[Seras Victoria]

Seras had been gearing her troops up with the latest equipment that Harker Industries had shipped to them. After hours of checking each piece of gear up and down she found no tampering nor enchantments of any kind on he items deeming them safe for usage. The Wild Geese were no wearing shock plating chest gear and knee pads, items of interest that would and could stop high caliber weapons from penetrating and killing their hosts. Considering the Wild Geese are known for their tampering and customizing of their gear each one of them had altered how they looked.

Two things remained the same between each soldiers: firstly the Hellsing insignia patch on the left shoulder, secondly the Wild Geese patch on the right shoulder. Their weapons each had carvings in their stocks that said, Coyote, in honor of their fallen leader Pip Bernadotte. Several of the members of the Wild Geese were kneeling down aiming their rifles down range, the woman in red walked behind them as they all fired their weapons several times.

This woman was blond, she had the same patches as each of them, but the rifle she was holding was much different in design than theirs. For starters, their weapons were rapid fire weapons with three modes of fire, her weapon was a semi-automatic rifle which could be used for long range targets as well as close range. Unlike the rest of her unit who were all wearing olive colors, she wore red which pointed her out before any of the others making her the obvious choice to aim at if they came under fire.

This didn't seem like a grand idea unless you truly understood what Seras was. She was basically sparing her men from a grisly fate had they came under ambush. The drills here in the yard were the usual, five men on fire squad, five men cleaning gear, the rest in PT until they were rotated out of formation. The rotations happened every fifteen minutes giving everyone a chance to clean and fire the weapons.

"Rotate, next line."

Those cleaning set the gear down and moved to the rifles, those on rifles returned to the back of the PT formation, those in the front of the formation moved to the table to begin cleaning. Seras smiled, she had the most organized group of bafoons she could ask for. She had been aware of the addition to her unit and would be expecting her at any moment.

The echoes of gunfire alerted Magoichi to where her leader was, she had not yet met with Seras Victoria and according to Integra Seras was one of the senior officers that Integra had worked with and she trusted her a lot. Magoichi hoped that Seras was a capable leader, a unit was only as effective as not only its weapons and training but also its leader, if the leader did not live up to the expectations of a real battle then no matter what the unit would surely perish.

Back home she would have relentlessly trained would-be unit leaders so that they would be ready for any situation that would come their way. It never hurt to be sufficiently trained and Magoichi always made sure that her unit leaders were up to her standards which were pretty high...but right now she would just have to trust her own commander and hoped that nothing bad happened to them.

She soon arrived at the formation as she watched them rotate, the weapons they were using were somewhat familiar to Magoichi, but yet still different...she only used a small number of weapons but no doubt they would be just as effective as Wild Geese's. She heard a female voice call out as she turned to see a blonde female no younger then perhaps Yukimura command the unit.

She had been expecting someone more older then Yukimura, perhaps around Magoichi's own age, but if that was indeed Seras Victoria then she would have to be quite remarkable for her to take command of a group of hardened mercenaries. Magoichi approached the group as they looked at her, ignoring them she went straight for the girl, "I am Magoichi Saika, I'm here to look for Seras Victoria" she said confidently.

Seras had spotted her a while before she actually spoke openly to her. She was already walking toward Magoichi and before she got the chance to ask if she could help her the woman began to speak asking directly for her, "Ooooh, you're the new recruit Sir Integra spoke to me of?" There was an obvious unnatural happiness to Seras.

For the most part, Seras looked completely normal blue eyes, red uniform, white gloves, black leggings with combat boots. Eventually Magoichi would find out what Seras truly was, however, she figured the time was right to fill the woman in if she was indeed the person who Integra informed Seras of.

Magoichi had been surprised to find that Seras was the young girl that Magoichi just approached, she indeed did think that it would have been an older woman, but then again Magoichi had been young when she took over the leadership of the Saika Renegades. She had no qualms with Seras' age as long as she was a competent leader though she did raised an eyebrow at Seras' unnatural happiness, to her experience a leader should be more formal about these kinds of things, perhaps this was how Seras coped with her leadership role...with happiness and smiles. Something that Magoichi had never done before as she always took every business transaction seriously and even when she's not on business she was always serious, "Indeed I am, I can see that you command respect in Wild Geese...I look forward to working with them" she said eyeing each of the mercenaries with steely eyes.

