Have I passed? (Open)

[Zabuza Midareta]

Vincent appeared in the hell fire smiling as he finally passed on. He opened his eyes to what he believed was going to be heaven, or even a rebirth, but he was wrong.
"Where am I?" Vincent asked to himself. He looked down at himself and saw he was still wearing the SSS uniform that Yuri had given him. He checked his pockets and found his Glock 17, and his knife with him. He looked on the ground and saw his M4 Carbine and his infamous brief-case.

He picked up the carbine and slung the strap over his shoulder. He let out a sigh as he knelt down and grabbed the brief-case. He lay it flat on the ground and unclipped the clasps. He opened it and saw that his explosives were still there as well. He shut it and resealed the clasps. He stood and grabbed it by its handle. He looked around for a path, but saw none, so he started wondering around looking for anything that might be alive.
"Am I in hell?" The innocent question made the SSS member shudder. "If this is hell they did it pretty well. I mean, this is scary." The boy talked to himself.

He continued walking until he saw a road, "I wasn't expecting to see this down here," he kept talking to himself. He walked onto the road and looked from which way would lead him to better ground. He looked to his left and saw a hill, he looked to his right and saw a bigger hill. Vincent turned to his right and started for the bigger of the two.

After what felt like an hour he finally made it to the base of the slope. He started to climb when he heard a scream off in the distance.
"Well, this is hell, what was I expecting." The SSS member thought to himself. He continued the climb until he reached its peak. He looked around and saw a giant valley with hills and dead trees and dead vegetation all around.

"I wonder what happened to everyone else?" Vincent asked the wind. He didn't see an end to this hell that he was in, so he sat down and enjoyed the view.

[Raal]

He sought another lieutenant, one that would be able to fight for itself when the time came. The last one was not worth the trouble.

Black lightning bolts hailed from the dingy sky, constant currents of it striking in one place at one time. They hit the ground in the distance, forming a sharp mound of something. All colors started bleeding away, becoming their grayscale equivalent as a massive dome of wispy gray washed over a heavy majority of the area. Any supernatural powers were completely gone once this aura passed over them.

It seemed that a crystalline mountain had materalized from the black bolts, and what was even more bizarre, was that it was moving. It started uncurling, standing as straight as it could, arms out on its sides, and tail acting as a balance.

Wow, it wasn't a mountain, it was a monster, and the monster was looking right at the only thing that was previously human with glowing white eyes.

[Zabuza Midareta]

Vincent was happy sitting on the ground and looked over his life with SSS. He smiled as he remembered the warm moments, he shuddered with the horrible, his eyes teared up with the sad. He wiped his eyes and kept looking off into the distance. He saw black clouds heading his way.

He thought nothing of it, he kept on thinking about what happened to the group, if they made it to salvation. Just then he felt an aura hit him. It was beyond anything he had felt before. Then lighting, and something erupted from the ground. He stood up and flipped out his M4 Carbine and aimed it at the creature.

The SSS member kept staring at it, waiting for the command to fire, then he remembered that Yuri, and everyone else were gone. He was alone. He waited for the creature to give him cause to fire.

He looked at the thing and noticed it was staring back at him.
"Shit." that was all Vincent could form in his head. He started backing up in a panic.
"Who are you?! Are you the Devil or are you God? Is this Heaven or is this Hell?" Vincent yelled at the creature. He fixed the position of the rifle on his shoulder. "I'm not afraid to fire!" Vincent added.

[Raal]

Oouxxi grinned, black teeth backlit by a white glow coming from his mouth. He walked closer, getting taller and taller as he closed the huge gap between them. The behemoth monstrosity was amused at the tiny man with his tiny gun. It wouldn't do much if he did shoot him.

He spoke, rattling the earth with a booming baritone of a voice, "I am neither. You are in Hell. Welcome to it."

Oouxxi openly laughed at the irony of what he just said. He was mocking the mortal man in front of him too!

[Zabuza Midareta]

He looked at the creature and saw it grin, a horrible black toothed grin with a white light behind it. Then the creature approached him, and it got taller and taller. Vincent was forced to bend his neck back so he could see.

Then the creature spoke. "Who are you then?!" Vincent yelled. Then the last part of the sentence wedged its way into his head. The SSS member dropped to his knees, "Hell? What did I do wrong to deserve Hell?" Vincent spoke sadness overcoming him. He let a tear flow down his cheek.

Then the creature laughed, mocking his sadness, but Vincent couldn't do anything against it, so he just knelt there and let the tears flow.

After a minute the tears started to disapate and Vincent found his voice. "I just witnesses you drop from the black sky above us. If you are able to teleport, could you get me out of Hell?" Vincent asked, his brain trying to claw a way out of this hole.

[Raal]

"I am Oouxxi, but many call me Nihil. They call me other things too."

He started laughing again at the folly of those who had called him some other things, and didn't have the balls, or the backbone, to back it up. That's because he had crushed their balls and backbone with a punch, along with every other organ and bone in their bodies! It was like popping balloons, except they were full of blood and meat!

He then answered the tiny man again, "I can get you out. You'll have to do something for me in return, though."

Dealing with a demon was essentially like signing a pact to sell the soul, minus the paper and pen.

