History: Radiation Girl (born Roxanne Hart) was brought up in the technological paradise Isafaro as an only child. Technological paradise would be the only paradise it could claim to have as the oppressed rule made it one of the worse places to live where civil rights were concerned. Despite all of this Roxanne lived as healthy and normal a life as one can be expected to live in such a place until the age of sixteen where she, Mattie Rhodes, and a couple of other friends went into an old abandoned nuclear reactor where radioactive waste was left behind. While exploring an earthquake occurred knocking Roxanne over the railing on the grating they were on and into some of the buckets of waste, knocking them over and leaving her in a pool of it. Her friends left her for dead as the earthquake was causing the building to collapse and they figured she was beyond saving now.
Roxanne survived being exposed to the radiation and become infused with it. Granting her new found abilities both exciting and terrifying. Afraid that if Vulture found out she'd be use for experiments Roxanne kept it all under wraps and the only ones who knew were of course the friends who was shocked to see her still alive. Bitter over being left behind Roxanne gave them each a hug as unbeknownst to them she had infected them with the radiation now inside her own body. Unbeknownst to Roxanne she had no control over her new abilities and were affecting everything she touched with radiation. The effects her hugs had on her friends were all different; one was killed by the exposure, another mutated into a freak and Mattie herself became like her. Infused with the radiation and letting it empower her.
Realizing that she was both a danger to herself and those around her Roxanne surrendered herself to the Vulture and was quarantined to protect the general public while learning how to control her abilities through various tests they performed. When news of the people she affected reached her ears she was unable to remain behind lock and key and escaped the Vulture's facility she was in. Sneaking into her parents house and making herself a superhero costume. Dressed in a long sleeve black leather top with the radiation hazard on the front, matching black pants, boots, gloves and eye mask with yellow outlines across the black outfit giving herself the name “Radiation Girl” she headed out to repair the damage she caused in the first place.

By manipulating the experimental radiation her body is consumed with Roxanne can generate a radiant aura that surrounds a small radius that allows her to heal small to moderate wounds on her body, or to allies who stand close enough to her. - Radiation Infection
Roxanne can emit deadly exposures of radiation to severely weaken an opponent in order to restrain them. Some times this ability can come with serious drawbacks as victims of the radiation in the past has grown abilities similar to her own making her careful of how powerful the exposure coming out of her body is when in used. - Accelerated Metabolism
Through the use of her radiation Roxanne can double her speed, agility, strength and endurance and that of her allies in addition, if she has any, also making her resistant to sleep, disorientation and immobilization. - Enervating Field
Irradiates nearby opponents with a field of radiation lowering their strength and resistance so they deliver less damage than normal while taking more while exposed. - Mutation
Using a concentrated burst of radiation can cause mutation in the targets. For obvious reasons this is an ability Roxanne refrains from using. - Lingering Radiation
Radiation emitted into the air from her body and allowed to linger can do permanent damage to a specific area reducing the strength of those who are exposed to it. - Choking Cloud
Generates a toxic radioactive gas around her to overcome nearby foes, leaving them choking and helpless. - EM Pulse
Unleashes a massive pulse of electromagnetic energy. The EMP can affect machines, and is even powerful enough to affect synaptic brain patterns. It will drain the Endurance and health of all affected targets and leave them incapacitated. Additionally, most machines and robots will take moderately high damage. However, this comes at a high cost to Roxanne's own endurance.