"Good to hear," Seras said with a small smile. Her men were all standing in perfect order bent almost at a 90 degree angle at their knee with their arms out stretched. Each of them needed to discipline themselves while wearing the heavier armor they weren't used to. The future of their lives was dependent on how well they could fight while wearing encumbering gear.

Seras looked back at Magoichi and nodded, "You're new to the group, but you've got about two days before we're being deployed on a support op in the city. There's about two days before we're mobilized. It wont be much for us to do except provide fire support for the freak team, but we'll be on scene until something happens."

Magoichi nodded as she looked at the men, they looked well trained though the formation that they were using right now was unfamiliar to her, something that she would have to learn over the next coming days. It seemed that a battle was on the horizon, just like how she liked it, she new that there could be no rest for mercenaries like them and that only the constant threat of battle would be the only thing keeping them going in their life, "Understood Lady Seras" Magoichi replied, "what are your orders for me?" she asked.

"Firstly, take aim you're on firing squad. I'd like to see what you can do with a weapon. After that, you're on drill with the guys. Then I wanna see how well you can polish a weapon," Seras smiled at her, "After that, we're doing a live exercise man versus man to see who leads team two in the operation. Come back to me when you're finished your rounds and we'll begin the live exercise."

Seras nodded to her and walked back to the shade, it was rather bright for her considering what she was.

Magoichi nodded as she went into position, she felt like she was a young girl again learning how to fire a rifle, that was to be expected as Seras would want to know Magoichi's capability. She would have to do this before she would be able to lead her own band of men as she sighed and took out her revolver and aimed it at the targets as she fired hitting all of them accurately as per her expectations. Not sure whether she should show this or not she then took out her machine gun and fired it accurately despite the recoil though that took a little more effort and finally she slammed her foot down as her personal rocket launcher flew up as she took hold of it and after locking on firing it blew apart the rest of the targets as the men looked at her in a mixture of surprise, shock and perhaps amusement.

Magoichi ignored all of that, the weapons she used were not uncommon in her world and although most would say an overkill the reason the Saika Renegades were the best were simply because of their superior and accurate weapons. She ran the drills with the men remembering the times she hated it but now liked it as it kept her fit and sharp, she was silent the whole time even when the men tried to talk to her, she wasn't much of a talker anyways and she didn't know how to respond as her men never talked to her unless it was for a report.

Finally it came time to clean her weapons, now this part she enjoyed as she gave a small smile as she cleaned her weapons carefully taking care to smooth anything out and to get rid of any dirt, her mentor had told her that an efficient weapon was only as good as a clean one. After that was done she went back to Seras and reported her success, "All that you have requested are done and I'm ready for the live exercise" she stated.

"Are you now?" Seras walked front and center and the rest of the Wildgeese would circle around them making them a pseudo ring of people. Seras smiled, she thought what just happened was humorous most of her men did as well, but none were shocked, Hellsing was a place that if you didn't know what you were facing you were screwed. And most of these men had fought alongside Seras who could be considered far more entertaining a person to watch blow stuff up.

Seras bounced on her toes, "Alright then, let the drill begin," she raised her hands and got into a boxing pose balancing her weight onto her left leg, she smiled, "You can use your weapons. Don't worry."

Magoichi looked at Seras as she smiled, almost amused, as she then walked forward and was surrounded by her men in a pseudo circle as Magoichi wondered what the live exercise would be about as she walked into the circle. It would seem intimidating to be surrounded by all these men but Magoichi showed no fear, she had been surrounded by men her entire life, she had seen the worse of what they could do to each other...at the same time she had also seen the best in them and at times like those she actually smiled.

When she stood in front of Seras the woman then went into a boxing pose as she declared the drill to being as Magoichi looked at her with confusion, "I do not understand, you want me to fight you?" she asked as she had never thought she would be asked to fight Seras.
