History: Walter C. Dornez was born and raised in Isafaro and then taken away by the Crimson Vulture as part of their next generation of superhuman experiments with the aim of one day replacing the superhumans currently in their ranks. His family attempted to fight off the seize on their own by Vulture's troops but were easily executed and the child taken away. He was experimented by top Vulture scientists and his body turned into a weapon the General could use in combat. They were also responsible for the gloves with the microfiliament wires he does battle with.
He was brainwashed and his memory wiped clean to turn him into a devoted member of the Crimson Vulture. He does not question orders and thoughts of betrayal never cross his mind. Walter is given an order and he follows it. There's little more to it than that.
