Name: F34R
Aliases: Freddie Rogers
Age: 3
Gender: Male
Species: Android
Alignment: Lawful Good
Canon or Original: Original
Date of Birth: October 19th, 2667
Place of Birth: Section 7, Lab number 43, Undisclosed location
Physical Appearance: In AI form he gives off a queer blue aura, as well as all of his features and "clothes". He has well fitted t-shirt, well fitted jeans, and Converse. In human form his shirt is a dark, dull gray, His jeans are a faded dark blue, and red Converse. He also has a holster on his right leg. His brown hair goes just past his eyes and is well kept on the sides and back. It is styled to be a little messy. His eyes are green. His face is slim with an oval like shape. On an AI pedestal he stands at 9" tall, when in human form he stands at 6'1". His body is toned and he has a tattoo outline of a black bird with its wings spread on his back.
Special Abilities:
Shape-Shifting - The AI grows to full height and develops all the working function of a human. Two bugs: In human form he keeps his programmed features of right and wrong, as well as protocol functions. When he touches a computer, that has enough space to fit him, it turns him back into AI form. This is also the only way he can turn back into AI form.
Hacking (AI) - Because he is a computer program he extraordinarily good at hacking computers, files, databases, etc.
Flexibility and Agility (Human) - When scientists created F34R they gave his human form the ability to be alot more flexible and know how to do parkour.
Weapons:
Transfusion powered UEF standard 12mm handgun. Liquid nitrogen tipped bullets. (The liquid nitrogen is trapped inside of cooler the size of the tip of a 12mm bullet.)
HistoryThe idea of the FR Project, or the Freddie Rogers Project, was drafted in 2654. The idea was to create and AI that could take on a physical form and be used as a combat unit, that required no training, and could be mass produced within a year. In 2664, 31 trial and errors later they finally finished the official program. They then programmed F32R which went rampant a year after its completion. Through a little trouble shooting, they created F33R. It ran smoothly but was destroyed in a combat simulation where the numbers had been pushed against the AI unit. To be precise 1vs100. Section 3, a competitor for funding at the time put 100 of their best trained officers against F33R. The AI was overwhelmed after knocking out 47 of the officers.
These kinds of results made Section 7 optimistic about the FR Project. Two years later in 2666 they finished the final specs of F34R. They gave him advanced reaction times and traits that most men would have to train for a decade to gain. Due to low funding they were unable to work out all of the bugs in the system programming. It's speech for example was known to forget words, and/or mess up grammar. The best they could do was make it say ERROR and fix what he missed, or messed up saying.
In 2667 It finally was ready for the same test F33R had taken. This time Section 7 knew what Section 3 would pull. So, prior to the testing they placed some of their best laptops inside the arena. The plan was, if F34R is being overwhelmed he can touch a computer and go through the system and teleport to a different location.
This planning was successful, and F34R beat all 100 officers. F34R was then packaged into a little chip and sent via slipspace to Earth to be tested. During the slipspace transport the coordinates changed because of the radiation that the chip emulated. The package then ended orbiting over Genesis and was pulled to the surface because of the weak gravitational pull. It burnt up the box as it went through the atmosphere and the chip landed on a dune in the middle of nowhere, on the planet Genesis.
