"No! We do not need him! We didn't need him before and we don't need him now." Solomon helped the High Priestess to her feet and then turned his head over to Sincara. "Take your friend and go, this fighting doesn't serve to benefit either of our causes."

"He isn't my friend."
Sincara stated coldly.
"Your weakness does benefit my cause."
She raised the Six Shooter towards the three.
"Your god, and arashi, has failed you. There's no one else for you to call on."
And with that, Sincara pulled back on the trigger and unleashed a storm of bullets towards the three warriors of God.

"Run!"
Jehanne, without a moment to lose, threw herself into the path of the bullets and took them all to the chestplate, but even the holy enchantment couldn't take that much damage and she was knocked down to the ground now in severe pain from the blast.

Sebestion's eye flared dark purple as he heard Jehanne's armor struck; and he quickly rose and saw what had transpired, clutching at his bleeding chest. His uniform dripping with blood and his eye now setting that around him to flame, he frowned in distaste. Finding the situation becoming a little too dangerous, he was at first unsure as to how to act; the priestess and her knight thought him the enemy, and while the knight might show some mercy, the lady with the gun would just as soon shoot him again; though on purpose. "I hate this." he mumbled. Quickly walking over, he ignored anyone who tried to interrupt him. His hand glowed with ominous light as he whispered a spell to himself. He knelt quickly at the injured woman's side, and eyed over the armor. It was definitely dented, the bullets strong against such kinds of armor it seemed. Picking away the bullet fragments, he held his glowing hand over her ; the attempt to at least ease pain obvious as black lines flowed into his hand. "I'll just be taking all that nasty pain away, lady knight. Hardly do for someone as pretty as you to get hurt in such a violent manner." He stated softly, smiling slightly.
Extending his other hand, his gunscythe flew into grasp, and he aimed at Sincara; pulling the trigger closed, he fired his own volley of enchanted bullets. While they missed near completely, the several bullets were followed by a clones sudden appearance and shots; the bullets all exploding and crystallizing into small ice shards. These shots from the clone were a lot more accurate, and spoke loudly.
"Never harm an innocent, lest you fall to hypocrisy. Vengeance is only fair when no-one else get's hurt!" The clone spoke, firing off two more ice bullets in Sincara's direction.
The real Sebastion spoke now, directing his voice to Solomon. "You still need to apologize, Sir Solomon, for dishonoring me; not all winged beings are 'demons'." he stated bluntly, finishing his spell and leaving the body now without anguish or even a bruise. "Some of us can be alright, you know?"

"Jehanne!"
Miracle didn't run away, she couldn't in good conscious do so. The High Priestess moved over to her side and then looked over to Sebastion who had also approached her.
"What are you doing? Stay away from her!"
Miracle couldn't believe her eyes, he was healing her. After everything they've put him through he was still healing her.
"Solomon, get Jehanne out of here."

"Innocent?"
Sincara created an energy shield to protect from the ice shards and then shot down the two ice bullets before sliding to the side to get both Sebastions in her field of vision.
"She's far from innocent and it's not my fault she decided to run straight into the line of fire."

"No, Miracle."
Jehanne said weakly as she slowly rolled around to her side, facing away from Miracle and staring at the floor. Though Sebastion has managed to remove some of the pain she was still unable to get up to her feet.
"You need to get out of here. Don't worry about me."

Solomon had several words he wanted to say to Miracle, Sebastion and Sincara but there was no time for any of it and at the end of the day Miracle was the High Priestess appointed by Lord Yahweh. Meaning her authority far exceeded his own. He begrudgingly walked over to Jehanne and helped her out of the holy temple leaving Miracle behind.

"Solomon, no... We can't."
Jehanne continued to protest but there wasn't much she could say with her injuries. She couldn't even turn her head around to look back at the others as she was being carried away. All the trainee could do now is pray that nothing happens to Miracle while they're away otherwise Jehanne would never be able to forgive herself.

Sebastion stood up, and looked to his own still bleeding chest. Sure nothing was vital, but he could still die of blood loss after a while and too much movement. Still, I'll not simply stand by... Sebastion's voice echoed in his mind. Summoning 3 new clones, the 1st who'd opened fire now assembling to use the same "healing" spell on the original. The dark energy shared the pain and injuries; now each clone and Sebastion was slightly weaker, nonetheless all were still more than fighting fit. "Fair lady priestess, with the pretty eyes, I'll aid you this time." he said simply, and stood properly and brandished his gun-scythe at Sincara, wings now outstretched protectively. With that wall of wings, the priestess was blocked from view completely, two clones kneeling and aiming thier gun-scythes at Sincara on her perch. This fight is somewhat against certain morals. However, that Jehanne was rather cute... and I hate to see a face like that cry on someone else's shoulder; especially THAT brutes...
Both clones fired high velocity bullets, ripping through the concrete and breaking clean out the other side of the wall beyond; bullets designed to rip through armor, even if less accurate. Sebastion himself now placed a hand on his own shadow, bowing down, and rising from this shadow a large ball of black fire now burned brightly in his hand. "Tell me, priestess; am I a demon for how I was made, or who I am?" Sebastions voice remorseful in tone, the instruments from before now reappearing and playing a small, haunting tune that was not only creepy, but up-beat.
"I suppose if focus only on one side of the coin, you forget about the other, hmm?"

