All right, on the off chance that you die, which by my experience is pretty rare even on forums that allow it, don't fret. This is not the end of your character if you don't wish it to be.
Character death will open up a new category called "Afterlife." Just like with the worlds there will be various dimensions of afterlife your character will be able to role play in and even an area where the dead can communicate with the living. So if you die you have the option to either retire your character or simply move on to the afterlife to continue role playing as that character.
If you're clever enough you'll even be able to attain a way to return to the land of the living through role play long after being killed.
