History:
Felix's childhood is classified. His home planet, an outer colony that was destroyed by the covenant at the the beginning of the war, that much is known. He was abducted at 6 and trained like the rest in the Spartan II program. His training was hard and grueling, pushing everyone to the limit of their physical and mental ability.
At the age of 15 he received the augmentations that made his body capable of using the armor made by ONI's section 3. One year after getting the armor and augmentations he was given his first solo assignment. His mission was to infiltrate a "rebel" base, which was really a test that he didn't know about.
On his way through the security they turned on him and attacked him. His energy shields had been turned off so the armor took a bit of a beating from the assault. He ran back to the docks to try and retreat, but the ship had left and he slipped and fell into space.
No ships were sent after him and he was presumed K.I.A.
While he drifted through space he learned about that the men that had fired against him were his own forces. He swore that if he were to live he would do whatever he could to destroy the UNSC and ONI, even if it meant killing civilians or his own brothers and sisters.
