History: West Arcane is a native to Moon Valley and rival to Defense Attorney Shannon Osborn. Studying to become a prosecutor at the same time she was studying to be a lawyer, it seemed they were destined to be mortal enemies. Whenever there was a murderer to put behind bars, she was there. Whenever there were drug dealers to put away, she was there. Whenever he had a bad hang over she was there with a bottle of vodka and the list goes on.
Their rivalry would be put on hold when the Netherrealm attacked their home and cast them out. West was there helping his fellow citizens get out alive, as many of them as he could get out alive anyways. Helping wherever he could inside the castle of Jherrazad until they were forced on a boat and sailed to Kari, then later Hallowton. Depressed, the former rivals became lovers for a single night after drinking. The morning after West kicked her out of bed and felt guilty for going against his morals. Hearing Shannon's plans of running for Mayor, West planned to do the same. To run against her and prevent the woman that only cared about herself from getting the position. Lord knows Moon Valley has had enough of that in the past.
