Flight: During his take over of the Demon's body, Oblivion's fascination with wings revealed itself in his newbody as it now has two white wings. With these wings he can indeed fly
Telepathy: the ability to speak to others through the mind rather than speak aloud
Memory Read: Just like the ability name suggests he. He does not read minds but memories. Although he can directly snatch another's memories, he recognizes that it could severely damage a person by doing such and instead copies them to his own temporary memory and and consumes them in there. For an analogy, think of this as two people eating in front of each other. With or without the other looking Oblivion eats from the others plate. Without anything to eat, the other will notice something is missing. Oblivion could do that but instead examines what the other is eating and reconstructs a perfect replica and eats it.
Memory Read- Abilities: Due to years upon years of reading peoples memories, he can almost use any ability another has. There are limits to this as even Oblivion's power is limited, but the storage of power gained from years upon years of consuming memories have given him an immense supply of power, but this can drain him if not careful.
Memory Read- Weapons/items: Oblivion is able to make perfect replicas of weapons and other items as well. There are exceptions to this, but most weapons are able to be materialized by his power.

Oblivion's story began in Kari, before the creation of the Crystal Expanse. He was a bright young boy birthed to two of Kari's most esteemed Scientists. He was named Legna by his parents.
Growing up, Legna found himself absorbed into books of all types. Fiction or Non-fiction, there was no story he could not understand. He often isolated himself from others, even the parents he loved as he explored new tales. Beyond his knowing, his parents were working on a weapon designed for peace keeping. It involved using a rare, powerful, however unstable power crystal to make a beam capable of freezing a person solid for limited amounts of time. Sadly, the crystal was not contained correctly and released its energy rapidly into the room it was contained. This resulted in both of Legna's parents converted to frozen dust, leaving Legna an orphan.
One of Legna's father's colleagues would take him in and take him as an apprentice despite his young age. The age barrier did not matter to him, as he was a quick learner and knew much already. Little did the colleagues know that Legna was tweaking his father's weapon designs to create a defensive super weapon designed to freeze whole cities. After a couple of years, Legna completed his apprenticeship and took his father's place among the greatest minds of Kari.
There he would fall in love with one of his fellow workers and get married with her and have a single child. Legna's happiness would end from that point when his child died from a rare sickness. This pushed him to work harder at his father's designs and finished them early and presented the designs to Kari's Government. The Government approved the weapon and built it on the outskirts of the city, near a major river.
There was conspiracy against Legna, and the super weapon was tampered with soon after its completion. This caused the magnetic field holding the power crystal fail and cause legna and his wife to share his parents fate as Kari was frozen beneath what was later called the crystal expanse.
What was left of Legna's soul refused to fade away, and unknowingly wondered into the netherrealm. There a Demon encountered his soul and attempted to devour it. The soul refused to go quietly and entered the Demon's body, latching itself to the Demon's soul as he battered with great rage against the Demon's memories. Soon the Demon was an empty slate that could not even perform the simplest movements without assistance.
Legna's soul would merge with the empty soul of the demon, granting Legna full control. With this new body he donned the name Oblivion and seeks the exit of the Neverrealm, to revive his father's legacy, to revive his weapon.
