Carari has been all over Genesis from traveling through the desert to the Empire of Jherrazad, to visiting Harker in Hallowton, opening up her new studios in Kari and even flying out to Elim to meet with the Republic of Xanarnis' President. She was also in the process of setting up a meeting in Isafaro. That only left one last place to visit. Moon Valley.
Coming to Moon Valley was a tad bit more complicated than the other places. For starters, even after setting the record straight people in Moon Valley were the most hateful of her just for her face. The doppelganger that had been the mayor of this place certainly did a number on the people, and no matter how nice her smile was that was the only Carari Grey they could think about. Not to mention that Moon Valley currently had no leader to speak to like the other places so she had to wait to see how this election panned out. Until then there was one person in Moon Valley she could see, yet another businessman. Lex Luthor.
The limo pulled up in front of LexCorp and Carari came out with a cigarette in her hand, blowing a smoke ring up into the air while she made her way through the entrance and to the front desk.
“Name?” asked the receptionist.
“Carari Grey.”
“The elevator is to your right.”
The woman looked up to see the cigarette.
“You can't smoke that in here.”
“What?” asked Carari narrowing her eyes at the receptionist.
“It's just – just–”
“Yes...?”
“Nothing, ma'am. Have a nice day, ma'am.”
“That's what I thought.”
Carari entered the elevator and went to the floor Lex's office was on, pushing the door open when she reached it and stepping inside.
“Mr. Luther. You look every bit as dashing as you do in the pictures.”

Lex turned around from the view of Moon Valley outside his window at Carari's voice and looked the woman over. Except for her hairstyle and better taste in clothes there were virtually no difference between this Carari Grey and the one who was mayor of the city just a year and a half ago. Just one of the many wonders that were alternate universes. To think that somewhere there was another one of him running around and potentially an infinite number of him to boot. "Ms. Grey. Always a pleasure, in any dimension."

"Ms. Grey. Always a pleasure, in any dimension."
“You're too kind. I hear you're running for mayor. I'd support you but I have a feeling anyone I back for mayor will be on the fast track to loser's ville. Want me to back one of your opponents?”

Lex chuckled in response to Carari's little joke and took a couple of steps closer to the woman, placing his hands into his pockets as he closed the distance of space between them gradually, still leaving enough room to easily back away from her reach. It was a dangerous world they lived in after all. "I don't think that will be necessary. But I'm sure you didn't come all this way on a social call."

“You caught me.”
Carari jokingly raised up both of her hands like someone caught red handed would before she dropped them back down to her sides.
“A little birdy told me you had something alien in these walls. Could I perhaps see it?”

Lex speculated that the reason for Carari's arrival had something to do with the Cosmic Cube, something he had yet to make common knowledge to the public so her knowing about it indicated to the billionaire that she had sources that had a lot more to do with just television. He was positive no one had leaked the information to the press, no one in his employ were crazy enough to do that. "There are a lot of things that are alien to people inside these walls. Could you be more specific?"

“I think you know exactly what I mean by alien.”

Lex turned around and returned to his place behind his desk subtly pressing on the button underneath and called for security while he kept a smile on his face in Carari's direction. "Can't say I do. There are a lot of rumors floating around the papers as to the everyday operations of LexCorp. I'd hope you don't believe everything you read."

“Not everything. But if a reliable source tells me that Lex Luthor is interested in getting into the energy business I'd find that worth investigating wouldn't you? I have no desire to compete with you but I do have an offer.”

Lex Luther sat down in the chair behind his desk and looked up at Carari Grey. "And what would that be?"At the very least he was curious what Carari had for him while security were on their way to escort her out of the building.

"And what would that be?"
“This is a nice little city you have here but let's face it, what all can you do here? I'm looking to have a branch of Carari Incorporated in every country on Genesis that will have me. You have connections, leader or no leader, get me the building permits for my office building, studio and arena and you can help me power up the best multi-purpose arena the world has ever seen. And who knows, maybe Moon Valley will get a bit more traffic than it does now. Could help you with your campaign as well.”

"Allow me to give you a little bit of career advice for the future, next time lead with that."The door behind Carari Grey came open and six security officers entered the room. "You summoned us, Mr. Luther?" "Yes. Please show this nice young lady to the door. We're done here.""At once, Mr. Luther." The head security officer walked up in front of Carari. "Come with us."

"Yes. Please show this nice young lady to the door. We're done here."
"At once, Mr. Luther."
“Is this really necessary?”
"Come with us."
“I misjudged you, Lex. Here I thought you'd know a good offer when you see it.”

Lex only chuckled in response to Carari's statement and snapped his fingers to signal the security guards use more force with guiding Carari out of his office. It was obvious to the man that Carari Grey wanted to get closer to the tesseract and Lex wasn't about to make any deals which would bring her that much closer to it. Lex got on his cellphone and began the process of finding out more about this informant and to make sure no more news were discovered about what he was planning to reveal on the day of the Mayoral Debate.

“Keep your filthy hands off me!” yelled Carari.
Security kept their distance all while making sure Carari was walking in the direction she was meant to walk. She drew another cigarette from her pocket and lit it up while being led outside the entrance door and to her limo before they turned back around and returned to LexCorp. Carari took a drag, holding the cigarette in her right hand between her index and middle fingers before stepping into the limo.
“Driver, pick up David and get me out of here. I had enough of this small mountain town for one lifetime.”
“Yes, ma'am.”
The limo pulled out of the parking lot and then went down the road to find David so they could depart.
