Kira gave Snake an apologetic smile. Guess he didn’t know anything about the subject, but to him it was important. It was a matter of if he could trust her or not. Of course even that was a stretch. A better way of putting it would be to say it would be a test of how far he could trust her. Maybe in her realm Sith were good. He really couldn’t say and based on one piece of evidence it would be entirely unfair to judge her for it. He gave her a small nod as she said her name. It didn’t register with him, but the Jedi Council. He relaxed slightly at hearing that, but only slightly. With all the possible different dimensions that could mean very little.
Kira didn’t comment on Snake’s comment about himself blinking as the computer brought up restricted access file. That could be trouble. This one was harder to break into, but after a minute maybe a minute and a half he got it, but he didn’t turn away from Revan and Snake all the while. But Kira never did want to be in this position. It was something that had been forced upon him. Something he did because he could and he had something he wanted to protect, but a soldier’s life was one he didn’t think he could ever fully embrace even if it was all he was good for.
Kira could only wonder what Snake’s words meant. While some of the lower soldiers might overlook something if those higher up got involved it would be trouble for everyone involved not just him. ”What do you mean?” he asked Revan who then answered it. ”Stealth technology.” he said more to himself then her. They had that in his realm as well, but the only time he had seen it up close. It had been that day on the battlefield. His eyes slipped out of focus and back to that memory. He had come out of nowhere and Kira had killed him. Athrun in turn killed Tolle. Then he tried his best to kill Athrun. A former friend of his. But, that was the byproduct of war. The real result of it. Hate. He came back to reality trying not to linger on it too much.
He mentally had to run over what both of them had just said before talking again looking up. ”The air vents?” he asked not sure if he was on the right track or not, but it was something that Snake didn’t like killing. It wasn’t often you saw a solider that didn’t want to do that. After all they were meant to follow orders. Maybe something had happened to him too to make him rethink it all. ”Well if a fight broke out here I’m sure theres a lot of people that would die.” he said. After all they were in the middle of a very secure compound. Making it out in those conditions would be a difficult task to say the least.
Kira had gotten everything he needed and actually pulled up one extra data disk tossing it to Snake. ”That may help.” he told him. It was some current tech that might help with stealth. That was of course assuming he could get his hands on some or make them. Of course the stuff wasn’t here that would be a stupid move even for Isafaro. That was when he heard the lightsabers activate. A sound he did recognize. He turned around to see her slicing through the glass. He already knew he didn’t want to get close to them. Kira watched her put it together remembering it in case he needed to take it apart later. Better to destroy a weapon then kill a person, but he honestly hoped it wouldn’t come to that. He didn’t want it to come to that.
Kira blinked as she pulled them back out and was instantly on guard, but the moment she moved he knew she wasn’t after them. He watched as two guards rounded the corner, but before he could do anything about it they got of some form of an alarm. Too late. ”I think I have a better way.” he said honestly. He quickly turned back to the computer before hacking even further into the system and setting off an alarm at the northern part of the base. Furthest from their location after he heard them get the communications off. He then walked over to the guards briefly checking to make sure they were still alive. He then pulled his com off. ”Theres a group of Resistance solider’s attacking the northern part of the base. Send backup.” he said before cutting off and then putting it back. ”That should give us just long enough to get out the way I came in. But They’ll be gaurds there even still. I have an idea. Are you guys willing to listen?” he asked them.
