Carari Grey sat at the desk in her office in the newly reconstructed City Hall. A cigarette hanging out of her mouth and puffs of smoke drawing from it and floating through the air above her. The mayor of Moon Valley was but one of few people in Genesis who knew Maricul's true plans for the worlds, and all she could do in the meantime was wait and play out the part the Seductress has given her as lead of Moon Valley. Knowing that General Vulture was in the pocket of Utopia's Queen, Carari was confident she'd be able to beat back any opposition that came her way.

A bright light exploded in the center of the room sending Carari's desk flying over her head and out the window behind her, from that light came a woman that the mayor had thought to be long since dead, now more powerful than ever. With a heavenly glow unlike that of even the Queen of Utopia, voice dipped in authority she could never achieve on her own. Kara stood before her enraged, reaching out a hand and grabbing the mayor of Moon Valley by the shirt collar and lifting her up through the air. "Carari! You do not belong in this world!" The goddess shouted, tossing Carari Grey halfway across the room before continuing. "You've lied to me, to everyone. What's worse is you brought upon the plague of Isafaro to these people and took away their liberties. Your reign ends here!"

Carari would fall back in her own chair at the sudden explosion, laying on her back and looking straight above as her own desk flew over her and crashed through the nearby window. When she got up to her feet, her jaw dropped and eyes grew wide as she saw the last person on Genesis she expected to ever see.
“Superwoman!”
And she was pissed. Before Carari could even move, Superwoman had her held by the shirt collar and threw her across the room, landing hard on her side against the floor looking up at the Woman of Steel.
"You've lied to me, to everyone. What's worse is you brought upon the plague of Isafaro to these people and took away their liberties. Your reign ends here!"
“I-I didn't lie to you. I told you Amoura and Intergang were planning to open the seal and that's what they did. I joined with Isafaro to ensure our survival against the Arashi. I did what I had to do!” |

"Silence!" Superwoman shouted, the volume of her voice threatening to shatter Carari's very eardrums as she approached her again, staring down upon her mortal flesh. "You are not a native to Genesis, you are an Utopian spy!" Superwoman grabbed her again, this time by the throat, and lifted her up off her feet a second time. "You and Isafaro will relinquish your hold on Moon Valley and upon your departure a new election will be held to decide the city's new mayor. You will leave Jherra and never return, understand!?"

Carari could feel chills beginning to shoot up and down her spine, the power behind Superwoman's voice being more than enough to nearly paralyze her in fear as she fought just to be able to keep from being frozen in place.
"You are not a native to Genesis, you are an Utopian spy!"
Those chills were about to get bigger as Carari wanted nothing more than to get out of here, but before she could do anything Superwoman would pick her up by the throat and hoist her up into the air once again by the hand.
"You and Isafaro will relinquish your hold on Moon Valley and upon your departure a new election will be held to decide the city's new mayor. You will leave Jherra and never return, understand!?"
“P-please! Give me another chance. Even if I wanted to leave the Crimson Vulture will never agree to relinquish their stronghold on Moon Valley. With me here I can control them. Please! Let me go!” |

Kara's eyes narrowed and darkened over Carari Grey as it was clear by her words that she didn't recognize the power that was standing right before her. "They WILL relinquish their stronghold on Moon Valley!" The soon to be ex-mayor of Moon Valley was about to be taken for a ride, the Woman of Steel flying out of the newly rebuilt City Hall with Carari still in a single hand, and making her way to the Isafaro base just outside of the city. Raising up a hand a surge of energy would blast down from it, destroying the steel complex of the base and driving the soldiers out lest they be crushed by a product of their own making.
"Leave this place! At once!" Those who tried to fight back against Superwoman's attack were carried off by another surge of energy as the rest of the soldiers decided to cut their losses and return to Isafaro leaving behind what was now nothing more than a pile of rubble of where the the Moon Valley Isafaro's stronghold once was. "Do you still doubt me, Carari?"

All Carari could do was scream at the top of her lungs as Superwoman flew through the air with her still underneath her clenches. The mayor watched in horror as the resurrected Superwoman laid to waste the Isafaro base with ease and chased them all out of the region in no time at all. She was back and more terrifying than ever before. What in the world has happened to this woman?
"Do you still doubt me, Carari?"
“N-no! I resign. You'll never see me again, you have my word!” |

"See to it that I don't." With Carari still being carried in her hand by the throat, Kara flew through the air until she reached the borders of the region and without even looking, dropped Carari onto a nearby tree branch before flying away and out of sight. There was much work still left to be done.
