[Dia] Amidst the darkened field of ruined war machinery stood a man in a dark outfit, a stark contrast to his white hair. For what seemed like ages, he remained still, almost as if he was a statue. Suddenly, his eye caught sight of something close by, moving closer to him, and he turned his head towards the stranger. Whoever this was, they weren't likely here for sightseeing. "This place isn't visited very often, you know..."

His stride was long and powerful, carrying him across the darkened wasteland, despite the relative ease of his movements. His steel-shrouded gaze was locked forward, though under the imposing helmet his eyes wandered aimlessly over what he could assume was a former battlefield. The battered and broken war machinery, which had been there for he could only guess at how long. His curiosity at the location and its history was tempered by his lack of knowing where exactly the location was.
The sudden appearance of an unidentified person in his vision brought him to a measured halt. One hand slowly moved to rest on the hilt of Alondite as he spoke up. "Then I take it you know where this place is?"

[Dia]
He turned back to face the wreckage of the battlefield from the past.
"My navigator is being corrupted by a source of magnetism nearby... my map is useless..."
Turning back to the man, he realized that there was something familiar about him. Maybe it was the armor that reminded him of another... Never fought someone with the same kind of armor as Knight before... Let's see if he accepts the challenge... He brought up his arm and aimed it at the man. "Since there is obviously nothing to do... how about a duel?"
The hidden blade flashed out of his arm, giving off a small flash indicating it's maximum length.

As the other turned to look over the battlefield, the armored knight allowed himself a long, sweeping glance of the area himself. The talk of a navigator and source of magnetism were nearly meaningless to him, but the mention of a map was more pertinent. He turned back as the other man's arm was brought up. At the subject of a duel, he could only smile under his helmet. "There does seem to be few other options. In which case...."
With the appearance of the blade, the massive knight reached across his torso and in a flash of light, Alondite had been drawn from its sheathe, and was held forth in acceptance of the challenge. "I accept."

[Dia]
With nothing more than a smirk, he was off, starting with a rush towards the knight. He jumped off the ground, flying at the man, sword arm poised to strike, with his other arm ready to block if necessary.

His blade swept down to his side, and he waited for a moment, until the strike was nearly upon him. Then his blade arced up in a lightning quick display, knocking wide the oncoming blow before seamlessly cutting back the opposite direction, slashing with a wide horizontal blow to Dia's chest.

[Dia]
Dia's first strike had been blown away with relative ease, the knight then whipping his sword back to perform his own strike. Before the blade could connect, however, a second blade flashed out of Dia's other arm, intercepting the strike. Even so, the sheer power and force behind the lightning fast strike was enough to throw Dia back a fair distance, flying backwards and flipping around to land on his feet and hand, arm near parallel to the ground in an attempt to slow his backwards momentum. "Heh, nice parry..."
He jumped again, towards the man, aiming another strike, but this time, before he was close enough to hit, he shifted his momentum to the side, closing in to slash at the knight with both blades in an x formation.