[Zabuza Midareta]

Vincent wiped his face with his hands again, letting his M4 dangle by the strap over his shoulder.
"Oouxxi," The SSS member rolled the name around in his mouth. Vincent went to open his mouth to introduce himself, but he decided against it. As Oouxxi told him about he would have to do something for him.

The boy started to pace back and forth, he put one hand in his pocket and the other he stoked his imaginary beard.
"What could an all powerful demon such as yourself need someone like me for? Some useless human being who died due to a plane crash?" Vincent tried to make him sound insignificant so the demon would not want to use him for whatever horrible thing it was thinking of.

"I mean, you could choose anyone out there. In the living world, that is, but you would choose a dead kid? Interesting." Vincent kept pacing. He stopped to listen to whatever the demon had to explain.

[Raal]

The giant wasn't fooled. He knew the workings of the more weird and chaotic of hells, and this one was no different. He tended to work more in the hellish planes than the neutral ones.

"Drop the act. The only reason you haven't been chained to the walls of Hell yet is because you are still of use."

He was looming over the kid at this point. The boy could be useful, if he played his cards right. If not... well things wouldn't be so sunshine and rainbows for him. The beast kept his unnerving grin, continuing, "I always could just leave you here to fester and rot within Hell's walls, if that is what you want."

[Zabuza Midareta]

Vincent acted like he was shocked to the demon's statements. His hand covers his chest as he gasps.
"An... An act? Why this is all genuine." Vincent said so matter of factly. "I mean, your so tall, and so demonly, and... and you radiate evilness." The boy said so sarcastic that he didn't add the tone.

The boy sat down and started to pull apart the M4 Carbine and inspected the parts for rust and dirt. When he found none he slowly started to rebuild the weapon. He looked up at the demon and then looked back down at the weapon and continued to clean it. Whatever the demon said the boy ignored it.

The SSS member stood and then Vincent looked at the demon seriously. "Okay, Fine. What do you want me to do? What do you want from me?" The SSS member tapped his foot on the ground impatiently toward the demon.

[Raal]

In one fluid movement, he swiped the tiny boy into his fist, bringing up to eye level. His sarcasm would be ignored. His sass, though, would not.

"Lieutenant. Find someone for me. His constant need to flee is starting to become an irritant. If you bail out of it, I will find YOU, and send you back here!"

He really would. It would be easy to pluck this kid up, and De-Void him back to this Hell. He wasn't really worth the trouble of ceasing to exist... yet. Being a demon, he was quite fond of spiritual torment, and this Hell would fit that bill nicely.

The shard of a white Null crystal grew out of a part of his finger, about two inches long and an inch in diameter. Oouxxi loosened his grip a bit, just so the kid would be able to use his arms, "This will keep you in contact with me, seeing as how you are so 'special'. You see him, say my name, and I will appear. It will also give you immunity to supernatural powers."

He had other plans for this crystal too, such as a listening device, but he left those details out. He honestly didn't really need this kid, but no harm in fucking around with mortals, eh?

[Zabuza Midareta]

As Vincent tapped his foot the demon, Oouxxi, swiped and picked up the boy into his hand. Vincent looked into the demon's eyes and felt a tinge of regret of the sarcasm, but Oouxxi seemed to ignore it.

The demon then told him, in a very commanding voice, to look for someone, this person flees from Oouxxi, and it is becoming an annoyance. If the SSS member were to bail out, he would be found, and brought back here. Vincent gulped at the thought, because he could tell that he was being serious.

Vincent tried to readjust to himself, uncomfortable in his current position, he found that he couldn't move. He let out a sigh and began listening as the demon started to speak again.

A crystal grew from Oouxxi's finger nail. It was pretty small, easy enough to carry around inside of his jacket. The demon explained what the crystal was for, and the boy nodded in understanding.

Oouxxi's grip loosened and Vincent got his arms free and grabbed the crystal. "So, who is this person I am looking for?" Vincent said, his voice with no emotion, only determination.

[Raal]

His face went from crazy grin, to stoic deadpan, "Red hair, pretty face, wears a brown cloak. You can't miss him. He calls himself Raal."

Oouxxi's grip loosened considerably, turning palm up so Vincent had a platform to stand on, "You have all the time in the world. There's no pressure."

The monstrous demon was a very patient creature, and very volatile. This volatile behaviour played tug of war with his patience. Besides, he was having some fun. Oouxxi shifted a little, "Ready to leave?"

[Zabuza Midareta]

Raal? What an interesting name, Vincent thinks as he runs the name through his mouth, feeling the muscles bend and shift as he says the name.

"Oouxxi, I will find this man. I will not let you down." The SSS member said confidently to the demon.

Vincent shifted his M4 on his shoulder so that it was behind him. He grabbed out his Glock 17 and checked the firing mechanism. After making sure the safety was on he pulled out the clip and pressed down on the stack of bullets in the mag, making sure it was full.

After the inspection of the Glock he slip the clip back in, but kept the safety on.

[Raal]

"Magnificent."

The beast started to break up into negative energy, teleporting both William and himself into the outer world. The teleportation would leave a mortal sick at first, but it wore off with time. Oouxxi didn't feel it, so he could jump from place to place effortlessly. It was a handy thing.

They ended up in the outskirts of Isafaro, where the behemoth placed William gently on the ground, and teleported away. William was alive, with all weapons intact, and ready to start anew...

...with some ties to a creature that should not exist....
