This is Dr. Harlan and I will be recording updates on Subject Number 4.
We have taken the DNA of demons, vampires and various abominations killed in battle throughout the city and mixed them together into Subject Number 4. May God forgive me for doing this to a child but I have no choice. The Vulture has taken my family and threatened to kill them if I do not create the perfect monster he can use against his enemies. I look at this girl and think of my own daughter. What the hell kind of world is it when innocence is so easily taken from us?
The mixture was a success. The subject shows signs of life after the blood transfusion. The human blood has been stored away into a vault for now until Vulture can decide what to do with it. Subject Number 4 may look human but she is not. God only knows what's going through that mind of hers now. The other scientists have found what I believe to be a suitable name for the child. LEGION. For she possesses the blood of multiple monsters within her.

Dr. Harlan reporting, it seems the subject is now experiencing memories. Her mind is showing patterns unlike anything we have ever witnessed before. Multiple thoughts running through her mind all at once, and she is capable of focusing on all of these thoughts as if they were her own. Already her telepathy and telekinesis are among the strongest of the abominations in this laboratory. I believe General Vulture will be pleased with the results. Tomorrow the real test begins.

The Arashi. Goosebumps pass through my body every time I think about the damage they have caused in Genesis. The Waking Nightmare alone has infected dozens of innocent civilians and soldiers among Isafaro and we have brought them here. We have taken the memories of these nightmares and stored them inside Subject Number 4. At first it appeared the nightmares were too much for her. Her heart rate beating at an abnormal rate threatening to destroy both her mind and her heart but it soon settled down and her mind accepted the images among her own thoughts. We have done the impossible on this day. We have successfully transplanted the Waking Nightmare from one mind to another.

Today we tested LEGION against the Shock Troops of the unit PLAGUE in the training facility. All at once the PLAGUE soldiers fired upon LEGION but LEGION made no attempt to fight back. Instead she remained in her spot and allowed herself to be torn apart by bullets. Her body falling to the floor in a puddle of her own blood. We feared that after all of our progress in the past couple of weeks have been for naught but as the PLAGUE unit turned around they were suddenly impaled and ripped apart by black ink tendrils that sprouted from the child's body. LEGION proceeded to regenerate the damage, stood up and belittled the soldiers before attacking them with the Nightmare so intensely that their brains exploded from inside their skulls.
The remaining PLAGUE unit attempted to use the Downward Spiral shields to ward off the Nightmare but LEGION managed to destroy the device and continued her relentless assault against the Shock Troops. Even going as far as to crucify them on her own tendrils. She then used the memories of how the first wave died on the second wave creating a whole new experience of the Nightmare for them before they met the same fate as the others. Upon the death of each wave LEGION took the time to absorb their blood into her body, much like a vampire would after every massacre. And as if to mock us she raised these soldiers from the dead and made them shoot each other before setting them on fire.
There are no words in the English Dictionary to describe what it is we've accomplished here toady. Not only have we created a weapon of overwhelming power, we have given the Arashi a face. Mankind has created The Fourth Aspect.
