Physical Appearance:
Moon is very short, and usually stands a head or two below anyone standing around her. She has a very willowy build which hides her reasonable strength. She tends to roam around bare-footed in a rather tattered white dress that stopped around her knees. Sometimes she wears silver bangles on her wrists, or a string of bells around one ankle.
Moon has long silver hair that hangs to her waist, it never seems to get messed up or knotty, just staying a beautiful sheet of silver. Her eyes are a deep purple and there are flecks of silver in them. She is extremely pale, almost to the point of her skin being see-through, in the crook of her elbows, her wrists and her palms her veins are visible, and you can trace them easily.
Her wings are silver with a few black feathers, hinting at something darker inside her. She can hide them from view, but those that can see magic will always be able to see them.
Special Abilities:
Being a Child of the Moon, Moon's abilities are dictated by the moon's cycle. She had both light and dark magic available during most of the moon cycle, though nearing the full moon her dark abilities fail and during the new moon her light abilites fail.
Her light magic is mainly healing and puritication. While she can heal most things, she sometimes has to use her dark magic to mercy kill those that are too far gone for her and that can't get any better help.
Moon also has limited ability over water, mostly fog, mist, and sometimes rain. If she concentrates hard enough Moon can make things out of water, freezing it off like a crystal that never melts.

History:
Moon was made from moonlight and water about a hundred years ago, but she was never animated and was left in an abandoned temple out of the way. Decades later a meteor crashed into the temple, opening up the roof, allowing the moonlight to touch Moon.
She woke up all alone, with nothing but the moonlight as company. Once the sun came up, burning her with its heat Moon retreated deeper into the temple and found her 'mother'. A young elf woman who took Moon in and taught her to speak, read, write and to act like a normal person. Moon learned by herself how to hide her wings and soon after she left her 'mother', trying to find her own way in the world.
While she has she darker magic at her fingertips she rarely uses them, only wanting to help those around her, by healing, physical labour, anything she can do to make their lives easier, but she only stays for a short while before moving on, never taking food, nor better clothing from those she has helped.
