History: Maya was born to two very powerful pure blooded vampires at a time of war where good and evil were at each others throat every hour of every day. She learned how to fight and master her abilities by her parents. At a very young age her mother inflicted terrible images upon her, toughening both body, mind and soul for the terrors she would one day face on the battlefield. Unlike many warriors of darkness Maya entered each battle with a smile on her face and took joy in the kill. Every battle one found Maya taking pleasure in the people she were fighting and the wounds she would inflict on them. Maya soon earned the title of "The Joy" for the happiness that could be found inside her nonbeating heart
The vampire couldn't live up to the reputation of her father and mother, nor would she be able to fill their shoes as everyone expected her to and she didn't give a shit. Soon "The Joy" created her own legacy. A legacy filled with laughter, song, death and sheer insanity. And that was all her bosses required of her. Soon Maya became the most feared and respected child of darkness and she could tell that in their own little way, her parents were proud. Now "The Joy" embarks on her greatest and most challenging adventure yet. Being sent through a dimensional rift by her employers Maya is sent to the world of Genesis to kill off a great threat and make way for the dimensional gateway.
