1.Master of Disguise-Jean can absorb the knowledge of those he touches. He can take their memories, knowledge, and mannerisms. Should the person he touches have any sort of super natural powers, the only thing he will gain is an understanding of how they work. Copying someone's powers is beyond his capabilities. When synced together with his shape shifting abilities, he can take on a whole different persona without anyone having a clue that they are talking to an impostor. Jean can change everything about his physical form. From just his simple appearance from all the way down to his scent and energy signal.
2.Master of the Shadows-As a hitman, the shadows are an invaluable tool to Jean. He can sink his entire body into them to move around quickly throughout them. He has total control over them allowing him to create, control, manipulate, materialize and summon darkness. Another unique feature to his power is that he can form the shadows into tangible objects such as knives, armor, and projectile weapons. His powers are at their strongest in the night.
3.High IQ-Absorbing the knowledge of so many people over the years has given Jean a super high genius intellect. He is constantly able to think several steps ahead of each action and has a vast knowledge of how to create powerful tools, weapons, and medical supplies. With all the brain power he has stored up, he could retire from the life of an assassin, but living the quiet honest life would get boring to him too quickly.
4.Combat Master-By himself, Jean is skilled in a variety of martial arts and weapon use. Added with the knowledge of many combat veterans and fighters, Jean has become a very lethal weapon to be feared. When the power is turned up to max, it can even disrupt the power's of his enemies. It can also be used to hack low security electronics quickly without having to do it himself. It has several security features that prevent others from using it or hacking into it. Another defense is that it is coated in an unknown substance that prevents super natural powers from being used on the Scrambler. Depending on how much power it uses, the range on the scrambler can reach about half a mile.
2.M1911A1-A very light semi auto .45 caliber handgun. It comes with a detachable silencer for the times that require a silent kill.
3.Dart Gun-A modified tranquilizer gun that can be loaded with tranquilizer rounds and poisonous rounds. The needles on each round have been scaled down greatly to the point where a target can't even tell they've been hit. It comes with a detachable silencer to reduce the noise of the shots.
4.Poisons-Jean has created a very powerful poisons and venoms during his time as an assassin. Some are used to cause paralysis, while others are used to shut down the heart. Creating agents to kill demons and other supernatural creatures requires extra processes in the making such as adding in holy water or having the venom blessed.

With all the knowledge he has acquired due to his powers, Jean could of become something more civil than a hired gun. He dislikes the quiet life greatly and craves action more than anything. If he can't make his money through killing and stealing then he wouldn't want to be paid at all. Recently his jobs have become a bit more public.
