-Distortion : He can channel his own Life-Force to any part of his body or weapon to negate or disrupting another Life-Forces that touch his Life-Force [Except for Kirin's Magic in his Knife]. But it doesn't mean that he can kill creatures just simply by stabbing them and making their life-force goes to 0 instantly.
Few examples :
1. if a giant fireball is coming at him, he simply can just point his knife to it and channel his own energy to the tip of the knife to dispel the magic completely.
2. regarding when touching a creature, he can't kill a creature instantly but he can kill a creature with this way [But at least he must have a weapon or part of his body buried in his opponent's body]. but it will take a very large quantity of his Life-Force. it's possible that when doing it, his Life-force will be reduced to 0 first.
but he can just reduces the regeneration ability of someone by disrupting the flow of the Life-Force using his own. it can stop one's ability to regenerate or the worst is, can bypass even immortality of someone if he has damaged his opponent bad enough. but it's not permanent so given time, if someone's immortality has been lost, it can just wait for few hours to get it back.
the drawback of this ability is, he can't use any magic or mythical stuff at all. even as simple as lighting a candle with his energy. but this ability is deadly enough to someone who relies on magic too much. also, this ability takes a lot of Life-Force so it's a double edged sword. he rarely uses this and only use it when the time comes.
-Super-Human Speed : He's fast to the point he can completely deflect bullets from a barrage of machine-gun [though he never faced one before. but if faced by one, he can deflect them all] one would hard to see his move since he moves so fast. no one in his world can catch up with his speed, let alone see him how fast he moves. but it's because most of them are magicians, not a fast fighter.
-Super-Human Power : he's not too strong but his power is enough to break a bone of someone with one hit. but not to a level where he can break through an iron door with his fist.
-Super-Human Regeneration : He can recover lost limbs but it will take a day to recover from just lost an arm. other than that, he can recover from any kind of injury quite quickly.
-Super-Human Senses : mostly used to sense any ill intent toward him, allow him to evade surprise attacks or to predict enemy moves.
-Super-Human Durability : he's durable enough to fall from 5 meters and only broke few bones. even they can regenerate quite fast due to his regeneration.
-Large Quantity of Life-Force : Just like the ability said, Yuuto has an enermous amount of Life-force. this trait of him is the one that enables him to do his own unique ability [Distortion] since he doesn't have any luck in studying magic or something other than his ability.

History:
Yuuto is a Human from a different universe than everyone and magic is the main point of that world. In there, peace is only for strong and rich people while weak and poor people are being trampled and treated only as slaves to the strong. In the middle of it, none of any human in there doesn't know about the person named Kiyuki Yuuto. He's the leader of the resistance that stood up against the whole world, to change the corrupted rules that the kings made despite his age.
He also had a Magician girlfriend named Kirin as they met in the middle of the war. at first, Yuuto is just talking like a leader to his subordinates. But as the time passed, he began to develop romantic interest to her and Kirin felt the same too. In the end, both of them becomes lover...
But, it's all according to "Their" plan.
In a certain day, suddenly a large scale of imperial army was being sent to destroy the resistance even though they're hiding in their main base that should be hidden from the world. Yuuto, who didn't have time to think, decided to meet the army by himself to let the other have time to escape since the attack was too sudden for them. it's one person versus an army consisted of 5000 people but it's certain that Yuuto couldn't stop them.
His swords are destroyed, he lost his left arm and right leg while enemy forces still have more than 4000 and some reinforcements that on it's way. while everything seems to be over, Kirin helped Yuuto to get out from here and teleported to a place that far from the battlefield but that still doesn't save Yuuto on the verge of death.
Kirin decided to use her whole power tries to heal Yuuto to his usual state. it takes a long time to heal him as he lost his limbs even with his regeneration. while in the process of healing, Kirin confessed to Yuuto...that she's actually an imperial spy and also, she's a being that's completely created by magic, an artifical human with one task...to monitor the resistance from inside.
Yuuto couldn't say anything when he heard that. he fell into disbelief as his body is slowly coming back...but he also couldn't find Kirin is lying. so, the silence between them has began. no one said anything until there are large quantity ball of flames are started to bomb around the place they're hiding. it's also the exact time as the healing process has ended.
in that desperate moment, Kirin used almost her whole power to open up a portal in front of Yuuto...he could feel that there's something different from the usual teleportation...when he asked her where the portal would lead, she only replied him by giving him a knife. it's a knife that she imbued with almost every bit of her Life-force that's left on her. it's certainly stronger than any normal weapon while it looks like a normal knife from outside.
Yuuto becomes more and more confused as she gave him that...and without getting any answer from her, she gently pushed the boy to the portal while her body is slowly disintegrated to light. the boy can only screamed her name while still holding the knife firmly with his hand while the other hand tried to reach her. but it's all pointless as the portal already sucked him, pulling him farther than a second earlier. the last thing he heard from her is...
"Thank you...and goodbye..."
his vision becomes black all of a sudden...and one second after that, he's in a totally different place than earlier. he looks around him and he couldn't find anything familiar to him or anything that lives except for plants around him. then, he somehow knows...that he's in a different world that he used to live in. after knowing that fact, he screamed loudly while holding tightly the knife that Kirin gave him. many negative emotions dwelled within him...and that scream marked his arrival on the DoA world
