Interception (Aircano/open)

[Solomon]

Solomon was hit, some of the Aircano forces moving backwards in a defensive position was beginning to be cut down by the advancing Jherrazad forces as the last thing the General would see before going blind was the bleeding red sky up above and the feeling of dread taking over the battlefield. Feeling his surroundings, Solomon rolled onto his front and got up to his feet, hearing the sound of his horse frightened and running off as he himself headed back towards Miracle with his hand on the handle of his sword to defend himself. Blind or not if he had to fight, he would fight.

The answer to her sudden lost of power quickly came to her the second she looked up to the sky. It was blood red and the demonic powers in the air was as thick as it has ever been. Someone opened up the Demon World and the High Priestess had a choice to make: either she could continue to defend Kari against the Empire of Jherrazad, or return to Aircano to prepare for the demon armies that were no doubt on the march. She knew the screams would haunt her in her sleep but she had to think of the majority, rather than a small minority. Lowering her staff she cried out to her people:

"Fall back!"

They needed to regroup or else all of Genesis would be lost.

[Chloe/Kat]

Kaso batted Jehanne out of the air and brought his sword down against the soldier's heart the second her back hit the ground. Meanwhile Alexander pulled back and returned to Chloe while Solomon returned to Miracle and the order to retreat was issued. The Empress would allow Aircano to turn back as she advanced on Kari, at the same time sending a duplicate of herself to Jherrazad's defense should Ranko's army overrun Moon Valley.

[Jehanne]

Jehanne didn't have time to roll out of the way of the sword. The only thing protecting her from the giant's sword penetrating the armor and plunging that blade into Jehanne's heart was the holy enchantments by Miracle. A couple of her comrades came rushing in to fight the Black Knight off giving Jehanne the chance to get up to her feet and retreat to Miracle's side.

After Solomon and Jehanne returned to her, the High Priestess led them and the rest of the army away from the Empire of Jherrazad and back to the holy city where they would prepare for the Demon World invasion.
