I have no suggestions for Elim at this time apart from "Make a map." I imagine that would be difficult with so much undiscovered terrain on the continent. You'd basically have to edit the map every time a new area was added. Best to wait until the continent is fully developed with all areas before embarking on such a task.

Not necessarily. You could always make whats known then a shade of gray for the unknown parts. And then once a few places have been added update it that way. A few places at a time.

I noticed that some people are all for exploring more of the continent. Since I'm really no good at the "OH CRAP EVIL GROUP WE NEED TO STOP THEM" sort of thing, this is something I can do at a later date after I set things up.
I can create an NPC that can start the journey, or just take one of my characters, and whoever else wants to go discover things like new towns, new species, cultures, etc. Maybe take down basic monsters or creatures. That sort of thing. But if I do this it will take about a month, maybe more, to plan this out since I'd want to go smoothly.
If anyone has other ideas on what they want discovered, feel free to PM me, I plan to start drafting things up once homework gets finished. Not only would I be playing a character, I'll be playing the environment around us (oh and don't worry, it's not going to be hostile all the time, so it will be fun ;P)

So you'll basically be running a DnD campaign through Elim?
Sounds like a plan.

Not necessarily. You could always make whats known then a shade of gray for the unknown parts. And then once a few places have been added update it that way. A few places at a time. That was the point Sincara was getting across. It would provide extra work for the person making the map, and unless someone else offers that person would be Arix, who already said he won't task himself with extra work where the Elim map is concerned. When all the places have been revealed he'll make one but until then, unless someone else offers, he'll only make maps for the locations we have now if they're requested of him.
