"'We can't trust her', she said," Silver Eyes mocked Sazan's voice while kicking rocks away from where she intended to camp out for the night, well, more like the dusted off ground since she lacked a tent. "Let's all point the guns at the girl 'pulling a Maya'! There's nothing wrong with aggression first, prove later. Makes perfect sense, right?"
Silver Eyes wasn't bothering to extend her senses to the troubled city. They wouldn't want her help, but she wasn't aware that they were currently being attacked, otherwise she might have jumped in. Might.
"'Oh, Sazan, she would have started destroying things'," she was doing her best to imitate Sparda's voice, "'Oh it's not the first time we were lied to'. Yeah, bite me, bitch." She kicked one final rock from her bare "camp site" and sat down with her back facing Hallowton.

“Quit your whining.”
Approaching from behind the woman's position was Maricul. Dressed in her usual wardrobe with the sleeveless black shirt that buttoned up at the front, black pants, shoes and fingerless gloves with a scythe on her back. Blue jacket over her shirt and sapphire blue eyes narrowed over the woman. Hands tucked away into her pockets and the Hellsing pentagram etched into her throat. She felt a strong energy signature in this position that didn't read as hostile, but didn't read as human either and decided to check it out. If she was able to join the resistance against the attack on Hallowton with yet another 'freak' then all the better.
“You'll get nowhere in life that way.”

"Quit your whining."
Judgement and Redemption were pointed at the strange woman faster than she could say "How did I do this?", but the thought didn't cross her mind right off the bat. This female, whoever she was, was able to sneak up on her with such ease and it was unsettling. Silver Eyes quirked a brow and lowered her weapons.
"So now I can't rant to myself because of something that's aggravating? What kind of a world did I fall into?"
"You'll get nowhere in life that way."
Silver Eyes gave her a "you've-got-to-be-kidding-me" look, let out a frustrated sigh and practically slammed her guns back into their holsters. Something about people telling her "you won't do this" or "you won't do that" was irritating. Didn't the townsfolk give her enough?
"I could care less about that. Last I checked this was my life and if I don't want to go anywhere, that's my prerogative."

Mari didn't react to the guns being pointed at her. Even in this sealed form bestowed upon her unwillingly by Sir Integra the vampiress was still able to see speed. To track the hybrid's movement and be prepared if she really did feel like firing at her today. It wouldn't be the first time Maricul was pummeled by bullets.

“You need perspective.”
Maricul side stepped revealing the nexus that was opened up on the other side of the city where the demon army was at its peaked.
“If you want to take out your frustration...”
Maricul's lips curled into a smile as her eyes flashed a hint of insanity in their sapphire blues that practically glowed where she stood in the darkness.
“Take it out on the ones behind the nexus.”

You need perspective.
"Say what?"
Oh...that was a lot of demons. Enough to let out all the steam in the world, if she had it in her, but by then she'd explode into dust from the pressure.
Take it out on the ones behind the nexus.
Silver Eyes wetted her lips and stared at the opportunity before her. Maybe it was taking a while to register since she looked like she was really thinking this over. But the answer came as a surprise to Maricul.
"That's someone else's dirty laundry. Not mine. Thanks for the offer."

"Say what?"
“Dem demons.”
"That's someone else's dirty laundry. Not mine. Thanks for the offer."
“You want the people here to stop giving you a hard time. Helping end the demon invasion will do that. Or you can continue to sulk here feeling sorry for yourself and give them more reason to hate you. Your choice.”

"Woa, woa, woa. Time. Out!" Silver Eyes gave her the "time out" sign, "I am not sulking or feeling sorry for myself. I'm just irritated, and I'm cooling my head by ranting to myself." She lowered her hands and planted them firmly onto her hips, "And sleeping out here means less of a chance of being pelted by rocks. They don't hurt but it's obnoxious."
Silver Eyes took a good look at the demons surrounding the city--it sure had a reputation for being bombarded judging by the damage she had spotted earlier--and wrinkled her nose. "I godda ask. Why aren't you going out to kill those demons yourself? Why offer them to me?"

Auron was exploring. The world here was so big and unfamiliar, but he felt a familiar presence in the city called Hallowton. It was similar to Braska's, could it be his daughter Yuna? It would seem so but he could not know until he saw with his own eyes. Something was wrong though, the city was being surrounded by some kind of army. However he heard something he assumed had something to do with it, so he assumed it was a wonderful time to make himself known.
If the two women knew something was different about their enviroment it would be the increased number of pyreflies that floated around. Due to the fact that this world operated differently from his, he found it harder to keep his physical composure. The pyreflies they saw were physical representation of a person's soul, Auron's soul in this case. His physical form appeared near them, well within talking distance but just out of reach. He carried his large Katana as usual in his gloved right hand with the other resting in a sleeve like a person with a broken arm would carry his arm.
He looked at them with his shaded eye glasses halfway down his nose and didnt think about fixing them. "Why is this Demon army here?"

“I'm not offering anything to you. I was escorting civilians to the Hellsing estate where they could be protected in case the demons made it into the city. That's when I sensed you and figured another pair of hands would be able to help for when I did head to the source of the conflict.”
"Why is this Demon army here?"
“Who knows. I'm more interested in getting them away from here.”
Mari said while turning to face the newcomer.
“Who are you?”

"Civilians you say? Well then..." Silver Eyes snatched her guns from their holsters, cocked them, and set her sights onto the army threatening the city. Using a free talon, she pulled up her mask, and draped the hood over her head--all that could be seen was the glow of the eyes that got her the nickname.
"A'ight, I'll help."
Why is this Demon army here?"
"Dunno but I'm taking care of that now!" she shouted while bolting off in the direction of the conflict. There was no time to acknowledge other people when there's a city to save.

"Auron. It looks like this place needs a guardian", he answered as he took a look at the army in front of him. It was massive, and almost looked impossible to repel. However there was always a weakness, and weaknesses can be easily exploited.
"I will aid you if you need me... it seems you need more people to fight than you think. Do you accept my offer?"
((sorry for the short post been busy))

"Civilians you say? Well then... A'ight, I'll help."
Mission accomplished. That was just one more body to help defend Hallowton against this attack and a potential valuable ally in the future. Mari watched her off before turning her attention back to Auron.

“Let's go.”
Mari nodded her head over in the direction she was heading and then took off with Auron by her side.
