Combat Suit: It increased the wearer's speed, strength, and agility through the use of the same artificial muscle technology used on the Harker ICBS suits. Combined with her own AVaSS helmet the suit can track bullets and allow her to block them with her swords. Additionally to this her ICBS suit is very similar to the ones Harker troops use with its systems. She can fall from extreme heights and sustain no damage and the suit can withstand shots due to its gel impact system. Combined with her AvaSS the suit can maintain her vitals and keep track of bullets remaining and contacts in the area through a HUD system. Her ICBS has extended leg mounts which are used for speed and climbing.

She found her way into Harkers pocket long ago with the things she knew and the abilities she had control of. Harker found a way to employ her from behind the scenes often using her as an assassin to take out dangerous individuals. During her employ she was destined to kill the Vulture but never once was allowed the task as Harker was still being paid by the man to develop several projects for him. Jessica was tasked with the job of training individuals and aiding in weapon development. Over the course of the year and a half that she had been pulled from her assassinations she would spend it primarily doing that job. By the time the year would be up she had a specially trained task force that could rival her in efficiency. Each member was outfitted with the latest Harker gear, the ICBS and AVaSS helmet. Each member was outfitted with gear of their choosing to match their talents; Jessica like most of the rest customized her gear to be sleek and tight fitting.
Other members of the task force took on key roles and became very efficient in their trails against the cloned vampires Harker had in his possession. They were eventually used against the warring vampire clans which brought each of them to their knees. It was then that the common unit was created as Harkers personal army with the task force Jessica was a part of being the head of his armies as personal assassins and guns for hire. Their leader was still unknown but he was the most feared of them all even Jessica avoided him.
Her trials along with the others came to an end when the last vampire clan was crushed. It was time for Harker to fully mobilize her into active combat against whatever enemy he would come to face in the long run. She geared up and moved out into the field where she became a dark agent, one without direct contact her actions on the field were completely unknown however she always came out with results so Harker turned a blind eye to her deeds so long as she got the job done in the most efficient way possible.
