Manipulation of Chill- Cirno has ice and cold manipulation powers, meaning she can attack with ice, as well as naturally radiating chill. It's even possible for her to freeze non-fire spells with this. However, this power comes with an obvious weakness to fire, while at the same time, immunizing her against hypothermia and other cold based effects (she can still be hurt by ice attacks, since there's a physical component to them).
Flight- Cirno is capable of flying.
Danmaku- A form of magic involving numerous magical bullets.
Resurrection Immortality- Sort of. Cirno can't be killed by normal means, as she is capable of ressurecting herself on the spot. There are two logical ways of beating her: either 'kill' her so many times she loses the will to fight (getting killed still hurts) or beat her up to the point where the pain causes her to fall unconscious. This may sound like it's overpowered, but in essence, it just reduces the power of hits against her vitals, and reduces 'death' to 'knock out'.
Weapons: Unarmed, except for her spell cards used in Danmaku.
History: Cirno attacked Reimu and Marissa in 'Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil' for intruding on her territory. However, she was beaten. She tried to get revenge in 'Perfect Cherry Blossom' but was easily beaten.
In Phantasmagoria of Flower View, she seemed to be the only person among most of the cast who knew that the cycle occurred every sixty years, though she was ultimately unconcerned about the incident, other than the flowers being something else she could freeze for fun.
In Hisoutensoku, Cirno tries to tame the great Daidarabotchi, hoping that if she tamed it, she wouldn't be scared of anything anymore.
In Fairy Wars, Cirno hunts down and beats up the Three Mischievous Fairies for destroying her house. She then fights Marissa Kirisame, and wins.
