Physical Appearance:He's pretty short standing at 5'6, with broad shoulders and a well defined abdomen. He has medium length rose red hair with a braid from his upper right ear down. His eyes are a deep emerald green, and his face is calm and well built. His nose is a little on the big side, and he has legs that were built for running.
Special Abilities:The flux, the ability to channel energy into different parts of the body increasing their use, but it has a life threatening side effect. The sudden increase in strength or speed damages his muscles, insides, and drains his energy. If used to much his body decays and becomes fragile. Ability to communicate with birds.
Weapons:His Gyrfalcon Yuri, Yew Longbow, and an iron shortsword.
History:History:Glacient grew up in the mountain haven of Wind Reach on Mizahar. He belonged to the commoner class, making his living as a bird keeper in the local aviary. His father was a hunter, and a skilled one at that. He had four birds, all of them Gyrfalcons. At a young age his dad had exposed him to the birds, teaching him the basics of how to handle, clean, feed, and care for them. He was taught the importance of hoods, of leashes and Jesses, and on his 10th birthday his dad bought him his own Sontav. ( leather greaves designed in Wind Reach specifically for the handling of birds with sharp talons.) He had bonded especially with Yuri, the Snow white bird that was his dads pride and joy.
His mother was a bird keeper at the local aviary, and helped him to learn the proper ways of caring for them. It was through her that he got his job there, practicing his bird care skills day and night.
His mother and father were both killed when he was 12 by an Akalakan slave trader. His father did not go out without a fight though, and was able to blind the man before he escaped. Though his precious birds all died, except Yuri.
It was during the tempest storm, filled with dark magic, that he was out looking for a rumored blind Akalak who lived in the woods At the base of Mount SkyInarta.The storm, surging with mysterious magical energy thashed the terrain, shaping it into entirely new substances, and creating creatures Glacient had never seen. He was hit by a surge, blacked out, and woke up in a mysterious place, a city deep within a valley. (Moon valley)
