Kaso stepped out of the second crater he created with his attack and this time came at the Blind Assassin with a simple charge, closing off the distance between them quickly and unleashing several powerful swings of his long sword aim to severely injure, but not kill, the Blind Assassin so Chloe could take her back for questioning.

Kaso was quick for his size but the Blind Assassin was faster with both her demonic abilities and smaller size giving her a definite edge over the Black Knight. In the midst of his charge she leaped back and evaded the swings of his blade remaining out of his range before closing in just as quickly as she evaded and swipe her nails into his eyes like a wild cat in an attempt to blind him.

Kaso let out a yell of pain as Fukari succeeded in scratching out his eyes with her nails sending the Black Knight tumbling backward, stabbing his sword into the ground to keep his balance as his free hand was pressed against his now bleeding eyes.

With Kaso blinded the surrounding guards rushed the scene to take Fukari down but this provided the Blind Assassin with just the opening she needed. Pick pocketing one of the guards knives who came in swinging, the Blind Assassin utilize her superior agility over the guards and made quick work of them with a single knife, their bodies exploding and blood painting the ground before Fukari closed in on Kaso with a swift and powerful dropkick to the chest.

His balance regained, the Black Knight pulled his long sword out of the ground and his sight regenerated just in time to see Fukari's kick flying straight towards him but the kick itself wouldn't even cause him to budge despite the strength behind it. Challenging Kaso to a contest of strength was a mistake no matter who you were and the Blind Assassin was about to find this out the hard way as the Black Knight brought down his sword to slice through the half demon's flesh like knife through butter as she was getting up from the latest failed attack.

Fukari blocked wth the knife as she was getting up, pushing just enough to raise Kaso's blade and allow herself to move back as she waited for what the next move by the Black Knight would be.

"Is the blind warrior giving you trouble, Kaso?" Alexander had approached the battle, having been silently observing the fight from afar and impressed by the Blind Assassin's showing despite not having any of her usual tricks up her sleeve to give her an edge. She truly did live up to her title here in the Empire. "I can handle this, Alexander! Go back inside." "On the contrary, Kaso. I'm enjoying the show." Angered due to a hurt pride the Black Knight would soon become even more vicious and rush Fukari, unloading several powerful slashes against the half demon, his arms nothing but a blur to those with eyes to see.

Fukari wished she had her mines, that way she could continue to make the Black Knight chase her until he exhausted himself on the explosives and from there the Blind Assassin could weaken him further with attacks from the side but she would have to do with what she had. Keeping tabs on Alexander's position now that she picked up his scent, the Blind Assassin leaped backwards again remaining out of the giant's range as she shifted the knife in her hand.

The Black Knight rested his burning bright red orbs upon the half-breed's form and then dared her to close in for the kill. She had nowhere to run, nowhere to hide and Kaso had no need for sleep or food for he was no mortal man.

The Blind Assassin didn't move from her spot, instead she prepared for another attack by Kaso and Alexander should the General of the East decide to enter into the fray and turn this one on one battle for survival into a handicap match. Time would see which one among them had the most patience but Kaso definitely wasn't the favorite in that.

The Black Knight said nothing in response towards Fukari, he lifted up his right foot and slammed it hard into the ground, causing it to tremble and crack beneath the Blind Assassin's feet before charging in with a downward slash against the half breed aimed to cut diagonally down starting at the shoulder.

The Blind Assassin jumped through the air, using her spare hand to grab the shoulder of Kaso and help her around to the back of the knight, kicking at the back of the knees while she was still on the ground with her dagger at the ready.

The knight's knees buckled but only for a moment as he came around with a low kick aimed for the half breed's head.

The Blind Assassin blocked the low kicks bringing her arms up over her head and then pushed forward with all her strength to send the behemoth crashing down onto the ground against his own momentum.

As the Blind Assassin's arms pushed forward against his foot, his foot pushed forward against her arms and it would be a battle of strength the half demon would not win as the result saw Fukari being viciously stomped into the ground. "Foolish woman."
