So I'm chilling at Rei's house and we get into a discussion about all the Star Wars characters on the forum and I was interested in what would happen if Alucard went against a Force User, more than anything probably Darth Vader, my version of Darth Vader.
Any thoughts on how that would play out?

One word.... "Chaos". XD To be honest, I think Alucard would win; as he is is a vampire. No matter what Vader has become, no matter how much power he has; he's still human. I don't think bullets would pass right through him. I also doubt he's faster than Alucard.

So Alucard vs Any force user. Basically, Alucards core power is to unleash all of his power at one time. This means the area will be filled with his shapeless black mass of familiars. His bullets would have a hard time considering Jedi are notorious for blocking bullets with their sabers and I'm sure they could Neo the bullets to halt with a force push.
As for faster, jedi do have the ability to slow reality around their mind allowing them to make faster choices in reality. They can also augment how the force effects their body to move faster. However, given that Alucard is still the most powerful vampire in Hellsing lore and that he can typically cover an entire area with familiars he would most probably defeat any Jedi placed before him.
However, there are some Jedi who may be strong enough to defeat him. For instance, the Sith Emperor who faced Revan, the Exile, and the Sith warrior fellow at the same time. The Emperor killed the Exile and the Sith before defeating Revan (who is notorious as the most skill saber duelist of his time). Nihilus itself could of probably defeated Alucard on the terms that he devoured all the life force on the planet as well (in one on one combat I don't see him winning).
Vader, no matter which version it is, still isn't as outstanding enough a force user to do damage to Alucard. I think the turning point of a fight with Alucard is the grasp on the force or the special ability of said Jedi on the force. You must also factor in that Alucard typically has a hard time dying to anything that isn't holy, silver, etc. etc. So a light saber may dismember him a lot but he'll just keep rising unless his soul and body are completely wiped away.
Case in point. 10 fights with Vader and I'd say Alucard would most likely win all of then due to Alucard's ability to fuck with someones mind by seemingly dying over and over and over again only to come back perfectly fine and laugh at your attempts to kill him.
