Ever wanted to rate somebody as a whole for their actions on the forum instead of just individual posts with the "like" button? Well now you can with Reputations. Now in the mini profile of other members you can choose to "raise" or "lower" their Reputation accordingly.
Abuse of the "Reputation" system will not be tolerated. This include excessive raising/lowering of Reputation or raising the Reputation on your own alternate accounts. I can view who raised/lowered who's Reputation and will know if it is abused. Warnings and punishments will be handed out accordingly should such a situation arise.