The High Priestess didn't say anything, she simply stared down at the floor in guilt as she stood up and lifted up her staff in her hands and raised it against Sincara. She felt guilty for what she did before and was determined to make up for it. Both to God, Sebastion and herself. The real threat in this temple was Sincara and she wouldn't let her get away with the crimes she has committed here today.
"Sincara! If you don't surrender this instant then I will have no choice but to spill your blood on holy ground!"
May God forgive her if it comes to that. She stayed back to provide cover for Sebastion against Sincara's attacks.

"I'd stay..."
Sincara raised up her Six Shooter and shot out another grappling hook from the barrel taking her through another window still. If her timing was correct then she knew that paladins would be filling up this temple soon and it would be even more difficult to get a clear shot at the High Priestess with them and Sebastion on the opposing side. Though it pained her to admit it she had failed. But failing was a part of life.
"But I don't see that ending well for me."
Sincara dropped out of the window, landing on her feet like a cat and running off, taking her leave of the holy city. She would have to eliminate the High Priestess another day.

Sebastion shook his head, and if the preistess made a move to block Sincara's escape, Sebastion's arm came out to negate it. "A pity I had to shoot at a lady. But she retreats; and there's no point chasing down a scared wolf." His rather cold voice came, as his clones now dispersed into a shadowy fog, and Sebastion himself quickly righted his clothing; though his face now grew pale as his injuries returned. He gave a sharp gasp, and a small smirk as he hid his face behind his blonde hair. "Gah, the lady didn't have to play so nastily..." he mused, pain still flooding freely. Shaking his head, he looked back, his gunscythe flashing from view as walked to one of the nearby pillars and sat down, leaning his back against it. No doubt he'd probably be killed if more guards came; since he was no longer strong enough to summon more clones, let alone summon his gunscythe to defend himself, and two spells of pain share had left him rather drained in that respect as well. Shaking his head, he gave a small shrug. "So, maiden of this holy city. I suppose you'd want to sentence me for being an unholy demon and such. Blaspheme and all that." He called to her in a rather amused tone, his face smug. He shrugged and gave a light chuckle, wiping dust off his stained clothes. Looking down at his uniform, his expression revealing disdain at the state of his normally rather impressive white uniform. Even his metal wings would need the skin repaired so that it did not look so... artificial. "I don't know much of your ways, but I still reckon that religion only ever leads to despair. It's all that I've ever seen come of it anyway; when it's not religion against religion, or religion against science, it's followers against the same followers. Civil war under the guise of a god, in my opinion." Sebastion remarked, the artificial reaper now speaking rather softly. "If a religion were to be holy, it would not be so demanding; it would help, without expecting or asking of something in return. Otherwise, it's just another contract with a demon." he stated rather bluntly, his tone now becoming a slight more faint. Shaking his head, he thought he heard a large bang. But then, maybe that was just his eardrums ringing. He couldn't really tell, either way. Only that he might be dying, or he may simply be resting. The last thing he really remembered was the ground tilting, and a sharp pain to his head as the floor became vertical. Then he closed his eyes, the flame in his left one growing faint and dim. Black smoke now burned from this small red flame, and Sebastion Alastar grinned lightly as he faded from consciousness. "So much noise..." he whispered almost inaudibly.

Miracle moved to begin chasing Sincara but was held back when Sebastion held up his arm to stop her. She looked over to him, seeing the pain that was shooting out all across his body and then she sank down to the ground in guilt. Burying her hands in her face for a moment as she began listening to the Reaper speak. Though she was in no mindset to truly listen one thing was clear. She was wrong.
"Forgive me."
The High Priestess stood back up to her feet and walked over to where the man now sat. Raising a hand over him, a bright light shinning from her palm as she began healing the man of his wounds.
"I have been in darkness for so long. The light is still so blinding..."
Miracle finished healing the man and then took a step backwards.
"You should be fine now. But I recommend you leave before the paladins get here. They'll be even less understanding than I was."

Sebastion gave a weak smile and tested his arms and legs. Finding that he was able to move, he managed to get to his feet and stand. Shaking a little at the state his uniform was in, he groaned in exasperation as he reflected on how hard it was to get blood off of white. Finally, he turned, and gave a very formal, and quite a low bow. His arm coming to fold under him, Sebastion Alastar now speaking in a rather cool and smooth tone. "Many thanks. Make sure that pretty young knight with the courageous heart also receives my most pleasantly regards. Should she ever wish to see me, if only to kill me, I will promptly arrive."
Summoning his gunscythe, he shrugged, and spread his wings. Testing a few large beats, he grinned, and used his powerful legs to push himself from the ground. Gliding for a bit, he smiled and gave a small salute as the first group of guards came in. "Tell that brute that he still hasn't apologized!" he called as he shot out of the window; escaping as the flame in his eye released a bright flash to mask his escape.
Flying vertically, he felt well again. Not full strength, but well enough. Looking down on the city, he couldn't help but smile. "Now what was that cute knight's name again?" He tried to recall, and shrugged; knowing that he'd recognise her voice and her energy from the spell he'd used to aid her. Shrugging, he flew far to the east; though he stayed within eye-shot of the city walls. "Perhaps..." he began, though didn't finish. Setting about his repairs using his negative magic, he shook his head as he stripped down; cleaning the blood stained clothes. "Maybe I look better in red?" he mused.
After his uniform was cleaned, several hours later, he finally made camp; and rested rather well; the day had been an incredibly long one; though the pretty women of Aircano were well worth his efforts, he quietly thought in the back of his mind. "Hmph."
