of the Akatsuki.
Sure Mask, I would love to help you out.
Mask was filled with glee and brought Itachi to where the group was but stopped right before the group could see Itachi and himself.
Wait here, I am going to let them know that I brought you so they don't try to kill you.
So Mask went to Asuma, and told him about Itachi, but without the name mentioned, and Asuma agreed, but with great anguish. So Mas brought Itachi into view, and Asuma freaked out and pulled out one of his knifes.
What the hell Mask, why did you bring an Akatsuki here? '
Asuma, what are you freaken out about, it is only my good friend Itachi, it is not the Akatsuki...

No Mask, he his right I am in the Akatsuki, but that is not important, what is important is you. I have come here to fetch you so that way you can repay me back from when I trained you. Will you follow me once more?
Mask was stunned, and began to think. Fighting broke out between Asuma and Itachi, and Momo and Kenji grabbed Mask and went deeper into the woods. They tried talking to him, but Mask would not respond, only to remain in a trance like state. When he finally broke out of it, he knew what he was to do.
Momo, Kenji, you two need to know that I love you both as you are both my greatest friends. I have something to ask you both that will test you deeply. I am leaving with Itachi, and you can try to stop me, let me go, and come and follow me, what will you do?

He disappeared in the hole, and soon Momo and Kenji went into the hole. There they see a city built out of blue opal.
Don't worry, blue opal brings good luck, anyway, I wanted to create a city for us. We will rule this city fairly, forming a Triumverate.
Soon wanderers began to hear tales of this city and soon the city began to flurish. One day, Mask began to meditate some more, though was finished within less than a hour. He had prevously placed a blue opal on the ground when they left to form the city, and he replaced it with a blue opal map that would hopefully lead Itachi to the city. However, Itachi never showed. it was 2 years before Itachi had shown up, though when he did Mask embraced him. Mask lead Itachi to a private quarters to discuss what has happened. Itachi explain his story, of how he died and was revived.
Mask, I have asked so much from you, and I can only ask this last request. Please reconnect with the village hidden in the leaf as an ally. Send them a blue opal sword, and ask something in return as a sign of friendship.
Itachi left Mask with an Akatsuki robe, and left. Mask though for days about this, and consulted Momo and Kenji. Finally, he decided to do it and sent a blue opal sword. In return, a leaf head band was given to him. He knew this was a sign of an alliance forming.
However, Mask fell sick and went into a coma. When he awoke he was in a strange land, and he was near a place named Hallowtown. He decided to venture there. When he arrived, he passed out once again due to his sickness.
