History: Shannon was born and raised in Moon Valley as an only child, pushed by both her parents from an early age to be largely successful. Living through her, even. She attended Moon Valley High and then later Moon Valley University, graduating top of her class in both places. When she got out of Moon Valley University she attended Law School and became a defense attorney, though her practices as a lawyer was less than honorary than what she would have her parents and others believe.
Shannon was among the refugees who traveled to Jherrazad, Kari and finally Hallowton. Her parents having died during the attack on their home. She remained on the side lines, drinking her sorrows away along with many of the people who began to lose hope that they'd able be ever to return home. But that day would come and the group would travel back to Moon Valley lacking a clear leader. Planning to use this situation, combined with losing her parents for sympathy votes, Shannon heads to City Hall with the intention on announcing her candidacy and taking over as the next Mayor of Moon Valley. No one can grieve forever.
