Super Night in Super Weapon (Cloud)

[Sailor V]

"Wow! Is that the weapon?"

Minako admired the weapon as they approached it. Wondering how it did look on the inside since this super weapon had become his new home. During most of the walk the young blonde took it upon herself to grab Oblivion's arm and lean against him the whole way. Making some people who didn't know any better think they were an item as they passed by. And Minako wasn't about to correct that claim any time soon. When they finally reached the weapon Minako had let go of his arm to look it over.

"What does the inside look like?"

[Cloud]

"The insides are cold, dark, and dusty until I get the Auxiliary power online." Oblivion said, shocked slightly that she grabbed his arm. Did she trust him so? Oblivion approached the entrance gate. The gate was simply a locked door made into an electric fence. Correction, large doorway. It had to be big enough to accommodate vehicles as they pass their way in and out of of the super weapon complex. He turned to Minako and gestured an 'Over the top' gesture.

"We are going to have to climb over. " He said to her as he began climbing, taking the lead. There was no barb wire installed on the top, because Oblivion felt it unnecessary. He felt differently now as he was now like a thief on his own property. Once over the 8 ft fence he dropped down with a thud on his heels. He turned to Minako with a smile and gestured to her to come on. "Your turn Minako", he said laughing slightly.

"Uhh... Okay!"

It was a good thing she was used to climbing and jumping often as Sailor V. She grabbed onto the fence and climbed up it. But once she reached the top a devilishly thought crossed her mind and while coming around she dropped down from the top so Oblivion could catch her in his arms.

[Cloud]

Oblivion didnt expect her to jump at him, let alone him catch her. Yet.. he did. He caught her effortlessly as if she were a feather. He stood there shocked until a smile made its way to his lips. The smile evolved into a chuckle and then to a brief laughter. The laughter died down, and he put her on her feet.

"Come on, the rest awaits." Oblivion said as he walked to the broken glass door, walking inside. This home suddenly felt like a tomb.

Minako was caught safe and sound and she never doubted him for a moment. In his arms the blonde melted, her eyes growing soft and widened like that of a puppy before batting her eyelashes at the male. Smiling at his laughter as it was the first time she's seen the man smile since meeting him. With her feet back on the ground, Minako followed behind him to the glass door and then inside.

[Cloud]

The smile would fade when they entered the cold, dark interior of the weapon. He picked up flashlight that was strewn across the floor. Looters have been here, but they wouldnt have found anything for there wasnt anything to steal. With a click of the flashlight's button, the rooms and corridors they navigated were illuminated, until they found themselves at a staircase. He looked behind him, winked at her, and proceeded up the steps.

There would be a lot of steps to the control room, but they would be able to use the control room's auxilary power source to turn all systems, except for weapons systems.

Minako tried to see what she could make out in the dark, but it would be a while before her eyes adjusted accordingly. A while she wouldn't have to worry about as Oblivion picked up a flashlight. The blonde's own smile would fail when she saw that the place was looted. That was a terrible thing to come home to in light of everything else he had to endure. He was like the cabbage man from Avatar. Why couldn't he just catch a break?

Minako caught the wink in her direction, and smiled. Following him up the steps to the control room, letting his light lead the way. "I have to say, for a weapon this place is quite cozy." And Minako weren't just saying that. She didn't know many weapons that could double as a home if necessary.
