Born in a world her mother created, Elizabeth was a bad seed from the get go. There was nothing to stimulate her behaviors, but a theory was her possibly being touched by the Waking Nightmare in her infant years. Theories being theories, the girl was trouble soon as she could walk. Her powers manifested quicker than her siblings. Items were shattered from a thought, she levitated herself too high, people often got hurt--the list goes on and on. No matter how hard her parents tried, she remained rebellious, and refused to listen to them. Her father, she would often respect, but she loathed her mother. Her mother was the reason Paradise existed, she'd often speak of her past teachers (Sparda, Ranka, Dante, etc.) and how great they were, she was the most powerful of all in this world, and so on. Anything good her mother did, anything that got her attention or other forms of recognition irked her. More than anything, she wanted to be better than her in all ways: a better vampire, a better demon, a better god.
Her desires to accomplish this would eventually cost her dearly. Due to descending from a god in flesh and angel, the process of corrupting herself was no painless feat. The farther she descended into darker magics to fuel her powers, the farther she fell from this paradise's "grace", and it was starting to show. When her mother or father asked her to assist in healing, she'd refuse or walk off to let her siblings handle it. Suspicions arose, especially for Jenna, who decided to do a quick test on her. The goddess blasted her sibling with holy magic, and as expected, she shrieked in pain. This surprised her parents, who just couldn't accept what she had been doing to herself all these years, and they immediately did their best to take action against this. Their attempts failed miserably.
In retaliation, Elizabeth made a final act of rebellion against her family. The girl broke into the vaults that were under their home, and stole her mother's previous garb and weapons. If she was to best her, she had to do it with her own items, did she not? That's when her mother decided to interfere, and in the worst way possible. With tears in her eyes, she banished her daughter to the physical world, and in the process, her memories were wiped. Fearing for what may happen, her siblings followed shortly thereafter in search of her.
